lol not exactly my method per say, just doing what I read from the captain's wrench thread. lol

4/14 - 12 and 5 minute hanging sets. 15 minutes of stretching up and also bundled stretches. Starting to get bummed thinking maybe I won't gain any more. Even with hanging its been so long since I've seen good results I don't know if I can get any more out of this thing. >:(
 
I think you should try to increase your intensity before you give up on hanging. How many hours do you spend hanging per week? I didn't really gain with hanging until I was using about 10 lbs. and hanging atleast 5 hours per week. After a while, I had to up my weekly hang time to about 8 hours per week, and using weights of 12-18 lbs.
 
I'm not going to give up on hanging. It was on more of a rant. Just bummed I have a little to show for my Penis Enlargement thus far, but not as much as I'd like. I think it will be many weeks before I can even think about ten lbs. I am not spending a set amount of hours. I am doing it when I can. I will take a look at how much time I spend per week. I'm sure I can do at least 5 hours.

4/15 - Twelve and 5 minute hanging sets. Time is down right now, b/c I'm getting used to 5 lbs and dealing with minor slippage. I'll get it straightened out. 15 minutes of manuals and few bundled stretches.
 
4/19 - 15 and 10 minute set. Damn it was a intense first 5 minutes. Lucky for me I have a handle on my weight I can take off some of the stress when I feel its getting to be too much. Did about 25 minutes of upward stretching.
 
Yesterday's log date should have been 18th. If I'd stop recording so late I wouldn't look at the clock and get it wrong!

4/19 - 30 minutes of upward stretching.
 
4/27 - Shesh I haven't been keeping up with Penis Enlargement. Like I posted a while back its helly busy! I hung 5 lbs for 10 minutes twice and clamped for 5 minutes twice as well. I clamped about the same amount the last couple days. I'm not really looking for girth, but if I watch some adult entertainment I might as well put that clamp on for a bit! Plus I like the look of the extra two tenths it gives me. Haha.
 
4/28 - Two 10 minute hangs with 15 minutes stretching up followed by three 5 minute clamps. Later in the day I did 15 minutes stretching and two five minute clamps again.

4/29 - Two 5 minute clamps.
 
5/4 - I did some stretching and coule clamp sets.

5/5 - I did 30 minutes stretching, 8 minute and 6 minute clamp sets. Later in the day I did 10 more minutes of stretching. Sore.
 
I'm still alive. LMAO. Just taking time off until I get an apartment. Could be a a month or two. The time off is relaxing and I haven't thought about Penis Enlargement all that much. Maybe what I need to kickstart some gains and more motivation hopefully.
 
I've been doing some stretches again. Trying to hit the blasters good and some light jelqing for length. Every time I see big dicks in adult entertainment I get to thinking I should be Penis Enlargementing. While I still haven't moved to a new place yet where I would have privacy to hang plenty, I'm trying to Penis Enlargement everyday and a little at night before showering. I'm not going to log every session, b/c for now I'm just looking for a little gain and I've logged for a long time without any progress.
 
No big news. Just wanted to throw up a little thing that happened with my lady. Was getting down to it and her head was resting on a pillow, her legs in the air and me on top. I was hitting it deep at about a 2 oclock angle or so and I could tell she was in discomfort. I asked her what was wrong and she said it felt like I was hitting her belly button! So I switched it up so not to hurt her any more, but I was thinking to myself wow with my size I caused some discomfort. :blush:

Had a measure two tenths away from 6.5" bone pressed. I really wish I could get my flaccid stretched length longer.. so I could be sure gains are on the way some time. Trying to stretch every day when possible and doing a pretty good job so far.
 
I'm doing upward stretches mainly now. My LOT is about 10. After stretching primarily up and at my LOT for a few weeks I am starting to get a higher erection angle. I'm not going to complain. It hasn't been near this way since I had puberty boners pointing to my belly button. lol
 
Nothing major to report. I've lost a lot of weight at my work and haven't been eating as much. I'm 5'11 and have been 160 lbs most of my adult life, but I'm down to maybe 145 lbs. It's not something I've tried to do, its just happened. I'm also cut a little from working out as well. Anyways the point is about perception and I noticed the way my dick looks on me is really different. Kinda like some guys notice on skinny dudes that post in the pic proof. Anyways, I guess thats the only up to being skinny.

Using my homemade hanger every day. What I'm doing right now might add up to an hour and prolly is around two or three pounds. Days off work I try and hang two different times in the day. I have a good three months with minimal distractions and I'm setting a goal of 6.5" length. I won't measure until Auguest 1st. I'm going to try and Penis Enlargement every single day. I feel like this might be my last hurrah for length.
 
I hope you make some gains, don't give up though. A lot of guys have paid a lot of money to get surgery and didn't gain as much as you have, and I bet your dick is a lot healthier too. Good luck
 
Well I lost sight of the last goal set, but length work wasn't doing any good. I'm giving up on length for a while and going to focus on girth work. Just some dry jelqing and uli's. I can't find my measuring stick and can't say I want to find it.
