I stepped away from PE for a minute, but I slowly getting into it again as I always do. I need to troubleshoot my pump, it is not able to hold pressure. This will be my weapon of choice, I was working on this "overpacking" method and it worked quite well as you can see... which by the way I am happy to report the gains are still there. This second time it should go a lot smoother, and if it proves itself again I might just write up a thread detailing exactly the method to my pumping madness. Excited to be back!

I found it was effective, gonna test it again before putting it out there.

BTW any of you guys have ps4? I just got one... DLD you a game right? I doubt BSA...

I think I have the ps2, been a long time since I turned it on. My youngest has the xbox 1.

Would you believe I still play Defender? As well as Stargate, Joust and Zaxxon? Even Asteroids! We must be the same age :) If you enjoyed those games you'll have to download an emulation program called MAME. You can get the original ROMs that ran on those old arcade machines and have a blast flashing back to 'the old days' You can play them using a keyboard or other controller but if you really want the original experience buy yourself an X-Arcade desktop controller.

@Randolpho I used to emulate games in mame back in the day, its not exactly the most user friendly thing to set up. And for a guy that can barely get his tv box working like BSA, it will be damn near impossible.

Anyways BSA get yourself a ps4 so I can whoop your ass on Street Fighter.

Been working out lately, dieting again... I am trying to split my workouts in morning/night so I dont spend most of my free time at night working out. But I never have the will power to wake up early lol.

Do not feel bad I have gained all weight back plus 10 pounds! This sickness I have had for 12 weeks now has left me with little energy and this has brought the weight back. It is discouraging but I will get back, I know it. There was also an increase in my medication that causes weight gain. So things are set back but all that means is another change to do it over and better!
