So, I should have started one of these a while back, but didn't really have a clear goal in mind. However, now I have my sights set on one inch in one year. I think it is a lofty goal, considering I don't have the time to dedicate like some other bros. Here is a bit of background.

Yet, I am suspending girth work in favor of getting to where i want to be lengthwise. As an aside, I also am suspending girth in favor of a adult entertainment free lifestyle for a while. I'm by no means an addict, but I think I enjoyed girth work too much because I rewarded myself with unlimited adult entertainment usage. I feel a singular goal is better as far as time goes as well. If I can focus all my effort at getting that inch out, I can get back to a more balanced routine in 365 days.
My game plan is as follows.
Manual stretches in all directions 30 sec each to total 13.5-18 min total.
The same stretches bundled in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] 13.5-18 min total.
Transition to 20 min of hanging with increases in weight and time sequential over weekly periods, but topping out and holding over time. I don't see myself going above 20-25 lbs for 30 min.
Finish with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in a heating pad for 1-2 hrs as a cool down and some massage with lotion.
I hope to possibly do two a days after I become conditioned to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and hanging possibly splitting the manuals and bundles into their own sessions with 40 min (2 sets of hanging per session) inside of the first four months.
