So after you did your girth session I assume you put on your cock ring to heal expanded.

The question is, does this affect your length gains? No it doesn't affect length gains. Just do length session then do your girth session and after that put on your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words].

If you think about it. Any girth session is a healing session because you're making your bloodflow circulate more than usual. Good point. I mean the cock ring would keep the cock expanded, no exactly lengthened. But it might work to prevent turtling.

The Snake Hanger is very comfortable and confidence inspiring. I started off with a homemade bib hanger, that was just awful a lot of pinchin going on. Those where brave men that came before us, they used such a primitive apparatus and made great gains with it. I don't see how you could possibly go beyond hanging 5 lbs on that thing without bursting into tears. Today we have so much information and tools available to us we should be making gains 10x faster.

So today I increased the hanging weight from 10 lbs to 12 lbs, only one set of 20 mins due to intensity. But anyways I think I am going back to my old ways of hardcore hanging, I had some good results with that in the past so lets give it another shot. Now that I got that extra time I will go straight into jelqs after hanging, atleast 30 mins and slap the cock ring on for atleast and hour.

So current routine is.

10 heating pad warm up
20 mins intense hanging
30 mins jelq
1 hour cock ring

So the official first month measurements are in. After one month of hanging. I went from.

NBPEL of 5.37"

To

NBPEL 5.62"

That is a .25" length increase, I weigh the same as I did at the time of measurement due to not being able to go to gym too much this month. I did see earlier this week a NBPEL measurement of 5.75 a couple of times and got excited about it, but since it is not consistent I will take the 5.62" as official. Also this measurement is not taking into account the slight upwards curve of my penis, if we take into account that curve then I am just under 6" NBPEL at about 5.85". Also I must mention I take this measurement at my absolute hardest, I stimulate myself to the verge of cummin and quickly grab the ruller and measure. My walking around boner(80% hard) is at about 5.5 nbpel.

Ok so today I felt like trying a couple of things out.

I thought why not do some manuals before the hanging? Then I went into A stretches, man... How come Ive never done these before?! They are amazing.

Then I said, "hey! why not try a different hanging angle?!" usually I do btc on a chair with legs propped up on a desk. But today I wanted to try straight down.

Now I don't know if it is because of the stretching before hanging or because this position is a little more challenging but the stretch felt a little more intense. But eventually I settled in after about three minutes, then after 5 mins I started to feel light headed so I immediately stopped. Which is weird, because Ive been under this tension before and I plow through it no problem. Maybe its a combination with what I ate also which is a little greasy type of thing that could possibly get you a lil light headed.

Will try again, proceed with caution but I think there are gains to be made with this position.

EDIT: Tried straight down again. Drank a full glass of water and served my self a little bit of Hennesy Black no ice #playahlife for good measure. Had no problems with it, I think the light headedness was a none PE related issued.

So today I did one round of newbie stretches, and hung straight down for 20 mins 12 lbs. The straight down hanging angle is intense not gonna lie, I am excited I think huge gains are to be made this way.

Will go to the gym today.

EDIT: Went to the gym, eased into it so I don't fuck up my back again. Basically all I did is hangout in the ladies/pussies section a.k.a. machines. But besides machines I did do some bench press at lower weight just to get that in and some dips.
