Yes I def put more pressure on the sides, primarily b/c I read before that you shouldn't put a lot of pressure on the top of the shaft. I use the "A okay" sign or top side thumb facing me. I grab a little before mid shaft and stretch away. It should help you with your sack hang too. Its made my balls hang more as I have stated some where else on the board, but its also gonna bring on more turkey neck.
 
Tuesday 6/28 - 25 minutes stretching mid shaft and a little over five minutes of clamping. Last week I thought I could be having an issue with a vein becoming hard, but its more a skin bump thing. Where I shave at the base, my hair pores are already a little raised, but they have just been more raised lately and several of them in a line made me think it was a vein underneath. However, after looking more carefully I found what was up, so back to a little clamping.
 
Monday 7/11 - Hard time getting any privacy today. Stretched for 10 minutes. Later stretched for 20 minutes and later on did 200 medium speed jelqs. Tomorrow I should have more time to myself.
 
Tuesday 7/12 - 30 minues of stretching, mainly mid shaft, but I mixed in a few from the end of the shaft. Then did about 250 jelqs at medium speed, followed by a 10 minute clamp session. Quite swelled up afterwards. :D
 
Thursday 7/14 - 30 minutes stretching from midshaft and a few pulls from the end. Also about 250 medium speed jelqs and a 15 minute clamping set and a 5 minute clamping set. Really swelled up. I think my width was over .25" than normal.

Friday 7/15 - 25 minutes stretching from both mid and end shaft mixed. Did about 250 slow hard jelqs, followed by a 10 minute clamping set.
 
7/29 - Got in 30 minutes of stretching from end of shaft and later on did about 70 medium speed jelq. Then lost my privacy. Hopefully can get some good work in tomorrow.
 
7/30 - Thankfully no interruptions today. 40 minutes stretching from end of shaft, followed by 300 medium speed jelqs, 10 minute and 5 minute clamp sets, and edged one time.

Thought of trying it out again came to me the other day. I tried before, but was just frustrated my penis kept slipping back in the wrap. Today it did that a couple times, but most of the time it didn't. I'm going to start doing this more to try and increase my flaccid size.

8/10 - Got two workouts in today. Stretched for 10 minutes down and 15 out, but I was really tight. Then I did 300 medium speed jelqs, a 5 minute clamp set and 10 minute set also. Then later I did 300 medium speed jelqs again and three 10 minute clamp sets.
 
8/11 - Surprised to get in another good workout today. 35 minutes stretching consisting of 10 down and 25 out/around. 350 medium speed jelqs and two 15 minute clamp sets.
 
8/13 - 40 minutes stretching split between down and straight out. Took measurements and guess my 6.25 was a fluke. I'm about 6 or a hair over that at best now it seems. Maybe I got 6.25 before and didn't sement it. Oh well more work. Can't expect it to come easy eh?
 
8/15 - 20 minutes stretching out and around, followed by 15 minutes down. My ligs were really sore today, b/c yesterday I did some kegals and reverse kegals with my stretches. I was going to clamp after stretching, but as soon as I got it on there went my privacy. Oh and I found out a little while ago my erect girth wasn't what I thought it was, b/c before I measured with string and I thought I had 5.5 mid shaft. After measuring the correct way I'm 4.75" at mid and 5" at the base. I can live with this. No biggie. Also would like to note I see at least .5" temporary increase in midshaft girth after 300 jelqs and a couple clamp sessions.
 
yeah, well hey now you know that you have room for improvement on both sides.

I'm still about 5.25 at the base and 5 at the midshaft. I need to jelq more. I did a few days ago. It was a pretty good session.
 
Yea I saw that in your log you are doing the wet jelqs. I can't do them like that. Gives me some weird sting in my head afterwards, so I use petroleum jelly. It think the jelly helps more, since when water is in the mix you have some degree of shrinkage, or at least I do. GL with your jelqs. I don't look to increase much in girth now since I have little privacy, but when I get my own place again I will hit it a lot harder. I know I can gain from girth exercises. I just don't know that I should before I get to 6.5 or so, but I want to do girth exercises, b/c I enjoy doing them.
 
8/26 - Dang a while since Penis Enlargement. :( Today 25 minutes of stretching, 10 down and 15 out and around. Then a 10 minute and two 15 minute clamp sessions.
 
8/27 - Happy to get a workout in today. Stretched for 35 minutes, including 15 down, 15 out/around, and 5 straight back. I think I need to concentrate on doing more straight back stretches. Remember this I will. :) I also edged a few times after stretching.
 
8/28 - More Penis Enlargement today. 30 minutes stretching altogether with 10 minutes down, 10 out, and 10 straight back. Then I followed that up with 250 medium speed jelqs and 10 minutes of clamping. Then lost privacy, but tried clamping again and managed two more 5 minute sets. I hope I get a decent gain soon.
 
8/29 - 40 minutes of stretching all together, including 10 down, 10 out/around, 10 back, and 10 out/around again. Then I edged a few times. I have been hella sore in the ligs.
 
damn that blows.

My shaft skin has been acting up from a hair that is probably going to become an ingrown one. I am taking a day off from hanging tomorrow to do a jelq and clamp session myself. Trying to get back to doing jelqs. It seems the only time I gained was while I was actively doing them.
 
Ingrown on the shaft eh? What's that feel like? I've had them on my head before I think. Kinda feel like a pimple?

Maybe starting jelqing more frequently can kickstart something for me length wise or at least get me to that 5" girth at mid shaft.
 
8/31 - Didn't have privacy, but locked the door and went for a workout anyways. Stretched 10 minutes down, 10 out, and 5 back. Then I did SWM's tunica stretch for 10 minutes.
 
9/1 - Stretched 10 minutes down, did 10 minutes of tunica stretch, stretched out for 10 minutes and then back just a few times. Then I did 400 jelqs, not quite medium speed or slow. Followed up with two 10 minute clamp sessions and edged. Took a small break and clamped for two more 10 minute sessions. Edged several times.
 
9/6 - 15 minutes out, 10 down, 10 up, and 5 minutes tunica stretch, followed two 10 minute clamp sessions, 300 medium speed jelqs, and 100 fast jelqs. Then I edged a lot. This is several hours later and I feel fatigued and blue balled. lol
 
9/9 - I have something to log. Yeah. 15 minutes stretch out, 10 down, 10 up, and 8 minutes tunica stretch. Then I got in two 10 minute clamp sessions and only 50 jelqs.
 
9/12 - Three 10 minutes clamp sets.

9/13 - 15 minutes down, 10 out, 10 down, and 5 minutes tunica. Then three 10 minute clamp sets. Damn the last two were great! Then 300 medium speed jelqs. My dick felt like a ballon with led in it. Best girth workout I've ever had.

I have trouble keeping a complete erection in the clamp. I can only go for 5-10 minutes a set and I can really only go 1 or 2 minutes without having to work myself back up. I find that my hands actually work better for me. Good stuff though man.
 
Yea good stuff, but it just hit me I will have been stretching for a year come this November and I doubt I'll get that 1 inch gain I thought I had a while back. Measuring fluke, immaculate wood, or lost gain IDK. Seems most people gain an inch in a year too. Kinda putting a damper on my motivation. I need to find the measuring tape and check the girth for noob gains there. That could be my only pickmeup, although I really, really want length. I'm starting to dispise the ruler. :censored:

9/15 - 20 minutes stretching down, 10 out although dick was tight and these 10 minutes sucked, and 5 minutes tunica stretch. Two 10 minute clamp sets, edging after each clamp set, and 200 medium speed jelqs.
 
9/17 - 15 minutes down, 15 out, and then while doing 15 up I switched my gripe to over the top glans with thumb base on left, pinky on right and other three fingers on the bottom. This was awesome. Its so much better the the circular index finger and thumb gripe. I can't wait to stretch again now, but there was a little sharp pain at the base at the end of my workout. The stretches were hitting the ligs hard like that. This give me new hope. Wish I was using this gripe earlier.
 
9/22 - 20 minute stretches down, out, and up. Them a few minutes of tunica stretches. I think I may try to do 20 minutes stretching up before I go to bed at nights.
 
9/24 - Late night workout. 10 minutes down, 10 out, and 10 up. Don't think I've ever mentioned, but I mix a lot of blasters into my stretching. I could feel the burn tonight when stretching down and doing them.
