Na I wouldn't worry about it. I have just been feeling like I am in a slump lately. Manual should do something for you? Especially if you squeeze real hard? I usually do most of my session manual, then put the ring on at the end.
 
Yeah I dunno...I've just never gotten much of a pump from doing manual. I should be getting the ring any day though, so I'm not really that worried. You'll still lose. :D
 
Worked out today pretty hard, got a big purple bruise on the topside of my dick... That hasn't happened in a long time, I hope it goes away. I am going to keep on trucking, and hopefully get to 5.75 soon.
 
Been doing workouts semi-regularly, although they have been shorter. Tonight I am taking some V for a good 1 hour session I hope. I am ready to see some gains!!! I am also looking forward to this fall semester when I should have some time to hang.
 
Got up to 6.25 clamped in a 40 min session I did last night with 25mg of Viagra. Feels good to make some progress. 6 1/8 had really been the most I had gotten previously.

My workouts since mid may had been really lacking intensity and time. I had been doing them, but just half-ass. Just enough to keep my gains I had made. I think I am still about 5.5, and I will not measure again until I can reach 6 3/8 expansion clamped.

My workouts are mainly manual, but whats been helping me lately is that every session I use the cable clamp for 5 minute intervels. This gives my hands a break and gives a mean stretch. I usually end up clamping 10-15 minutes per session.
 
hey man i have a max xtender that i use .i am able to do about 2 to 2 1/2 hours straight. we are on a similar program except that i also throw in an hour in the 2x9 pump cylinder a day.keep me updated to how you do and i will do the same

I actually stopped using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] months ago, but will get back into it maybe this fall or whenever I decide to start hanging with my bib starter and working on length.
 
I am going to start back into lifting some weights. Shafty has got me talked into trying some HST, which I have been wanting to try for quite some time. I should be able to start as soon as this Teus. or Wed. Penis Enlargement is going OK, although I feel I am not really gaining with my current routine.
 
Did a ~35 minute session and expanded past 6.25 girth clamped measurement! That is the largest I have ever gotten, and it was only with 10 minutes clamped, + 6 superset manual exercises that go like this: 30 second Uli, 30 second Horse440, 20 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to the front, 20 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to the back, 15 second erect bend to right, 15 second erect bend to the left. Works well for me, in very little time. I did 3 supersets, clamped for 5 minutes, did 3 more supersets, clamped for 5 minutes. Thats it.

HST starts this monday, I hope. I have been so busy lately. I still have to determine my maxes before I start though, so the actual cycle may not start for a week. I am optimistic about the program though, since it is like nothing I have ever tried.

Yeah getting up and a bit over 6.25 expansion has really given me some new motivation to keep going. It seemed like I was stuck at 6 1/8 for so long.

I really think Penis Enlargement is all in the intensity and all in your head. If I really get pumped up and am in the mood for a workout, it just goes so much better.

Exactly. This is what I've been lacking on lately. I haven't had the motivation to do my workouts so I haven't done them. Keep it up bro, I'll ssee you at 6" EG.

I a good workout yesterday, got up to 6.25 or a bit over.

I hit the gym yesterday, did a full body workoutout, only 1-2 sets per bodypart, just to get myself back into it. It was hellish, and I am so sore today. I have gotten unbelievably weak. I did take about a year off, although I had gone maybe once a month for some months. Well the past two months I don't think I even touched a weight, and it really shows. I am starting HST as soon as I determine my 10 rep maxes this week.
 
I have been slacking on girth work, plus I have two hardened maybe thrombosed veins near the base of my shaft. I don't really feel like I am going to get any girth gains in this state, so I am starting to hang with my bib starter... I have 4.4 lbs on my dick right now. For now, it will be all hanging and stretching, and no more than 10 minutes of jelqs. Hopefully in a couple months I can go back to girth work hardcore.
