Looking good brother keep it up! The only thing I would say to add would be heating pad post girth session. I have been getting good flaccid more girthier flaccid while using the pad.

I think I had a thrombotic vein when I was a teen, for some reason. I had a vein swole up for like 2 weeks and it stung a little but it went away. I don't know it that was it though...

It is normal for it to turn purple as it is under constriction. With a cock ring things will remain expanded but not like when you clamp. Clamping uses complete constriction which is dangerous and should be watched closely. A cock ring is not so dangerous, I think you will be fine.

For an hour? For sure, you could go even longer. What you are looking to do is hold the pump for as long as possible. After an hour the pump will start to dissipate at which time I suggest you make a bathroom break, bring back the erection, do a few jelqs and get back in for another hour. The longer we keep ourselves expanded the faster the gains will stick.
