Been a very long while since I have updated this thread, primarily because dissertation work has completely overshadowed Penis Enlargement, which is unfortunate.
Though I have basically been trying to do something so as not to lose any gains I may have made! This has basically consisted of clamping in the same way as I have done (using a shoelace). I have recently purchased cable clamps, but due to my base girth actually being smaller than my mid-girth and my mid-girth at around 4.8-5" I find I don't get a amount of pressure using the clamps, so they will have to wait until my base girth gets larger, at the moment Im getting far more pressure from the tight shoelace.

SSJ[/words] and then around 20 mins of clamping/edging, these were fantastic and my dick remained plump for a while after, of course the gains were only temporary and disappointingly work got in the way and I couldn't capitalise on this!

Apart from that Ive been wearing my
cock ring fairly consistently and also when I sleep. In the morning I have a fairly good girth from this again its temporary for now, its a little squidgy so I guess most is fluid retention rather than actual growth but I think every little helps.
A few further observations with an all day
cock ring is that you can easily reverse kegel. Basically, when I pee sometimes due to the ring I was finding some urine was actually staying in my penis and then would dribble out gradually into my underwear which was very annoying! So I basically found I had to squeeze harder every time I went toilet to force all of the urine out and without intending ultimately get a reverse kegel exercise every time I go.
Penis is definitely changing, I havnt focused on length at all but my flaccid hang is definitely larger, consistently >4" whereas before it was 3-4". Flaccid girth is also larger.
Erect I am far more vascular and EQ is good, head is larger. The girth hasn't actually increased that much but given my efforts I am happy with the current results!
I hope this summer to be far more focused on Penis Enlargement when the exams are over!
