So, I should have started one of these a while back, but didn't really have a clear goal in mind. However, now I have my sights set on one inch in one year. I think it is a lofty goal, considering I don't have the time to dedicate like some other bros. Here is a bit of background.

I did [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] pumping for quite some time and haphazardly gained about an inch of length and .5 of girth in about three years. Yet, I am suspending girth work in favor of getting to where i want to be lengthwise. As an aside, I also am suspending girth in favor of a adult entertainment free lifestyle for a while. I'm by no means an addict, but I think I enjoyed girth work too much because I rewarded myself with unlimited adult entertainment usage. I feel a singular goal is better as far as time goes as well. If I can focus all my effort at getting that inch out, I can get back to a more balanced routine in 365 days.

My game plan is as follows.

Manual stretches in all directions 30 sec each to total 13.5-18 min total.

The same stretches bundled in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] 13.5-18 min total.

Transition to 20 min of hanging with increases in weight and time sequential over weekly periods, but topping out and holding over time. I don't see myself going above 20-25 lbs for 30 min.

Finish with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in a heating pad for 1-2 hrs as a cool down and some massage with lotion.

I hope to possibly do two a days after I become conditioned to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and hanging possibly splitting the manuals and bundles into their own sessions with 40 min (2 sets of hanging per session) inside of the first four months.

I hope this plan is sound. It seems to incorporate much of what others do here with success along with a little [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words].

If anyone has some Tweeks or insight they would like to add, please feel free to chime in. Ultimately, I feel like 2 hrs a day will be enough 5 days a week. There is always the possibility of more time, but that's what I'm budgeting for.

I am aiming to stay away from the ruler as much as possible, but maybe will go every 2 months? Every 4? Let me know what y'all think.

Yup, it is very important to include some expressive stretching in every work out, without making low grip stretches you will be missing a great deal of length that is inside the body.

I don't know how to link cause i use my phone for the internet. But the stretching i mentioned, you just attach the bundle chamber of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] as close to the base/pubic bone as you can. You will find that doing stretches to the sides will be a little more difficult due to skin stretch. I usually just do straight out, up, down and left and right. Doing about 5 minutes worth of these before your normal stretching routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] is great as it really loosens up the ligs.
 
You sound like you are doing plenty as far as length work goes. I can't really imagine you adding much more, and I hope you reach your modest goal of an inch in one year.

As far as using a ruler goes I would say do not measure more than once a month, and if you can maintain your routine without too much trouble or too many missed days just measure once every two months. That is enough time to mark some gains beyond variations in EQ and a short enough time that you can change things if you don't see gains.

Also, what is your current size, just wondering (no homo).

I would imagine the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] to be pretty comfy to use as a hanger.

Going into hanging from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretches to hanging is pretty good. I just got my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], so I'm still learning the ins and outs. However, it's going pretty well so far. There's a lot of re-wrapping and massage to be done between sets, but it feels pretty good so far. I'm also new to hanging, thus the low weight. But I want to see newbie gains, so I will add weight slowly to realize the gains at low weights.

This goal is complete realistic, I think you can expect to see it in 6 months if you remain consistent. I think every man can expect a 2" in in one year with a good routine and consistent, intense work.

Maybe in a few months.

You can add DLD's Size Blasters, exercise that cover both length and girth, it's based on grasping the inner penis as much as possible by digging your hand into pelvic, or to use low base grip to simply pull out your inner penis.

It's not bad. The wrapping and re wrapping is just as big of a pain in the ass as it is for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. But we will see If the gains are Infact better. I'm not even getting an hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after many of my workouts. Bunch or bullshit. I didn't stay with anything in particular. I began my PE journey with jelqs, stretches and moved on to pumping about 3 months later. I like this statement, sounds like good work, but why you keep doing 2x10 minutes of edging, maybe you should do it once but 45 minutes.

Because I was clamped. Ten min of edging doesn't seem like much, but when it's clamped it gets pretty nutty. So there is one thing I want to mention based on what I have seen in your thread so far. You aren't sticking to the minimum 10 hours of weekly hanging rule, and instead are going with the hardcore hanging method of one set a day.

Based on my experience with hanging, if you are only hanging 7.5 lbs for one 20 minute set then you will definitely not see any gains unless you are one of those truly lucky guys that responds well to hanging. If you are only going to do one set you need to move up to a weight that brings on fatigue during your 1 set and that you have issues completing. I am not saying jump up to 25 lbs tomorrow, but unless 7.5 lbs is really causing you fatigue you need to move up. According to Bib most of the hard gainers when it comes to hanging begin to see gains starting at 15 lbs, so keep that in mind.

Another thing is I used to hang sets that were an hour long without taking a break. I am not recommending you do that, but I really don't think it will hurt at all if you do a 30 minute set instead of a 20 minute set, and DLD himself told me this would not be an issue. Just saying, consider going for 30 minutes instead of 20.

Good luck buddy, and I am not sure if you are into Rugby or not but Figi is amazing at rugby 7's!

I just started to hang, so I'm going into it slow and steady increasing weigt over time. I honestly don't have time to do 10 hrs a week at any weight, but thought that after I'm all stretched out, it couldn't hurt. I did do 3x20 one day and it seems ok, but I will need to work up to that as well. Plus, you're right; 7.5 lbs ain't shit, but it is a start, and I am feeling pretty fatigued from it at least during. Who knows, it may be something that will work as i am able to increase weight and time in tandem. I. Weight lifting terms, I'm just starting to get my rhythm. Thanks for the advice.

The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] pump went straight up to 190, which I used to have to work up to. I'm seeing this as a gain. If I'm shooting up so fast in the tube, I must be making gains. Can wait to throw the tape on and see if I'm up to 7" bone pressed. I'm revising my goal to 8" bone pressed and 7" non bone pressed. 8" was my goal, but I really want that 7" to be all me. I'm also adding cardio to my workouts to aid in fat pad reduction. 20-30 min everyday should do it on my current regiment and diet...

I may pop out of bed in the morning and hit up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and hold the pump all day with a cockring.
