Went to the gym today, leg day. I couldn't workout quite as intense as I could before I think those two weeks off affected me more than expected.

Also Ive been hanging, while I hang I do my written affirmations, which is perfect that way I don't need extra time for these and I have something to entertain myself during those 20 min sets. After that I do my mirror affirmations strapped. I am thinking of throwing in there a "I have an 8" penis." affirmation see what happens LOL. Here I found a couple videos on youtube on this subject in case you guys interested.

So I hung 2 sets 8 lbs 20 mins. I will measure the 30th of this month.

So went to the store today and got myself a proper Tailor's tape, though it 60 inches long I didn't think I would be needing all 60 inches so I cut it off at 15 inches cause you never know LOL baby steps

Anyhoos, I measured today seems that my gains made with PE held firm. I am currently at

6.125" NBPEL
6.25-6.5" BPEL - Somewhere in between.

I ordered all the parts for my Snake hanger off Homedepot, should be ready for pickup in a week and half or so.... Altogether came to about $13.00, pretty amazing for such an effective little tool which damn near gave me 1" gains in length in matter of months. In case you were wondering, because you might have read my full journal though I highly doubt it, specially now that I am not fully aware of what is going on with the forum though I did see Lightning passed away which is truly sad for this community; I had lost all my PE equipment in moves. I have moved several times in the last few years. I do think I have pumping cylinders somewhere though... But yeah the snake hanger is cheap and works great.

Thanks bro, hope my journal serves as a testament that PE is real. I remember when it took some time to pack the 1.5” cylinder. Now its pretty much packed just by being hard. So the gains remained for the most part. I think I did loose about an 1/8” on length but I will gain it back.

I received all the things required to build a Snake Hanger at my local Home Depot from an order I placed for pick up. Its basically 2 tarp clips and a 2"x3" Pipe Repair Clamp altogether came to about $13.00 and this is a very good hanger basically the one I made most of my gains in. So if anyone is looking to get into hanging and is on a budget, this is the way to go... forget the bib hanger.

I pumped today.

Set 1 : 1.5" Cylinder/5 hg/20 mins/100% packed
Set 2: 1.75" Cylinder/5 hg/ 20 mins/60% packed
Set 3: 1.5" Cylinder/5 hg/ 5 mins/ 100% packed <--- I tried this because of curiosity I thought if I squeezed my self in fully hard after pumping in a bigger cylinder when I pump I am going to get some traction and pull my penis forward down the tube. Work length a little bit with the pump. And this proved to be true I went .25" further down the cylinder than I did in my first set.

I started off in the 1.5" cylinder for a few mins but it is so tight I was not getting the expansion I wanted to I jumped to the 1.75" and pumped for 20 mins at 5 hg.

Not sure if Ive lost size I hope not. Regardless not super concerned, not sure how often I will be taking measurements I think my main focus is going to be filling Tubes and moving up sizes.

Considering hanging as well, that method brought me quick length gains. But DLD Ive moved to different apts like 6 times since I got my Lengthmaster and I lost it somewhere along the way.
