I have never done the diesel clamps but I have been seeing gains with normal clamping. I have been recently doing 8 minutes in Bathmate doing stretches, 7 minutes clamping while Slow squash jelqing/Jelqing/horse squeezes x 3 sets but the last set I will clamp 15 minutes. I would never just right to this though if you are not used to clamping or pumping
I just started clamping with manuel exercises a few weeks ago and I haven't measured but I know I have gained girth. I just started recently doing the supersets and I can tell you my flaccid hang and pump last all day so I know within time they will become permanent. As far as length, I have always been a hard gainer and just started a brutal routine so hopefully those will come. I have gained .25 EL and .5 Eg in my inconsistent Penis Enlargement journey
Nice! Ya I have done them everyday. If you feel fatigue take a day off. They are not MINE, DLD first introduced them but I made a twist with clamping after each set. Definintely a great routine for girth

i gotta question about SSJs. I've read that there supposed to be done at 100%, but I've been doing them at about 60-70% and I've felt good expansion doing it like that.i wanna know if doing them at 60-70% is just as effective as doing them at 100%

I say 100% in girth work but let elaborate on the SLow Squash Jelq. Start the exercise at 100% but allow yourself to subside to a comfortable level that gives the best expansion. Lets say that at 90% erect you have enough blood that when compressed, as in the SSJ, you attain a +100% state then that is the right level. This may be present at 90% or maybe higher or lower but the true answer is discovered in personal exploration. You are correct, the SSJ would be impossible at 100% and I am glad I had a chance to clear that up. I sometimes forget the finer details in my excitement of expressing a new exercise which is definitely the case with the SSJ and the reason you find numerous abstracts on the exercise. By far, it is the best girth exercise ever created, it has remained without competition for years now. Who can beat a jelq happening from two places at once? No one! Unless we can include a few more hands
