I have been doing them and I seem to be visually larger. I haven't measured. I can just tell I have gained from it. I think it may be affecting my length as well.

The interesting thing about these is that they are very low impact. they are also very easy to do almost anywhere.

Can't wait to hear the measurement. For such a short period of training, it would be awesome if you already gained using this exercise.

Stimulate yourself to the 100% erect state. Use a REVERSE 'ok' grip and clamp hard and deep, as far into the base of the penis as possible. Slightly release your grip for a split second, and Kegel in more blood. Your penis should be at about 105% erect now (from the kegel/clamp)

Now, take your other hand, and squeeze your engorged head, HARD, but quickly.. only hold this for about a half second. Then just keep doing the HARD 1/2 second squeeze on your head, for about 30 seconds.. Your penis should not feel very hard after 20-30 seconds.


I only did 2 of the above "Modified Horse Squeezes", and I got that crazy 3/8 in girth increase the next day. I really hope everyone else gets the same results... I have no idea if it just had something to do with my shitty girth getting an ass whooping, and swelling up?? or what.. but i still got the big increase..


Regarding the continuous 1/2 second squeezes on the head, how long do you let blood fill back into the head? Just another 1/2 second or until the head is fully engorged again via kegels?
 
Excellent exercise. I'm going to add it to my summer routine which is mostly hanging with girth work thrown in.

I am gaining but it's such a small change. It's sort of hard to measure and yet everything looks thicker down there.

I measured my base and the thickest part is thick farther out from the base. I was reading on another thread about guys noticing a change near their base grip when doing squeezes. I figured I'd move my grip around a bit while doing these and see how it affects the shaft. I just grip low for the first rep and then move up a quarter inch and do another set till I reach the middle. Maybe others will try this and report back.

Changes are small but when the exercises are right they are consistent changes.
 
i feel that aswell, when using a tape, nothing is noticable, but feeling wise, much thicker. flaccid girth has gone way up also.

i like the idea of adjusting the hand-clamp, good one admiral, will try.

hey, sorry.. i haven't been doing much Penis Enlargement this month, likewise, been on the site.. :(


but anyways, i was just doing 2-3 sets of those. with 30 seconds worth of squeezes. maybe 20 actual squeezes per set?

lately, i have been a fan of "short but killer" workouts. Just stretching really hard, 30 seconds per stretch, but only doing 10 minutes worth.

same, with the girth.


I think it is very important, to maximize engorgement with this exercise, to CLAMP "REVERSE" Right at the base with the left hand(or your non-dominant hand) get as close to that pubic bone as possible! then clamp, and kegel.. bring yourself to 110% for this one..

thats why its so important noobs don't try this. you're going to get all kinds of dots and thombrosed veins if you don't have at least a few months behind you.
 
yeah, like i said i've been doing 3-5 sets of about 50-60 hard squeezes, with no warm up or other exercises.

i've found it great for flaccid girth and overall quality of bloodflow, erections, etc.

would like to get a brief routine devised were i alternate between head engorgement and these quick squeezes.

Going to try these; seem pretty similar to SSJ's. Except SSJ is a constant squeeze to the head, and these are quick squeezes to the head.
 
I will try this. I know what your talking about with the Jelqs only 1 inch up and they are legit. I never really thought about doing it with 2 hands consecutively like the old school Jelq sessions and I didn't know about the bends as a technique those are intense while erect. Cool I was looking for manual techniques thank you.
 
Did the horse squeeze variation last night for about 10 minutes. Some solid expansion while wearing a cock ring considering how little time was spent. Super-setting these in with SSJ's and BM could prove promising. Won't be able to try with the BM until Wednesday night.

Also, these did seem pretty intense. After just 10 minutes, I did feel a small amount of fatigue.

I can't wait for you to try the BathMate/Slow Squash Jelq supersets, you will see some major expansion...they become addictive after the first session just seeing that amazing thickness appear. Looking forward to your reviews.
 
I already do the SSJ/BM superset (It's great)! I'm just saying I will try adding in these horse squeeze variations as well.
