Unbelievable 3/8 in Girth increase from one workout.... read on.
Ok, so I don't know who has been following my Progress Routine, but I just joined the paysite about 3 weeks ago, and began doing the PHASE 2 workout.
I followed it closely the first week, and did about 5 workouts for the 7 day week... The second week got closer to the holidays, and only did 2 workouts the whole week. Same with the third.
HOWEVER, (I will get on with the Girth Exercise now, sorry)
In one of those 3rd week workouts, which was actually 3 days ago...
I did the following...
Stretching:
-One, 30 sec stretch for "straight behind the cheeks", "straight down", "straight out", "left out", "right out", "straight up"
-10 blasters
^^^^ I don't think the stretching had anything to do with it, just gave it anyways...
Girth:
-About 50 dual force jelq and bends (in case you do not know this.... )(like a normal jelq, but as soon as you move up 1 inch with the first hand, grip at the base with the other, and finish the jelq with your first hand. Every jelq done with the RIGHT hand, create a bend at the finish of the jelq, by pushing down on the head of the penis with the heal of your palm)
-AND FINALLY, my exercise which I think was responsible for the 3/8 inch girth increase the next day.[/B] I do not take all the credit for this exercise.. It is sort of a modification/technique based on the horse squeeze.
Stimulate yourself to the 100% erect state. Use a REVERSE 'ok' grip and clamp hard and deep, as far into the base of the penis as possible. Slightly release your grip for a split second, and Kegel in more blood. Your penis should be at about 105% erect now (from the kegel/clamp)
Now, take your other hand, and squeeze your engorged head, HARD, but quickly.. only hold this for about a half second. Then just keep doing the HARD 1/2 second squeeze on your head, for about 30 seconds.. Your penis should not feel very hard after 20-30 seconds.
I only did 2 of the above "Modified Horse Squeezes", and I got that crazy 3/8 in girth increase the next day. I really hope everyone else gets the same results... I have no idea if it just had something to do with my shitty girth getting an ass whooping, and swelling up?? or what.. but i still got the big increase..
Now, 2 days after the workout, it appeared I had lost 1/8 of the 3/8 in increase.. but I seemed to have a poorer erection quality too, so idk. Nothing is certain with the penis!
I just did the exact same workout today, and I am looking forward to/hoping for, a big increase tomorrow Enjoy!
