Opening a new PE site is a waste of time. It is impossible to get past the other 800,000 sites that have been online for years. I heard that Google has been sandboxing sexual sites as of last year, meaning they will not come up in their search engines. Getting a site off the ground today costs a lot of money and to get business you have no choice but to spam. Tough place to be in the business world. We were lucky as we got in 14 years ago when there were maybe 300 PE sites total. This carried us to the top of the search engines on many keywords but if we were just starting today I know we could never duplicate what we have done, there is just too many sites.

Well that's with a straight PE type site. Selling a device seems different. I'm doing next to nothing as far as directly promoting/advertising hanger.com and I frequently (usually) place #1 on Google for "penis hanger". At worst #2 with my intro video right under my site. Some basic SEO knowledge and a web guy who knows what they're doing, and you're golden.

Yes and getting right into hanging weights instead of "conditioning" first for 6 months, making it harder to gain from hanging is considered "dangerous" there as well.
