Congrats on your gains. What is your current LOT? have you BPFSL increased as well as your BPEL? or are they just EQ gains? Do you do 1 hour sets now or still 20 minute sets. Do you wear the ESL40 with the leg strap or the chest strap? I have a Phallosan Forte, which is mostly for the tunica, and I stretch to the sides, is it going to make a difference in the effectivity of ADS you think?

Hey fishscale, i never really understood lot, I understand the basics though that if you have a high erection angle then you should hang btc (because you have potential lig gains), until you have an erection that points straight out, and then move on to upward angles and fulcrum for the tunica. I dont measure BPFSL, I used to when I had an extender, because all I gained was BPFSL, i didnt gain any EL though so now I dont care about it and just measure for erect gains. just one 20 mins set a day for hanging. Leg strap for ESL40. the phallosan forte seems like a really cool device, I may get one, but a few things put me off like that you can't choose the sizes you get, I dont want to pay for the small size if i'll never fit in it, or a small condom i'll never use, and I think they need to include more condoms, then i'll get one. In my experience a combination of heavy tension on your dick for short periods (5kg+), and lighter tension for the rest of the time works best. But something like and extender on it's own isn't enough to gain effectively. However If you wear the phallosan 24/7 I think you'll gain, and if you hang as well, I think you'll gain even better.

Well the potential can be see n by 3 tests. 1- Mirror test (where you see how high you skin exit point is), 2- the palpation test (where you feel and measure from the bottom of the pubic bone to the skin exit point, and 3- LOT (where you stretch your penis lightly, having it point at 12 "o'çlock" and decrese "time". Wherever you see that when you kegel you experience no tugback (the glans getting pulled) this is your LOT). I think that is a good way to describe, but I might not have been clear enough at some places LMAO.
 
anyone got a max weight they have reached with the lg? could it be a contender for hard core hanging?
 
The mirror test is the best way to determine what angles to use; if you exit below the bottom of your pubic bone and there is an indent above your exit point, then the ligs are stretched out.

The LOT theory doesn't work for everyone, it's difficult to determine, and the parameters have changed over the years. Bib originally said that it is when there is no tugback, then changed it to the first reduction in tugback.

I don't go by the LOT theory anymore, but I learned the hard way by continuing to hang BTC after my exit point was low. My LOT still indicated that I could gain from ligament stretch, but I couldn't. The only upside to this is that my ligament gains are cemented.

I start to get a reduction in tugback at around 8:00, but my exit point is well below the bottom of my pubic bone and I have an indent above my exit point. I showed Bib a picture and he couldn't explain it, but still insists that the LOT theory is sound.

Well, if you showed it to him and he couldn't explain it that may be a hole in the theory- yes. But the morror test might be the most accurate one- yes :)

thanks for replying. i dont see how that makes sense. extender should definitely give u better EL ad BPFSL gains together than hanging, before stop gaining of course. so u dont think the angle of hanging and the angle of ADS matters? if i do BTC or OTC with hanging and then wear phallosan 12-20 hours a day but on left/right side, they're not helpig one another no? im looking to start hangig pretty soon, but even when i hang i wanna work up to 7-8 hours a day for sure with 1 hour sets instead of just 20.

Nononononononon! I think you got it wrong mate! I mean- what is most important in gaining length is choosing the right angle (which is a MUST if you want to gain. 1-st ligament stretching and THEN tunica. This is the way it goes if you want to see best gains. Plus, there is no better ligament gaining position than BTC (and maybe no better tunica than some fulcrum or maybe OS) to stretch in and increase weight. While extenders can give some good stretch, they can not go up to 50 lbs (that is crazy, but is just an example). If you wear a hanger- you can increase/decrease weight with ease and you know EXACTLY how much force you apply (the weight you attach to the hanger).

I am not saying that getting and ADS/extender is a bad idea! I am just saying that in terms of length (this is just MY wicked opinion LMAO)- a hanger is the best device you can get! :). If you really want to get the best- why not hang and extend/ADS after the hanging session itself :).
 
i see what u mean. my angle of erection is parallel to the ground, and i cant feel the tug at 7-6:00, so i guess i will have to do tunica hanging. u didnt answer my other question, if i target the tunica with hanging, what should i do to follow up with it, as in ADS like phallosan. say i do an hour or two of OTS, then i put the phallosan on, thing is it is stretching one side at a time. so do u think it will still be effective to wear an ADS after hanging?
 
yeh its best to wear an ADS after tunica hanging, I think its the best way to gain, regardless of the angle
 
I have the ELS40, i was wearing it with the leg strap, but now I use it with circular metal marine o rings I got at the hardwear store, they look like shower curtain rings. I got about 8 of the rings (4 x 40mm diameter, and 4 35mm diameter) taped them together to make a weighted tube, then I put my dick through it, and put the esl40 on the end to keep them from falling off (the 40 mm section hangs down over the esl40 so I have space for more weights in the future). I can wear it like this indefinitely, and its comfy. I had to make it cause it was summer where I am and I wanted to wear shorts, so I went with weights
 
Can I get an update? Have you been gaining with only one set a day? Have you fixed an slipping issues and what weight are you up to?

"Holy Fucking HELL!!! I checked my tracking for the LG Hanger today and found out it was out for delivery. As luck would have it I got off work early. When I got home and opened the box I got the best surprise I ever got, just in time for my birthday. I had talked to the guys from LG Hanger over email for a few days and explained to them my situation and how I was low on cash but really wanted to get started with the LG Hanger. I paid for basically package B but when I opened up the box they had upgraded me to Package A and told me to send the rest of the money whenever I could!!!! I literally feel like a kid on Christmas Day!

The customer service has been phenomenal!!! I really hope these guys stick around. The hanger itself looks indestructible *Knock on wood*. Its really thick walled and has the vacuum hookup and screw attachment point built in. From looks alone it looks like the best vacuum hanger I've ever had my hands on (Max-Vac I & II, The Grip & Monkeybars VacHanger). I will use it as soon as I can and post my results. The hanger is custom made to my measurements, the sleeves are thick and there are pictures at PEgym of the owner hanging 25 pounds & I'm sure it can be modded to hold even more but it will be some time before I can handle 25 lbs. To me it looks like The Grip and Max-VacII got together and made sweet sweet love and this is their baby. And this baby takes steroids haha"
 
Hey Coogie thanks for your journal of your LG experience. I have ordered one and I just got my tracking info that it's on its way :)

I also have an SG so I'll be hanging and using the SG and an all day silicone sleeve over the shaft of my penis during the day to help prevent turtling.

I'm not concerned at all about girth at the moment. My flaccid girth is up to around 5.5-to 5.75 right now and my day after pump/clamp girth is over 6" but my length needs work so I just want to completely concentrate on length growth right now. I have been getting gains from my SG so hopefully the LG will ramp up my length growth.

When I get my LG I'll post up my experience with it as well. Seems like there aren't a shit load of users of this PE tool yet so the more info the better. I've never used any type of hanger yet so it's all gonna be brand new for me.

It's been over two months since you last posted about your LG work. Do you have an update for us? Are you still using it?
 
Hi there, happy that i found this thread, because i bought the bib hanger around 2 months, had decent results, but i didnt like the hanging experience at all(pinching, uncomfortable, no bloodflow, feels like its bad for my glans).
This is why i want to try the LG hanger. But i have 2 questions:

1) Up to how heavy can u hang comfortably with the LG hanger?

2) Since its a vacuum hanger around the glans, will that permanently increase the size of my glans with the time? I dont really want to increase the size of my glans to be honest, kinda feel like big penis"torso" and medium or small sized head looks more aesthetic(just my opinion), so im worried about this

Just received my LG hanger and did 1hr with the 3lb starter weight it came with. It was my first time hanging and it was very comfortable. I only had minor discomforts from time to time. The hardest part was taking it off, but I will try to take the advice given in this thread about doing it so that the skin isn't being pinched. I don't know if the discomfort was my skin being pulled or my ligs, or if it was just caused by the silicone sleeve.

The 3lb did not really seem that much since I am used to stretching with my own strength which feels about 5x stronger. I guess I am just conditioned a bit, but not for 1 full hour even at such a low weight. I wish I had some way of adding weight to the 3lb weight, I am thinking of maybe magnetic weights I can stick on it but I am not sure.

Anyway so far it is very comfortable. I have never used any other device before however. I am keeping the log in my PE progress logs in the routines section.
 
Thanks alot for posting about your experience with the.LG Hanger. Ever since Max-Vac stopped producing their vaccum hanger, I was wondering where they could.be purchased now. I believe the creators split ways and the owner of the Max-Vac site started gearing towatds strictly surgical penis enlargement while the partner wanted to go towards a more natural route.

Wow, KingD, I can see you were here on the 12 of April. I would love to read your post about PE all this while you've been away.
