very true......first time i cam here...i was scarred of the intensity of workout cuz i usedto read more on PEgym and many guys over there said
MOS is dangerous and i kinda beleived them......but with time and after long time when i decided to get started here i realized intensity is one of the keys to gains.......
things that were considered dangerous there...are one of the most imo things that help n gains for example doing erect exercises ....
