i watched the elliot video...he wasn't kidding when he said easiest lol, but it's definately not so effective considering u burn an average of 100-200 calories per mile, so he advises the guy to keep eating the same way and same amount of calories, mathematically it doesn't seem much of a change

personally for fat loss, i take cues from whenever im studying fitness science and they pay off big time, right now i'm probably less than 6% body fat b/c my stomach is very flat and cut now

there are studies that show HGH & testosterone is highest in the morning, evening, and AFTER certain types of fitness like strength training, sports, HIIT, and sprinting especially. now another study shows HGH and testosterone are especially extremely effective for weight loss, strength training, and gaining muscle(the holy trinity). then to connect that with even another study that shows eating food especially carbs with moderate to high glycemic index will trigger higher than normal insulin activity, which suppresses HGH and testosterone

so to connect the dots timing is crucial for when to eat, so it's best not to eat right after a workout when there is an HGH spike, it's recommended to wait about an hour or so, and of course u want to eat quality nutritionally dense foods and also that are moderate to low on the glycemic scale

i personally intermittent fast about 5 days a week(dinner only), then 2 days i have lunch and dinner, but i never eat breakfast

now also consider i added weightlifting to my overall fitness just last week, and i'm taking it very serious, and so far ive gained very noticeable muscle size

Yeah does advise for guys to continue eating the same but remember it is a fitness youtube channel. He is assuming his guys are working out or are atleast at a stable weight. If you are in a downard spiral eating a 1000 calories over what you burn you need to go back and reevalute things. But if you are BSA and youve been at 225 for the past 30 years of your life, creating a 700-800 caloric deficit will make you loose weight. I burn 480 per 4 miles, so if I walk in the morning 1:30 at 4 mph I am burning nearly 700 calories. That alone creates a huge deficit, couple that with a little bit of diet. And I am loosing a pound every 2-3 days, the bad thing is I gain it back with my eating/drinking habits over the weekend.

Did a pumping session today.

Went like this:

10 mins, 5hg on the 1.75" diameter tube -- 80% filled
edge 2 mins
10 mins, 7 hg 1.75" diameter tube - 95% filled
edge 2 mins
10 mins, 5hg + 7 hg + 10 hg in intervals in the 1.75" tube - 100% filled
edge 2 mins
10 mins, 7 hg 2" diameter tube - 25% filled (at base)
edge 2 mins
10 mins, 7-10hg 2" diameter tube - 30% filled (at base)
edge 2 mins
10 mins, 7-10hg 2" diameter tube - 35-40% filled (at base)
cock ring 2 hours
10 mins, 5hg 1.75" diameter tube - 110% filled (including glans completely pressed against the walls) I felt the pull, the stretch if I increased the pressure to 10hg but only held it couple of secs

Thats it. I am thinking of doing a pump only month and see what come from that... The 2" tube looked and felt soooooo big, but by the end of the hour it felt like I can get to that size with time. It is not that far...

The immediate gratification from a solid pumping sessions provides the fuel/motivation to upping the intensity and staying consistent...well done :)

Today I took it easy with the pumping since I went hard yesterday. I retained a bit of fluid though it was all gone by the next morning.

Did 2 sets, 10 mins 5-7hg pressure. Never hit 10 and filled up the tube to about 85-90%.

I will do a BSA here and go buy the feedback of the pump as far a measuring goes. I wont measure until I fill up the pump 100% in the first ten mins. Last time I measure girth I was at 4.75" mid shaft.

What tube are you using? I've never filled mine 100%...the closest I got was to the top of the sticker (past the measuring grid)

I mean 100% in girth not length. The tube is 1.75" diameter and 9" long. A 1.75" diameter is about 5.5" circumference.
