3/11 - A ten and twenty minute session in the day.

3/12 - Only a ten minute session. Sharp pain so not doing anymore today. Freckin' dick is such a pussy. lol
 
3/15 - Stretched for 40 minutes today. Something different happened when I was stretching down to the right. A lig pulled out of place at the base maybe .25" or so on a stretch. In respone I left go of the stretch really fast and it pulled back. I thought maybe it was a lig pop, but people say they make a noise like cracking knuckles so I guess not. I have no idea.
 
Current size is in my sig. That is all I have gained and most of it came in the beginning, besides that little bit of girth. Thanks for the inquiry. :)

3/17- 40 minutes of stretching. I picked up industrial strength velcro and clamps at Walmart for a captain's wrench. As most people I could not find the grippers at Walmart. The only home depot is a 30 minute drive. I may try and find something in house to substitue and make this thing tomorrow. I can find a nylon strap somewhere here in the house. Looking forward to doing some intermediate hanging to kickstart some gains.
 
3/17 - Looks like a new beginning in my Penis Enlargement journey. Constructed the captains wrench hanger. I found grips that were circular, but managed to trim to 1" x 1.5". They are supposed to by 1" x 2", but I think it will be alright. I didn't think I could manage 5 lbs. I tried 3lbs, but it was too much. lol That or I just was pulling too much skin. I'm not sure. It takes some getting used to I'm sure. Because privacy ran out I won't get another try today. Next session I think I'll try a couple lbs. I also did about 15 minutes of manual stretching today.

I got to do a couple more sets last night. I got in a 10 and 15 minute set each with 2.5 lbs. After each set the part past the clamp on my dick was cold. Not good from what I've read. Not sure how to correct that except maybe my dick wasn't situated in the hander well? IDK but it felt like it was.

3/18 - Thought I would do a few hanging sets, but when warming up and doing some manual stretches I'm too sore. Stretched for about 15 minutes. Its only early afternoon. Maybe I can get some in later tonight.
 
3/20 - 15 and 10 minute hanging sessions at 2.5 lbs still.

3/21 - Two 15 and one 20 minute hanging sessions at same weight. Has been easier for me to deal with the weight standing up than sitting down, but I am working on that. Also, I bend over a little and swing the weight in a circle occasionally. Plus after taking the weight off I've pulled the hanger up for a while to work on the tunica a little. Captains wench is doing nicely I think.
 
I love it. Although hard to tell when I'm stretching skin more than pulling on the internals. My head gets a little darker in color and cold sometimes, which I've read is something to stay away from, but I get a little of both most the time. This normal? You have any tips eight? I know you've been down with hanging for a while. I attach the hanger closer to the base, but its at mid shaft during hanging time. Also, my dick has a slight tilt to the left and I get this during hang 90% of the time.

3/25 - For lack of privacy only a 20 minute hang and some manual stretching out and up with the hanger attached. I'm definately ready for a little more weight now. I'll go 3 lbs just to be safe.

That's good that you like it. It takes time to see results with all the adjustment periods you'll go through with comfort levels and figuring out your weight limit. I think as long as you don't have the hanger on or too near your head you're fine. Just take it slow and never push yourself too soon. Make sure that you are taking on as much weight as you can as comfortably as possible. I'm telling you though if you ever have the chance to buy the Max-Vac. It's unreal in terms of comfort.
 
Thanks for the advice. I won't have a chance to buy something like that anytime soon. I think I'll be alright.

3/26 - Started using 3 whole pounds today. . haha. Can't be too safe right? I'll jump to 5 on next weight change. I did three 20 minute sets and one 10 minute set today. I did some manuals out and up with the hanger on for 10 minutes as well. I did two 5 minute clamps for the fun of it.
 
3/28 - 25, 20, and 10 minute set. Then some stretching out and up with hanger for 10 minutes.

3/29 - 25 and 20 with weight and 10 stretching with hanger.

Think I'm seeing a good sign already. The area between my tvein and back of glans has got a bit longer. I wasn't expecting seeing length develop here. I thought it would be from the base out. No measurement. I want the next measure to be significant. Oh and during my manual stretching with the hanger I closed my eyes and envisioned getting longer. Focused on total relaxation and worked on confidence. This helped me get a great stretch and I'm giong to do more of this in the future. My breathing was so calm. Was calm, like each breath was the ocean tide. That sounds corny, but it was a dif experience. Whatever works I'll go with. :)

Hey, I just noticed you're starting into hanging now. It worked great for me, I got a 3/4" gain before my lig gains quit. I found the hardest thing was finding a comfortable wrap, which is so crucial to hanging higher weights. My recommendation is use real [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words]-brand wrap, the generic stuff is crap. Also, make sure you're really putting in the time with hanging. I got some small gains at first, but they stalled. I had to increase my weekly hanging time from 5 hours to about 8 or 9 before the gains restarted.
 
Hmm, well I already have 3/4" gain from manual stretches. At this point I'll take anything. Hopefully I can get plenty more from hanging. I am using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wrap. Gripes my meat real good. So good, almost raw and I have to put some lotion on it afterwards.

3/29 - 30 and 20 minute set. Fatigued after this. Was going to manual out and up again, but couldn't get situated. Had some stuff on my mind. Put things away for another day.
