Yeah "silly-cone" haha. That's what I read happens and watched it as it started to stay stretched out. Then one day they just snap when putting back on. Just try to get more time to get comfortable or put some t-shirt material or something. I tried but it didn't work but maybe it will for you. cheers for the info, with me I finish a girth routine by putting the cock ring on to stay more engorged while flaccid and have noticed like you said that the ring has stretched out, I basically have vaseline on my dick already from the jelqing routine! Did some SSJs yesterday, expansion was very disappointing but I learnt from that.

Firstly don't do them when you are tired, erection quality is terrible.

Secondly I found that they are a lot better standing up rather than sitting, not entirely sure why, maybe because blood is more easily trapped in the shaft when standing as the penis points forwards rather than up?

Thirdly,be very horny when you do these, its very hard to force an erection and do these, its possible to kegel an erection when jelqing but not with these.

Take you time and find a base wrap that is comfortable and safe. If there is any pain present, stop and rewarap.

No I haven't, basically I just wrap a little bit of cloth at the base and then wrap the lace over the top side, cross it underneath then tie it on the top, you can repeat the tie to get it tighter. Then I tie a loose knot (so I can take it off quickly) to keep it in place. You can either get erect and tie it or tie it flaccid then get erect. I usually put on some adult entertainment and get the lube out and kegel a few times to get different blood in. Get a good expansion!

Been a very long while since I have updated this thread, primarily because dissertation work has completely overshadowed Penis Enlargement, which is unfortunate.

Though I have basically been trying to do something so as not to lose any gains I may have made! This has basically consisted of clamping in the same way as I have done (using a shoelace). I have recently purchased cable clamps, but due to my base girth actually being smaller than my mid-girth and my mid-girth at around 4.8-5" I find I don't get a amount of pressure using the clamps, so they will have to wait until my base girth gets larger, at the moment Im getting far more pressure from the tight shoelace.

I would say 10-15, each one I hold for around 1-3 minutes and then add some time in-between sets to get that erection solid again so 'stimulation time'.
 
Havn't done Penis Enlargement properly for a while, since April occurring to my last post! Had a lot of work and exams and I just stopped.

Anyway Im back on it now and am focusing purely on length, I figured I enjoy the girth exercises, know they work and could do them for the rest of my life, purely because they are fun!

Now stretching feels more like work, so now that I have holiday time I thought I would focus on that and get to my length goal, Im currently 6.5" maybe slightly more BP and want to be around 8" NBP, so I guess I need to add just over 1.5" to reach my goal!

Curved erect jelqing to help correct my curve
Kegels

Its basic but works the areas I want to focus on, I will do this for one or two months and then progress to more intense length exercises. I really cant wait to sort length so I can get back to girth! :P
