Routine for today:
1. Heating Pad warm up 15 mins
2. Hung 15 lbs 40 mins
3. Heating pad warm down 10 mins
4. Clamp 15 mins
5. Cock ring/heating pad (credit heating pad on girth warm down to Mike) 1 hour
And went to the gym, hit it hard.

@DLD by the way, I double loop the cockring to retain the expansion and it does. However it does turn light purple, is that safe to wear like that? It is an entirely different expansion than, when I clamp it is rock solid with veins. When I put on the cock ring it retains the expansion and expands a bit more but it looks like a balloon.
