Woke up today weigh myself 173.5 lbs, good progress.

Went to the mall bought myself some kickass guess jeans for the ladies.

Weigh myself and weigh 179 fak, how do you go from 174.5 to 179 in a day what the fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. I suspect is water retention from the creatine but anyways fuck damn. Went to the gym, hit it pretty good did some cardio errthing running 8 mph miles pretty decent.

I do not use the theraband my dude, I used to but I just prefer using the bandage. I get more of a solid grip and I always found removing the theraband after a session a bit painful. Granted using only the bandage is a little uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it.

Same ol routine today not so intense I didnt sleep all that great yesterday. I will hit it hard tomorrow!

Hanging is one of the most effective methods for length Ive found, and yeap I wrap up with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] everytime or go old school DLD and use heating pad.

Yup, that was me :) I used a heating pad everyday for 8 hours, everything was always loose and stretchable.

Funny you say that because No Xplode is my pre workout since I was a teen. If you think No Xplide is crazy, try Mr. Hyde, it gives you tingles in your face and shit. I barely feel No Xplode anymore.

Ive been curious about this for quite some time, I realize it is not the safest method to do but after all this I was like....

5 mins clamp (easing in)

Sustaining 15 lbs or whatever it may be for you for a period of 20 mins is no joke, fatigue sets in and it starts to creep up to your butthole.

I try to PE every day, I have not measured yet this time around. But a year ago when I was making .25" a month gains I was doing PE everyday no exceptions. And I was really pushing myself to my limits with hanging.

15 min heating pad warmup
20 mins hanging 15lbs
15 mins clamp
2 hours cock ring

I think I had a thrombotic vein when I was a teen, for some reason. I had a vein swole up for like 2 weeks and it stung a little but it went away. I don't know it that was it though...
