I'd love to be a beta tester. As for the attachment type, I'd lean towards the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] esque design. It seems to be really popular and the best overall if you want to sleep in it. If I was testing, I'd probably get between 12 and 16 hours of use every day.

That's awesome. I would say the phalosan attachment has proven to be wearable for 8+ straight hours so some type of vacume cap for the head with an attachment on the end to affix it to yourself to keep you extended. Maybe a strap to wrap around your thigh or something to hook over you foot that has an adjustable length to keep you extended as much as you like. Around the leg would probably be best since you could then curl up if you want where as with a foot attachment you would need to keep your leg extended all night. Guess that would work for a back sleeper but a side sleeper would need to go around the leg. I've been wearing my silicone sleeves with a weight cap at the end for 8 hours a day working, a couple hours between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] sets after work and another 8 hours sleeping. It's been going well. I would love to see you guys come up with something that's wearable for 2/3 plus of the day especially sleep. It's such a large part of the day that most people are missing out on gains. I've been doing 20 hours a day of PE now. Only 2 hours I don't is when I'm at the gym

How about a small weighted ring that can be fastened to fit different girths that sits on the end of the penis just below the head?
The LG hanger is ok but to bulky

If I can wear it under any clothing without it showing and I can easily put it on and remove it to piss. . .I don't care as long as it works. lol
 
I think anything that uses suction will be best. There is also the new autoextender Vachanger which looks like a good attachment.

Phallosan type design for sure. Some kind of vacuum cap made out of something nice and soft to engulf/encapsulate the whole head. The strap and noose methods choke the penis like a tourniquet plus they always leave the head looking all smooshed and wrinkled and can even form indentations over time (for me anyway). Being able to get erections while wearing it would be absolutely brilliant as well.
 
Phallosan would be perfect if it didn't the switch system. Sometimes when im asleep the valve moves and I lose suction. I would get with ADF and see if he can come up with a way to connect a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Vlc[/words] to the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words].

Also, if there were a way to have the bell part attached to your head with some kind of handle or little strap on top of that to pull it would be a simple but super effective way to do manual stretches. Maybe the new [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] models could incorporate something like the bell/vacuum cap to attach directly to the glans and still use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] the samenway
 
Also if you go the spring route like with a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] higher tension springs would be nice.

1) Comfort
2) Practical. Needs to be easy on/off. Preferably without the need for multiple add ons and accessories:sleeves that tear and wear out, wraps, cushions, lubes, etc.
3) Needs to stay on until removed. Nothing like walking around the office with the boss or a new client and your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] decides nows the time to self destruct and fall down your pant leg.
4) Travel/Homeland security friendly. These devices that are mostly metal, bad idea here.
Just a few thoughts.

I was just thinking a few days ago about an all day fowfer (btc) type device, i think it would be killer for lig gains.

Having like a belt, and you pull your penis between your asscheeks(while attached to a sucktion device like [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster pro[/words]) and then clip it to the back of the belt where you can addjust the tension

as far as night stretching, it would have to be so the penis is stretching upwards, so when you get a boner your penis won't be in any awkward positions, and can return to normal after it passes.

Most important things are that it doesn't cause a loss of circulation, undetectable under clothing, it's stays attached without worry of it coming off and that it's easy to take off and put back on for potty breaks throughout the day and night. Hit all those and it's a home run

I think it should also contain weights that are heavy but not cumbersome.

I think using a very dense material will be the trick to heavy weights with small size.

I've thought about this also do you remember the circle device? It made from pewter I would love to use a 1 ounce gold bar as a weight drill a hole through it small enough to fit your penis and let it hang,but that's not practical

Solid gold weights :) One pound would cost about $37,000:) Silver would cost about $620. Lead would cost 35¢:)

As for weight, in the past i used 1.4 oz oval shaped lead fishing weights cross braided together to form a single line, sealed it with a few layers of seran wrap and then a snug layer of ductape to keep the lead away. Overlayed that with a thin piece of sewn cloth and used a velcro strap to secure in place. If you use an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap and modify jims joins a bit and secure the upper and lower wrap with velcro you can effectively attach the weights and have a decent stealth mode hanger that you should be able to wear for about 2-3 hours before re-adjusting.

I kept changing jobs and had too much face time to wear the setup or i would have kept wearing it once i made it. Simple setup and you can easily get 1-3lbs of weight with not too much of an issue.

I've given up on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] but would be interested in being a tester. I've never used a suction one before, but I've read somewhere before that they work better (?) and supposedly so does the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words]. For me personally, and ideal stretcher would:

1) Actually work (produce results when used properly over a specified time)
2) Comfort/not pinch
3) Can accommodate large girth
4) Not come part/loosen when walking, sitting down, making slight movements or at the worst times
5) Shouldn't be too restricting from normal activities
6) Should be able to put in on in under 30 seconds
 
I've been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] for a few weeks now and all I keep thinking is there has to be a better way. My search for finding that better way led me to this thread. I haven't tried a suction type but would be willing to try. You'd think someone would have come up with something that can be worn long periods of time without cutting off the blood flow and causing pain or numbness. My idea was to come up with something that mimics the fingers pulling on the glans. You have these padded "fingers" form a circle around the glans and then can be tightened down to "grab" it and then be hooked into an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or strap. So if you think of a noose or strap mimicking the hand with the finger wrapping around the penis like while jelqing this device would mimic the finger tips pulling on the glans. The idea is it wouldn't wrap around the whole thing and constrict ALL blood flow it would only put pressure on 4 or 5 points and leave gaps for blood flow. Thoughts?

Either with a leg strap attached to the head cap to keep it extended down your leg or you can toss the weight over the side of your leg if your on your back, I do that when I sleep

Looks great and the discussion and picture has given me a good idea that I think I can use for an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]/ANS. Going to try it tonight, granted its low weight at around a pound but I think it will work long term. I will be adding yours in also.

I think a way that you could modify yours so you could wear when you have more face time is to take the weights off of the front so your pant line wont show them. That way the weights are on the sides and back of the shaft away from view. Theory, but works for the one I am wearing.

And what if you roll over in your sleep? I toss and turn all night.
