Been dealing with some stuff and Penis Enlargement was on the back burner for a while. I'm still dealing, but I'm going to try and do some Penis Enlargement tonight or tomorrow at the latest. Both would be nice.
 
10/2 - For a week I'll have more privacy and hopefully I won't get too many distractions or things to deal with. I'm upping the intensity of my stretches in length and strength. I can hold a stretch for almost four or five minutes max. I can't hold stretches straight up that long, but I will work on that. 20 minutes down, 30 minutes out, and 20 minutes up.

10/3 - 25 minutes down, 30 minutes out, and 20 up. Then two 10 minute clamp sets with edging in between, during, and after, followed by 250 slow, hard jelqs.
 
10/6 - 15 minutes down, 15 out, 10 up, and 5 minutes tunica stretch. I was pretty sore by the end. Later I did two 10 minute clamp sets, followed by 250 slow and hard jelqs. I was getting precum during clamping and jelqing. I suppose it's since I've been drinking a hella lot of water lately.

My post girth workout erection measured 5" at midshaft.

10/7 - A little good news to report. I measured erect girth before my workout today I am only 2 tenths away from 5". I am pretty excited and going to continue to clamp and jelq until I cement it and hopefully make it to 5" midshaft. rofl

Started with stretching up, since I'm pretty exhausted by the time I stretch in the other order. I think it was a really good decision and it felt great. Stretched up for 25 minutes, out 20 minutes, and down 5. Only 5 down, because I was on a time limit. After stretching I noticed two small red blotches on the lower top part of the glans. Never got anything like that before. Anyways I went on with a couple clamp sessions. They were 10 and 8 minutes. Red blotches were gone after clamping. Later in the day I went for another clamp set or two, but only ended up with one that was about 6 minutes. Damn privacy.

So you think these short clamp sessions are working for you?

That's cool if you find shorter sessions work for you because all of us can appreciate a bit less Penis Enlargement if it means GAINS lol.
 
Yea I don't have any doubt they are doing some good. I know it isn't much of a measure, but I can see a change in my penis. Looking a little more "muscular" and feeling it too.
 
Same day.. just more Penis Enlargement. :D

Did two 10 minute clamps sets and then two 5 minute clamp sets. Edged after each set. Then I did 350 slow and hard jelqs. Felt good.
 
10/14 - Dick was tight for stretching so I didn't work that long at it. 10 minutes up, out, and down. Then I did two 8 minute clamp sets and 350 medium speed hard jelqs.
 
10/17 - I'm going to take a small break from stretching. My tvein is getting bloated again. This time its on the left side. Gets small bumps in it from buildup or pressure. I have got small ones behind the top and right, but they stay small and somteimes un-noticed. I'm going to let them settle down since my right hand grip with my thumb puts a lot of stress on the left side.

I did three 10 minute clamp sets, followed by 200 slow and hard jelqs. Then I did some squeezes. Held behind the glans and did a slow hard jelq a quarter way up the shaft and held there to focus on expanding midshaft and towards the glans. I did about 30 of these. Right now I'm pretty much the same girth, well more of width from the bottom to the top of my dick, so I'm thinking about expanding the middle to upper section more, but don't want my head as wide as the shaft. That may be hard to do, because my glans expand relatively easy. Even the isolated compression squeezes I did worked on the glans some. Work on this, I will.

Man that really sucks! I know how you feel man! I'll end up locking myself in the bathroom for like 30mins and bust out a intense short routine! Or go park somewhere and bust out some clamps or intense stertches! BTW I have a 20% tint on my front windows on my truck and a 2.5% on the back windows, with a black inside. So when the sun goes down nobody can see my ass! rofl

10/26 - Got in a 10 and 5 minute clamp set, followed by 200 slow and hard jelqs. Was a little sore.
 
10/29 - A 10 minute and 5 minute clamp early in the day and two 10 minute sessions with edging after each later in the day. Red dot on top of shaft is freckle size now.
 
Bought some Ginkgo Biloba last night while I was in Walmart picking up Star Wars ROTS. After reading about Ginkgo and how it improves blood flow, it has to be great for Penis Enlargement, plus extra energy and any help with memory I can get would be sweet. Plus some say it may increase sexual energy and loads. I will see. Don't know if I should take it in the morning or night. The cashier was a cute little girl and we locked eyes in that certain kind of way. Anyways thats always cool for confidence, which I don't have much of.
 
11/6 - Big girth workout. Two 10 minute clamp sessions with edging after each and followed by 600 slow and hard jelqs over a half an hour period. I did the last 100 standing up, because I was tired of sitting on the toilet. Definately get a different feel doing it like that. After jelqing I did 5 and 10 minute clamp sets with edging and more edging when I was completely done. I did a quick measure afterwards and I was 5 and two tenths I think. I was hoping to get another big exercise in this morning, but no f-ing privacy.
 
I noticed we've both been in the game about a year now. How do you like your progress? Personally I'd hoped to be at my goal of nbp 8x6 by now, but I'm only about halfway there. It's good we're both sticking with it though.
 
Nice observation. :) Yes I was going to post my thoughts after a year of this game soon and since you bring it up... Penis Enlargement. It works for sure. I originally planned on hitting length until I was satisfied, but tvein flare ups don't allow me to. I made my length gains in the first few months and I reached my first goal of 6" EL. I was stoked and set my next goal to 7" which I still really long for. Since then I haven't paid attention to the time you know? I set my goals, but I don't put a time constrant on it. This keeps down Penis Enlargement related depression I believe. I am focusing on girth atm b/c I enjoy the exercises and its a nice change of pace since stretches weren't producing anything for me and the tvein as I mentioned. Already gained a few tenths of an inch in girth and look to make it to 5" EG before I focus on length again. I might need to get some type of stretcher. Anyways I am pleased and could wish for more, but the past is the past. I don't see the end of Penis Enlargement in my life for a while. 7 x 5.5 and I would be completely happy with Penis Enlargement and not ask for any more, although it prolly wouldn't stop me from going for it. :)

11/8 - Only could get a 15 minute clamp session in. Better than nothing I suppose. Look to get a good workout in the morning.
 
Coulda' done some Penis Enlargement yesterday, but the top of my shaft was still pinkish so I didn't.

11/19 - 500 jelqs, two 10 minute clamp sets, and edging after each.
 
11/26 - Been a while since a Penis Enlargement session, but Thanksgiving and other things got in the way. My penis is benefiting from jelqing a lot. Its fills more solid and almost straight like a ballon, but a little wider at 3/4 the shaft. I've always been that way, but just saying.

400 jelqs, 10 minute clamp, edge, and 10 minute clamp.
 
Well I was getting in touch with myself today, if you know what I mean lol and I decided to pull out the measuring tape to check girth. I am now part of the 5" EG club!!!

In September I was starting some light girth work, but started hitting it more in October. A couple months with my spiratic schedule, because of a hard time getting privacy and .25" girth gain ain't too shabby. I always had the feeling I could gain girth pretty well and I think I can gain some length from jelqing in addition. I had planned to go for 5" girth and hit the length again, but because of this progress, I'm going to stick with things, cement my gain, and go for another quater inch possibly. My length is still 6" NBP and 6.25" BP. Maybe I will turn the NBP into BP by jelqing on this thing. I would give a base measurement, but it changes drastically so its tough to get a good measure. It is rather girthy disappering into my balls. :)
 
Well done on gaining the girth! Must be a nice accomplishment for you, getting out of that decimal. Good job. Before you know it, you'll be making the ladies run in fear! Ah, let's actually hope that's not the case. :D

15/4 - Just 200 jelqs. I have been busy and privacy has been low as well.
 
12/15 - Well kinda scary after my session today. Did 500 jelqs, 15, and 10 minute clamp. During the second clamp a had some discomfort for a second or two several times, but stayed with it. Afterwards I went completely soft and couldn't get hard. Was like that for several hours. I got a pretty good wood on a little while ago, but I'm going to watch some pr0n and try to get another good one. I'll be taking several days off.
 
I am back to normal now I believe, but I'm going to give it until after Christmas to resume just to be safe. I'll start back with 200-300 jelqs and no clamping. Its not worth it to risk any damage.
 
12/27 - I did 300 jelqs today. Dick felt kinda spongy. Thought that was something that came with more time or a lot more girth exercise. Maybe it is just a fluke. The area from my base to 3/4th the way down the shaft is catching up with my best girth there. I'm working away the small baseball bat type shaft of mine.
 
1/2 - More light stretching. Felt great. I think I'm going to set a short term goal of 6.5" EL. My long term is still 7". I really felt it in the ligs and tunica today. I'm sure I could use the gains from working the tunica the most. My past gains have come from stretching down and also out, so I prolly have some tunica work to do. Previously stretching up in the past I did not feel anything, but today I sure did. Doing these stretches, while having jelqing in my routine now may be helping. It surely can't hurt. I also did 300 jelqs and a 10 minute clamp set.
