Awesome well the first thing is that, you might need a bigger tube now or pretty damn soon.

So try this, ideally to overpack you should stay the same amount it took you to pack the tube at a low pressure. So for instance it took you 18 mins to pack the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words]. Do one set of 18 mins at a very low pressure or 2 sets of 9 mins if you want to be ultra safe. The pressure should be very low, half of what you use regularly. So it should not feel like and active workout, it is just enough pressure to keep your dick fully expanded. You will notice that after a prolonged period of time your inner dick will start to feel the stress, its subtle. This will also help minimize fluid retention.

Thank you for the explanation Rocky. I think I may have experienced what you were talking about with the inner penis. I have had this happen during the 2nd set at the lower pressure. My apologies if my questions seem dumb but I was not real clear on the concept. Your explanation made it clear for me

reminds me when i first got the xx30 and had beginner's excitement from all the swelling and fluid retention. made my cocksicle look like a dam eggplant from all the 18m sets i was doing at max intensity!

then i figured it was too long and perhaps strenuous to do every day. naturally i didn't keep up. at first it was great then i didn't want to do that type of work. somehow i managed to do this for a month straight almost daily.

for me i also think it's important to develop in other areas of life for health and just my natural yearn for things like physical training, career growth, music, etc. but there are also some people who focus well on one dear thing and excel at it.

so for me very important is establishing a consistent routine where i'm trying to cut the minutes down without sacrificing intensity or effectiveness, whether by method or complete focus

hence my current higher sets and less duration and also newly formed dropsets.
 
i also should mention that with my physical training my EQ and libido is very high even with a tight CR on, so that may be very important to keep the rest of the body in good or better shape to continue aiding the PE

i will point out that squats are very effective for EQ, HGH and testosterone production perhaps just by way of feeling. i guess i can say if the glutes, hams, and quads get stronger they will be able to deliver blood more efficiently to nearby areas like the penis by way of branched neurons and blood vessels

Yeah you guys need to remember how I pump is different than you. I pack the tube in 30-40 mins so my dick is pressed against the walls at that point, it does not keep expanding. The pressure is put on the inner penis and that begins to expand putting pressure on the skin suroubding my dick and that displaces the fluids and prevents fluid retention.
