The reincarnation comment is great! usually people mention salvation in reference to reincarnation, but pe is a type of salvation! the promise of better sex, more frequent sex etc. I have actually wondered about the possibility of coming back as someone like John holmes. But with my luck, small ones would then be sexy in that lifetime, or I'd come back as a woman, or perhaps not even human at all!

it is hard to imagine for me in the possibility of not changing our penis size. is there anything in our body we cannot change in some way to some degree?
 
I was also skeptical at first but i figured i would give DLD's newbie routine a go.All i have to say is as of 3 weeks into the routine,6 on 1 off, it definately works.I have seen a big difference in my flassid and scrotum hang and morning wood went to steel.I can also see a difference in thickness and erection length,may not be much on the ruler,but in my books it's a big gain to me! I wish everyone luck on their goals,including me. :)

Thats great! Good to hear it. I gave it a try, and found that after about a month i got better erections, larger, longer, harder and more frequently. After about 6 mos of work, I have gained 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in erection size, and about 1.25 inchs in the flacid stretch.

I sometimes think that I must have made a measuring error, especially in the erect state. but the 1.25 inches gain in the stretch is really too much to dismiss as error! Isn't it wonderful to get past skepticism!
 
Hi everone. I'm sort of new to P.E,and I am rather skeptical about the whole process,granted this is a free site and why would people waste thier time doing P.E and posting gains if it didn't work? I have a lil experience in P.E I noticed that I gained in length but sadly not girth. I lasted 3 weeks tugging ,pulling,jelqing 200-300 for around 20-30 minutes. Well, I am back again this time with more heart. I want girth gains around .5-1inch . I am going to put serious effort into it for a few months this time and not give up after 3 weeks.

I wonder if it is impossible for some guys to earn girth gains through p.e ?
Perhaps someone with EXPenis EnlargementRIENCE could shead some light on my qestion it would be appreciated.

I don't think its impossible for some people to 'earn' girth. I think it might be more difficult for some people to gain. A lot more people seem to complain about the difficulty of gaining girth. I think its because its difficult to stretch for girth, as you can for length, as you just grab the end and pull. Its more difficult to pull from the center of your penis along the entire length. It has to be inflated to the max to work on girth. Jelqing seems to be advocated. But I think clamping or pumping might help. A sort of compression of the penis might also work.

I've never really considerd clamps or pumps before,if this newbie routine fails me after a few months of honest p.e then I'll look into it. Aren't pumps and clamp gains only temp?

I've tried compression sqeezes and sqeezes and bends that "apppeard"" to make me swell up a few mm for a short while,untill the swelling went down,and i retuned to my normal girth.

This time around i'm going to stick a workout,and see how it goes after months and not weeks. DLD provided a newbie one,and then, I read up on some of his advanced girth routines I can add to my routine along the way.

I heard that jelqing is for increasing girth as well. My thing has to be rockhard before girth gains are acquried though jelqing? I didn't know that.

I forgot that certain pe techiques are not for newbies. I didn't notice that you were new. I would stick to stretching and jelqing for at least a month. I don't recall what is the recommended time. Clamping is not for newbies, neither is using weights. I have never done hanging.

Curiously enough, some of the lig exercises seems to have helped girth. Since I have added those i do seem to have increased girth. But I have been doing jelq and turnaqit. I think all Penis Enlargement is really 'temporary', after a few hours things do go back to original. And sure if you only do it for a day or two or off and on, its not going to do much. Thats why alot of people think it doesn't do anything. But as someone said, its like doing push ups, you have to do them regularly if you want to increase the amount you can do.

I wont go into the more advanced P.E ,untill I've gotten used to the basic jelq.

So P.e isn't permanent?
Last summer I did a lot of stretching the ligs,rotary stretches,stretches and hold. I did gain length but not girth. I plan on P.E'ing everyday for months to get the results i want in girth.
It takes me about 20-25 minute just to do 150 slow jelqs 85-95% hard ,before I have to stop,because of the stretch and pain(not bad pain just, irritation with in my member). So i get what your saying about having to work up to it.

I hear most guys claiming they gained 1/4-1/2 in 6-12 months. So I'll have to stick with it for ATLEAST that long.

I don't think I have to take a day off unless I have to because of outside interferences, say is I do my p.e at 6pm one night ,and the following night I do my p.e at 6pm again,that's 24 hours of recovery.Plunty of rest time according to DLD.

How long did it take you to gain 1/4 in girth, doing the standerd grip on the extream base up the glands jelq,alone?

What I meant was, you probably won't notice the difference in penis size after any one particular pe session. The effects of any one particular session won't seem to last more than just a few hours, at least for me. But overtime you will notice the difference. Its kind of like exercise in general, you have to do it regularly, if not daily for several months/years to have lasting results. But you probably won't notice much change day to day.

I have been doing pe for about 6 mo. According to my measurements and records, I have gained 3/4 of an inch in length. I don't have any photos unfortunately. I also didn't take girth measurements, which is just kind of sili, as its just as important as length. But, when I started for some reason girth wasn't what I was concerned about.

In actual fact I probably gained 1/2 inch, but optimistic error could be in play. More noted is the increase in the flaccid stretch, and general flacid hang. I very rarely have a retracted penis, even after exposure to cold weather.
 
Dude, I was skeptical before as well but, once I started my daily routine I saw clear results.

I get what your saying now, tomorrow will be my 7th day P.E'ing ,the past 6 days I have been going at it for about 25-35 minutes and haven't noticed any difference, I measure my girth,and it hasn't changed,i'll go at it for 6 months to see if gain anything. I believe I'm doing the P.e right and all, I guess time will tell.

I don't have any photos either( no cam), I'm a grower not a "shower" so usally even after a workout It skrinks back down to its normal length.
a qestion,after a workout do you normally feel sore a while after?

I did feel sore the first night but the sessions after didn't feel as rough on me, should i always feel like soreness after ,or after i get use to the jelqing it doesn't irirtate it the same as in the begining,the reason i ask is because i want to know i'm jelqing right.

Current Measurments 6.5"x6.5"

So as far as skepticism and being a non-beleiver I was told something today from my girl that may change my mind. I work out, when I started going to the gym I was 150lbs at 6'1''. So, I was a stick, now I am around 175 solid muscle but still see the 150lbs boy that I started with, still a stick though but more meat. I looked in the mirror daily but do not see results because I am constantly looking. But, there is a difference in size. How does this relate to pe? I don't measure because I don't want it to break my routine, it being a mental thing if the results are a slow process. I see my girl every week or other week, so If I grow, SHE will notice. I have been doing my routines for about a month for 1hour 5 days a week. Just today when she was giving me a blowjob she said my dick was bigger/thicker, Hydromaxm wierd I thought....being that In my head "did Penis Enlargement actually work"??? Holy shit Batman!!it may be true..my confidence was great after she said that!! Sooo..I will continue my routines, and post results when I can. I guess you shouldn't criticize if you don't try. i was skeptical for a long time but seeing that I am only about 5'' in length and being small has given me major confidence issues, I think I will give Penis Enlargement a try
 
It never hurts to try, plus, I think its worth even a year effort of Penis Enlargement to see if there could be results. It is worth it in the end I would say, I think that my size is good, and women smell confidence..But I want to have the confidence if there is a time, which there was, when a women uses hand gestures to mimic the size of my penis, jokingly, I would like to whip it out and hit her with it. Think about it, that is pretty much one thing that a girl can smash a guy with, talking about your dick size in front of people. Buut, you can always tell her she is ugly or fat!
 
Texasguy, nothing personal, but do you get out much?? People have been stretching various parts of the human body for literally millenniums. Lips, earlobes, etc....much more recently with the advent of more modern, and safer surgical procedures, even legs by many inches.

Looks a lot like a penis stretcher...without threaded rods (ouch). I'd suggest looking into the Max Vac Extender if considering a device.
If a leg can be stretched, surely a penis which is MUCH smaller in size, let along diameter can be as well. ;) Skin, is skin...and skin stretches over time.

Ok, skin is elastic and stretches, were talking about ligaments and things like that. But I get your point.

I understand completely. When I started Penis Enlargement, I was a bit sensitive, and my penis felt very hot for a few hours after pe. It doesn't feel quite so sensitive, as far as doing the pe. I also noticed that the skin of my cock seems thicker and stronger. The sensation is actually much better during sex. I was suprised, as one would think that if it was tougher for pe it would be less sensitive sexwise, but things actually feel better.

Its kind of like skin. There are some great supplements for the skin which make it softer, but stronger at the same time. That doesn't sound right to most people.

The night before last night I had a GREAT pe session. I got really huge, I was using an elastic for clamping, but when I took it off the base was much more narrow than the rest. It looked strange. So I took last night off for that reason, plus I was very tired. I think that I might have gotten a little too anxious about results, so there were a few noted vessels which were red. These are completely gone now. I find doing pe a total turn on. I was suprised and happy that I appeared to have gained nearly a 1/4 inch in length. I was suprised as I when on a trip to visit relatives and didn't do pe for 10 days, so I wasn't expecting any gains.

Some say its good to take breaks once and awhile like this, others say that daily pe is the best way. But I noticed so far that pe gains are sometimes slow and steady, sometimes not at all, and then sometimes gains seem to happen rapidly overnight. Of course everyone wants the rapidly overnight part to happen more often!
