Thats how I feel about loosing weight, thank god I have a scale cause almost 20 pounds later I still feel I need to lose weight and if I was going by looks I would feel that I have not accomplished anything but in reality Ive gone so far.

I think I will be taking the day off from PE. Yesterday after I took off the hanger I notice the tip of my glands where swollen, and today it has a tad bit darker shade to it. Idk if this is something to worry about, it doesn't hurt or anything. I hope the color turns back to normal soon though.

Hung today, only 10 mins. I didn't feel the grip on my hanger was right, it wasn't the good "oh shit thats heavy" discomfort. Its more of the "Im gonna tear off my glans" discomfort. So I finished with newbie stretches.

Will reassess the situation tomorrow probably go back down to 12 lbs 2 sets and bring it back up to 14 lbs when I can go salsa dancing with 12 lbs.

There needs to be a more comfortable thing for the glans because too much pressure will feel like ur guna burst your glans. I tried and my head got purple af

Exactly. The upper hand is pushing downward (I like to use the ok grip at the head while using the palm of hand for compression) while the lower hand is keeping blood in penis while pushing up. The goal is to expand the space between your hands so be sure the lower hand goes deep into the fat pad and to cover as much of the shaft as possible,

@kyo yeah you squeeze the glans or press down against the glans and that blood goes against your clamping hand so it expands the shaft. I got one of those cheap 1 dollar cockrings, it works fine. Are you using Hydrocortisone after stretching? This will help greatly with skin irritation.
