You do need to rewrap every hour to keep the penis extended as the wrap has a consistency to stretch. I just stretch tighter until all the elasticity is gone (maybe 1-2 months) and then I replace it.

I can and have worn it for up to 24+ hours at a time.
When I 1st started I used to go purple and cold. But after 3months of use my penis got used to it.
All I do is wrap it around afew times and it stays there for hours on end.
I've been using the wrap for 6+ months like anything you learn what is the best way

Wrap it around the bandage 1 and 1/2 times. Make sure you fold the top of the tape about 1cm, so you can adjust the tightness.

I accidentally found traction wrapping one night when I was hanging. I was sitting there and thought I would wrap a bandage all around my shaft while I was hanging and I just kept doing it as I was looking for ways to keep my penis stretched. This was before I even knew it existed lol.
