My routine was weak at first because I was scared and everything kinda hurt, so I took it easy even though at the time I remember thinking I was cranking on it. It's all about how much you can tolerate without hurting yourself. Now, years later, I can do things to my dick that I never would've imagined even trying before years of PE. Everything is strengthened and tolerant, more muscular and pain free.

I saw newbie gains within the first month of starting PE, but then I hit a plateau early so I had to learn to just keep going and put away the ruler. The best advice I can give anyone when they ask "how long will it take" is just put away the calender and put away the ruler and just exercise, exercise, exercise. Alot of time will pass, just be patient, and suddenly you'll be like "holy shit my dick is a good inch longer than last year".

The grip thing I think comes with practice too. Make sure you do it while completely flaccid and your hands are dry, that helps. You can try kegeling some blood into your head, squeezing it off and then using the bulbous head as an anchor to pull on. The longer you do PE, the easier it will become. I've seen some guys say they have luck with baby powder or latex gloves for grip

Latex gloves are awesome and so is baby powder but both have a different feel so try each. I like using baby powder with a couple drops of water to thicken it a bit, this really help me with grip.

They are all just numbers. For me 9" was harder than 10", no clue why but after I finally accomplished 9 ten came with much more ease.

Is it cos the penis will be pretty much conditioned? or different muscle contraction at different size, god only know.

Getting to 9 takes getting to 8 first:) Try to see 8 as being just a number, no different than 7. Expect the 8 inches quickly and do the exercise to make it happen. If girth is all set for now this gives you a lot of time to dedicate to length. I would concentrate my efforts into basic stretching and DLD Blasters for manual work. I agree with you, I would love to have a base like that also. The only way I can get to that is by loosing the fat pad to almost nothing but I can never remain at this low weight. Every year I drop all the weight I gain over the Summer and in the Winter I have a base that looks similar but this is after dropping 80 pounds.

I have actually almost no fat pad(which is cool but I lack gaining muscle on the other hand) but I dont have these features showing.

I feel like my exitpoint is rather high pelvic wise and the ligs are tight/inside..
This might mean I have the abiltiy for lig gains? The most I did for length gains was some absic 360 stretches and extending.
