So went to the store today and got myself a proper Tailor's tape, though it 60 inches long I didn't think I would be needing all 60 inches so I cut it off at 15 inches cause you never know LOL baby steps

Altogether came to about $13.00, pretty amazing for such an effective little tool which damn near gave me 1" gains in length in matter of months. I have moved several times in the last few years. I do think I have pumping cylinders somewhere though... But yeah the snake hanger is cheap and works great.

Thanks bro, hope my journal serves as a testament that PE is real. I remember when it took some time to pack the 1.5” cylinder. Now its pretty much packed just by being hard. So the gains remained for the most part. I think I did loose about an 1/8” on length but I will gain it back.
I received all the things required to build a Snake Hanger at my local Home Depot from an order I placed for pick up. Its basically 2 tarp clips and a 2"x3" Pipe Repair Clamp altogether came to about $13.00 and this is a very good hanger basically the one I made most of my gains in. So if anyone is looking to get into hanging and is on a budget, this is the way to go... forget the bib hanger.

Easily on the pump only approach, brother. That will only produce edema. It will produce one massive-looking penis, but mainly fluid in the skin layer. SSJ more than pumping. -5inHg is great for getting that extra blood in, but don't let the extra fluid build up in the skin layers.

I pumped the monster today, again 5hg in the 1.75” for an hour. I freestyled it for roughly 10-15 more mins of overpacking to let that thickness settle. Once I pack it under 30 mins the transition to the 2” cylinder will begin, we still got ways to go. But I did notice I packed it slightly faster and my dick went down a bit further down the cylinder.

I don't think 5hg is going to have much impact...that's barely above the pressure of a natural erection. Can you slowly get up to 8-10hg?
Natural erection is confirmed to be around +4 to 4.5inHg internal pressure. The barely is where we all want to start. -5.5inHg is actually only promote +0.45inHg internally. Yes, eventually you'll get up to -8 and -10inHg, but remain at those pressure only for 20 to 40 seconds at a time, then release to a lower pressure. Fluctuate between the two pressures will provide greater plasticity gains than remaining at the same pressure for too long. High pressure for too long in a static (the same) state will cause venous leak, causing weaker erection quality. This is proven over and over again.
No erection problems, I just meant to say it went further down the cylinder in terms of its length. So I am filling out the cylinder better lengthwise and width progressively.
