we can thank RED for that. he's been working his ass off lately

but yea i need to really add some length work before I get the LM. my routine looks so basic now.

I feel like I'm reserving length work for just the LM when instead I should also be learning manual stretching as there are gains to be made everywhere. it's like hunting for pokemons. gotta catch em all!!

I think that is a smart move. Starting off with the LengthMaster is so much better than starting with hands. It immediately gets you used to a much more intensive stretch which will brings gains so much faster!
 
Does everyone understand this exercise. I can make a video explaining the exercise. I've just figured it out

So dumb question. Is there only one or is there two ligs? I've always had a right curve and on my right side I can see, and feel a very distinct cord running from the top side at base of my penis and runs down the right side. Is that a ligament? I can easily hook it and pull it. I have nothing or a least don't feel or see like that on my left only on my right and always been afraid to mess with it.

Update:I re read the the thread. I think I read it right there is only one lig and what I am feeling is the ligament. I'll give this a good warmup and try again tonight.

There is one ligament that thicken to both sides of the penis so it is sometimes referred to having 2. If one side of the ligament it shorter, thicker, or damaged somehow it will cause an imbalance and the penis will lean one way or the other.

THE EXERCISE:

In a standing position get in front of a table or a desk that is high enough preferably close to your belly button.
Now put your right leg on the table with your foot flat on the table like performing a lunge or climbing a very high stairs.
If you do this correctly your right knee will be on the same level as your head.
What this position does it prestretches your ligament.
Then with your right hand take your dick around the glands with reverse OK.
Now stretch your dick behind your ass preferably straight away behind your right ass cheek.
Now while holding the stretch with your right hand take your left hand and hook your ligament with index finger and pull it the opposite way you are stretching with your right hand.Hold this till exaustion preferably over 5 minutes.
So basicaly your left arm and right arm are "traveling" in opposite direction.This will intensify the stretch "1000" times.

WARNING: Be very carefull with the force you are applying while doing this stretch cause it can result in a torn lig so start lightly.You will feel "good pain" while doing this stretch even with the smallest amount of force used.
Do this exercise in combination with reverse erect skin stretch for best results.

I hope so too, he came out with a few very good exercises and was making quite the splash but then he disappeared.
