SORRY GUYS!! i checked this thread for about 2 days after creation, and not much action showed up, so i abandonded it :(

anyways though... i have signed, sealed, and cemented my 4 1/2 inch girth. :) however, i have tried the same workout several other times, and havn't had much temporary increase since then.

I was PM'ed by a member on here who experienced a 1/2 inch increase! thats more than i got..

And someone else above experienced a 3/8 inch increase?!

This seems like good shit. DLD, have you given this a try by any chance?? personally, i think HEAD EXPANSION, along with that main "Horse Pumping" exercise, are a deadly combination... because the Horse Squeeze works by adding the heads blood, to the shafts already 100% capacity, bringing it to 110%... if you can make your head bigger, you could bring that to 115+% :)

Oh, DLD,

I just did that workout for the first time, then night before that post.. which would have been January 1st.

And over the past 2 1/2 weeks, i have managed to solidify that.. which is approximately a 1/4 inch girth increase in 2 1/2 weeks! :)

SAME HERE! edging... hell, just having a boner in general, feels kinda different!
 
so, if i understand right, it doesn't really matter what exercise you do leading up to it, as long as you are 100% erect and then do squeezes?

so, maybe a head-size workout first would be a good call...
 
Well I'm certainly going to give these a go. If the results aren't too intense, I'll try slapping them in the middle of my clamping session. That could be interesting.
 
to be honest, its quite a bit different when clamped vs. manual clamped(hand).

i'm almost not man enough for horse squeezes while clamping.

best done with caution.
 
Well I gave em a shot last night. Pretty exhaused but I had to try. My erection strength is down today. Only did 2 sets last night. I was impressed with the engorgement of blood. My wife told me to quit. :) I like em.
 
1/2 girth gain in 3 months? Damn.

I've tried a variation of these the past few days and have woke up with some pretty crazy morning/night wood lol

I was a hard gainer in girth too but girth busters and slow squash jelqs just blew things up for me.
 
I just tried this while while my Hardwear. I pumped my head using a head-pump cylinder for a while, then got myself back up to fully erect and did the maneuver. I'm getting a temporary girth measurement of just one tick below 6 inches girth after a few minutes of doing this. This would be GREAT if I can cement it.

Start with the newbie routine. Simple stretches and jelqing. Really you could do that for your whole career and make great gains, so it is a great place to start.

It is true, many will make gains on a steady basis using
the newbie routine. Keeping it simple is sometimes the best strategy.

I've been doing 4 sets of 50-60 1/2 second reps a day.

would like to know if you do more, or less.

i don't do any warm up, and i usually just do 2-3 sets in a row whenever i have private wood.

def noticed more morning wood/random erections.

sweet.
 
I've actually noticed the more I do girth work, the more erections I get as well.

Maybe it is also because I've been concentrating on PC work pretty hard...but I gotta give at least some credit to the girth work :)

Girth work is like feeding blood to the erectile tissue. The more you train the more blood it will hold maximizing the hardness of an erection.
