I have finally decided to make the jump hard into Penis Enlargement and following the word or the legend DLD! First thing I want to do is give a big thank you to DLD because without all the information floating around, I would be seriously lost. I always looked at myself and thought, great I'm average, but I want to be HUGE!! I am one of those guys who does not take workout advice from a guy with a gut, and so [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] was the perfect choice for me because I can follow the tested workout and see the proof for myself. Plus The forums are amazing where I can find anything! Unfortunately just 2 months after starting I contracted viral meningitis and was in and out of the hospital for the next 8 months... The bigger problem was that I got hooked BAD on Vicodin to where I was taking over 100 pills per day. So here I am back in 2012, fully recovered and really looking to start the journey into 2013.

I have a girl who is impressed by big dicks... Not saying that I have a small one, but its nothing special. We are in a long distance relationship because of work, and only get to see each other every few months. Before when I tried Penis Enlargement I was very inconstant. I trained on and off, got lazy, and did everything wrong. The gift and curse of my life is that after being sick so long, I was diagnosed OCD and locked myself in my house away from the world for all this time. I have a HUGE problem with germs and self image. (I read DLDs post about a day in the life... and that is how I have felt many times) The good news is that with Penis Enlargement my OCD almost forces me to train every day which is a big bonus! (even though every other part of my OCD is terrible)

I am a HUGE fan of DLDs lazy ass stretches and do them anywhere and every where. I also add in some Slow Squash Jelqs into my routine because I love the expansion I get. Kegels were a must for me, and I got to realize how weak my PC muscle was. Just from under a month I have definitely noticed a difference in my flaccid hang, EQ, and just overall appearance. I have not measured yet because I will start to obsess over it, but will measure again soon.

I had a few questions about the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I dont quite understand how much tension should be on. Should I be walking around all day feeling a stretch like I do when I manually stretch? I have read a lot of posts in the last few days, but cant seem to find the answer.

Well I'm here for the long haul... I'm in it to win it this time and nothing is going to stop me. I want to hear and see the big eyes and whispers people have when they see a monster bulge. Or my girl when she pulls it out and says... holy shit!!

Today was an excellent workout. Concentrated and made sure I felt every Jelq and visualized what I wanted it to accomplish. DLD, had a question about the hydrocortisone cream. Bought myself a nice new tube today, and was just wondering how often to apply, or only after hard stretching? when are the best times to use it? Thanks.

I use it everyday on my face after shaving, it cured so many skin ailments I had all my life. When putting it on the penis I suggest one time per day after training. You will notice a complete change in skin issues.
 
Thanks a lot DLD, youre the man as usual. I used it today, and it felt great after my workout.

Had a funny thing happen to me today, for anyone else who is OCD might be able to relate. I was using a water based lube to do all my girth work, but I realized that it kept drying up, and then it would get rather sticky. Once it got sticky, it actually started to hurt the skin a little bit. Re-applying would not work, it would just make it even more sticky. It got to the point where I would almost have to wash it off, and re lube. I have read all over that DLD recommends Vaseline, so I got a little tub and thought to try it today. The texture was way different on my hands, which raised my anxiety a little because I have a problem with new textures. But once I started using it, it was fantastic and once it got warm, it really does not dry up at all. I probably could have jelqued for days before it dried up. So after I was done, I wiped as much off as I could on a towel so I could just turn the door knob. I got into the shower, and like DLD also explains, it is a nightmare to get off. Here is where the comedy starts. I washed my whole body but still felt the residue on my hands... Uh oh, did i just take a Vaseline shower and spread it all over my body??? Then I thought, wait, i washed my face and then my face started to feel like it had Vaseline all over it. I could feel myself on fire like I was covered in it, because in my brain that's how it works... Well that was a 1 hour 40 minute shower as I scrubbed myself until I felt like it was all off... I find it quite humorous and I hope you all can get a laugh from it too.

Had another great workout today! woke up with an aching dull pain throughout my penis and realized I must be doing something right! I first thought about taking the day off today, but I ended up working out even harder today because everytime I stretched that dull ache went away and I just got an amazing stretch. Ive never met an athlete or someone working on themselves that has not trained with a little bit of pain!

I read a lot of posts about people scared of every little ache and pain, or every bruise. I guess I can understand it because it is your penis. I've noticed while doing Penis Enlargement that it is a lot stronger and tougher than I ever thought it was.

My workout today was...

AM warm up with a heating pad... 3 sets of directional newbie stretches, 3 sets of btc (right, left, and center), 25 rotary stretches in each direction. While I was eating lunch, I decided it was a nice time to get my PC work in... 250 quick kegels followed by 25 slow kegels and then kegel and hold for as long as I could.. My PC was screaming!!

I think that I will end with a late night heated massage before I go to sleep. But another day, another Amazing workout in the books!

DLD I was curious about how long do I have after a workout to either get wrapped or in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? I wanted to know if it was ok to take a shower to get all of the Vaseline off completely, or should I just wipe it off the best I can to get in as fast as possible?

We did the whole Christmas Eve thing, so I was pretty free today which was nice to get back on schedule with my workout. I take breaks every hour to restore blood flow and do some manual stretching. I did 3 hours this morning and 3 hours in the evening. Around 3 pm I put the heating pad on to warm up for my girth work. Ive never used a pump as I said before. First anyone can use it, it is simple! I got a great suction right away almost without trying. It was super comfortable and I could feel myself expanding in the chamber. It was quite an amazing feeling! I went light because Ive never used one before, but when I took it off the pump was fantastic! I didn't measure girth or length, but it was definitely a noticeable difference. I went with the Extra package because I didnt know if I would enjoy the pump or not.. But it turns out I more than liked it. I quickly decided I wanted to pay the extra 100$ for all of the extra and added benefits. I emailed Dave C. about how I could do that, and he returned my email in less than 10 minutes. He was with me every step of the way and made sure that I was satisfied and got me all upgraded to the Premium package. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! I have spent a lot of time waiting, and dealt with a lot of rude people who didnt help. Dave C is NOT one of these people. Woke up sore this morning... But the good sore, like something is happening. I can't wait to get the the 1st of Jan so I can take my new measurements! It looks strong, veiny, and healthy when hard (I have never had better erection quality due to all the kegeling and jelquing), and it has a great low hang and growing girth when flaccid.

Something kind of funny happened today. Did a 15 minute session in the lightest gaitor just to continue to get used to it, followed by 200 jelqs and 10 minutes of slow squash jelqs. Once I see and feel the pump that I get from it, it is hard not to want to pump again harder and get too overzealous. Then got in the shower and gave a deep massage for about 15 minutes.

I have noticed a point that it becomes unbearable to wear any longer. Has anyone else got what looks like 2 big veins running around the base of their penis? They just showed up on me. I think they are veins. They don't hurt or anything its just two vein like bulges on the sides right at the base. It might be a skin build up. I dont know, thats why I'm asking if anyone else has them.

This morning my workout was all length:

This afternoon was about girth

When I woke up, I was thinking I was going to take a day off to let the soreness go away, but my OCD was not going to let that happen. The more I waited, the more anxiety I got, and I think I ended up working out just as hard as I have been the other days. The weird thing is that I'm only sore on the right side. I'm not worried or scared about it at all, I'm actually happy to be sore because I know from exercise that if I'm not sore, my body is getting used to something.

I had some time this morning so I warmed up with a nice hot shower and long massage to try to loosen everything up.

I have been doing a lot of stretching lately.

AM Workout
Heating Pad Warmup with 250 quick kegels and 50 slow kegels
Newbie Stretch (all directions + BTC and rotary) to get me nice and stretched out before I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
4 x 1 hour sets of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with manual stretch breaks. Its nice and easy to just take it off, no wrapping or circulation issues, get a quick 3 minute BTC and rotary with a quick massage and right back in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].
After the 4 hours I wrap until my girth workout in the afternoon.

PM Workout
Warmed up with the heating pad again because its just so easy to sit there lol another 250 quick kegels and 50 slow kegels
Got back on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] with the Blue gaitor (65).
Tried something new and did 3x5 minute sets with 100 jelqs and a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words] in between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] sets. I liked it, although I think I will rotate longer sets with jelqs after and shorter sets with jelqs inbetween

anyone have any thoughts about it?

Clamped off after my girth session and after took a hot shower with a massage.

I have found myself just kind of unconsciously doing kegels while my day is going on. I guess that is good?

Cant wait to measure on the 1st, because I know I have must have made some gains. I'll post my first stats and gains all on the 1st.

I read about the Total Package Stretch, basically grabbing with 2 hands below the testicles and pulling, but which direction? straight out? down? up?

You said it was pretty powerful, so I don't want to ruin a few days of workout by pulling too hard. I'm still learning with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] but I'm still kind of a newbie and learning how everything feels with it.

Anyone else who knows, or has any advice, I would love to hear what you think.

Hit a pretty big milestone today!! With my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I was noticing that the set up I was using was cranked all the way up in tension, So I decided to add another bar. Actually remove the small bars and add the medium. My previous set up was 2 sets of long bars and the small bars... and I just swapped out the small so it is not both sets of long bars and the medium bars. I am using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] so I add some length with that, but its good that I can get those medium bars on. Its a BIG difference when staying stretched for that long, I can really feel it... but its good, I like the feeling of the stretch.

Kegels, Kegels, Kegels all day long whenever I have time. I get a wicked stretch in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when I am all stretched out and kegel.

My girth workout went good too...
I warmed up with a heat pad and kegels... got a quick stretch in and got into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. I feel like a total idiot because I just found out today that I was using the gaitor upside down. lol. But I got that taken care of.
Switched up from blue (65) to black (70) today and it was a pretty big difference for someone who has never pumped, but the expansion was amazing. I could only take it 13 minutes even though I was going for a 20 minute set, and once I got out with an amazing pump... did 3 x 100 jelqs and a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] after the 100.
Ballooned/Edged for about 25 minutes, then clamped off with a zip tie to keep the pump and took a hot shower.

The longer you have an erection the more painful it can become. But, the longer you have an erection, the bigger the penis will become.

Today was a rough day for Penis Enlargement... Normally I do 90% of my length work in the morning, but after 10 great years, sadly my dog died. That Superset rocked me but was such a good feeling. I need to train girth a little harder.

I clamped off for about 1 hour, then took a shower and gave myself a hot massage, stayed in the clamp for another hour while I was eating dinner...

Anyone know what this is? It doesnt hurt, goes away when Im flaccid, and only appears in certain positions. Since I started doing Penis Enlargement I have noticed one on each side which makes the base way thicker. It is soft and spongy and if I pull my testicles down, it completely goes away. Anyone have any ideas on what it is?

Missed my friday night post, but my workout went great! Same workout I did on Thursday... So no changes there. Im trying to be in the range of 1000 kegals per day if I can. It really helps the EQ lately. I also found myself on the heating pad a lot today which was great to calm down the dull lig pain that I have from stretching. So Sunday was a crazy workout. Like I said earlier, I do 5 days pumping with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] (which is a fantastic device) and then I take the weekends off from the pump, but do a nice manual girth workout consisting of Jelqs and Slow Squash Jelqs. I have been reading many threads and trying to find out what works best for me. Sometimes when I count a specific number I am so focused on that number and kind of lose my erection and then have to get an erection all over again. I didn't notice that I was speeding up or anything, just that I would focus on each number being counted.

I read about more people going with time instead of a number count. So I tried this Sunday afternoon. It worked WAY better for me. I just set a kitchen timer, put it aside and then didnt worry about anything except for total concentration on the Jelq. I actually got into the mindset of visualizing the extra blood filling up the chambers of my penis. I've always been good at being able to get into the positive mindset, but with the kitchen timer I could really go that extra mile.

As with many, I believe that the mental game is possibly the most important part of Penis Enlargement. I don't try to look at a ruler every day to see my gains, but I will definitely look in the mirror and take time to pay attention to the changes. I dont just think of it as getting a bigger penis... But more of an all around more healthy penis. Even if numbers dont show on a ruler or tape, I notice things like hang, or swing, or weight and even erection quality. I feel like I'm getting better blood flow and I feel like my orgasms are way more intense. The bonus side is that I am seeing gains which makes me want to work that much harder.

So my girth workout was basically 5 minutes of Jelqs (which actually turns out to be quite awhile) followed by 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs and then just repeated until I could actually feel a bit fatigued. The workout went on for about 1 hour of just alternating between the two. Then after that approx hour long session I got in a pretty serious edging session where I could really expand with full erection and fatigue my PC with quick flexes. Decided I didn't want to ejaculate just worked on breathing and relaxing. Then I put on the cock ring and went to go take a hot shower and give a nice deep massage.

My length workout didn't change for the weekend. I stretch in the morning after a heating pad warmup, put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on for 4 x 1 hour sets with manual stretching in between. Fuck Yeah!! Two milestones broken today!!

First Milestone in my AM length workout I realized that the set up I had on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] just was not feeling like there was a good stretch anymore, so I added the little bars. Which now makes all bars on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. (I use the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words], so I do have to add a couple of extra bars, but I'm getting a really good stretch.

Second Milestone was broken in my girth workout. For the last couple of days I was pumping to just over 7.5in. Today I pumped a bit over 8in and completely shocked myself!

My workout is pretty time consuming, but I'm starting to see that the work I put in is really making a difference. Once I found the workout that works the best for me, the changes have came rapidly and are quite amazing to see!

Taking new measurements on the 15th. I want to take them the 1st and the 15h so if I happen to plateau it wont be long before I find out and can fix it.

To what degree? I restored about half my foreskin, according to measurement charts I am between a c-4 and c-5 I started with the most tight circumcision so for me it has been a luxury to have this extra looseness. I would not want to be completely covered, just a bit extra.

To what degree? I restored about half my foreskin, according to measurement charts I am between a c-4 and c-5 I started with the most tight circumcision so for me it has been a luxury to have this extra looseness. I would not want to be completely covered, just a bit extra.

That was pretty much what I was going for. I'm not super tightly cut, I would call maybe a C-2 because I have a little loose skin... but I wanted to be around a C-4 or C-5 to get a little coverage for the corona because it always seems to get irritated. I think I'm in the same boat with you DLD, I wouldn't want to be totally covered either, but where you are is where I want to be

Basic penis enlargement will bring a natural stretch to the foreskin but investing more in specific exercises created for foreskin restoration are best. Supra has many threads on the subject and should be read by anyone interested in foreskin restoration. A good basic exercise I did was become completely erect and starting at the base I would jelq all skin up as far as possible and stress the length beyond the head. Thanks a lot for the info DLD! Been reading up a lot on Supra's posts and there is a lot of great information there too! I have the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and just bought a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] and was just wondering if I can do both at the same time. Sometimes using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and other times using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for only restoration or will it just get in the way of my Penis Enlargement? If it does, I will just go the manual way for now because gains are the most important part to me now.

Damn... today was probably the closest day to a day off that I will ever take. I woke up absolutely sore today. I had a week of really good workouts, so I'm guessing that is the reason. I'm sore at the base... I'm sore down the sides... but I love it because it makes it feel like things are happening! In just a little over a month, my penis has taken on almost a whole different appearance!

I kept it pretty light today. Woke up and got some heat on with a heating pad, and then pretty light stretching. Put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] at a low tension, just to remain extended.

I really felt I needed that extra heat today.

Didn't do any time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] or even serious Jelqing today. Just did some dry jelqs to get the blood flowing at different times throughout the day.

A lot of my day was spent working on really focusing on the PC muscles and kegels. I'm trying to close my eyes and really feel an extra clench and release in the PC.

Had some inspiration this morning because I found out that Mr. Marcus lives real close to me and we are at the same store every morning. Or at least tried. I pinched my dick and it did not turn out well... So then I just wrapped it.

PM Workout
I was alternating 5 minute sets of normal Jelqs with 5 minutes of SSJs. I just kept going until my penis actually felt tired. It was about 45 minutes of manual girth work.
Super setting with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] is so much easier, but I like to take the weekends off from pumping.
Took a nice hot shower... gave myself a great massage... and I was free for awhile.

So I finally decided to do it... I ordered the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for some FR. Its kind of crazy how I never even thought about it until I read the information from these forums. I'm not going all out for full coverage, just to a CI-4 or CI-5.

My workouts today were pretty awesome today. I see how much the mental game is a part of Penis Enlargement now. Really focusing on my workouts and not trying to do 4 things at once really helped. Also the visualization of what I'm trying to accomplish and feel every movement.

The AM stretching workout went as usual. My workout today was pretty much the same as every day. Got all my length done in the morning hours, and my girth done in the afternoon.

I spent most of my evening and night (when I usually like to get some more extending in) I was on the heating pad. I don't know if I will be able to do it because of my OCD, but I might have to take 1 full day off. I'm really sore, and it doesn't seem to be going away. It's not a bad pain, just a dull ache... but I thought I could just train through it. But its been about a week and is not getting any better.

But knowing myself, I will tell myself to take a day off... and then I wont, haha.
