Hi, I'm glad that you heald up nicely and are ready to get back to P.E.
I have been doing P.e every night except for one night for the last 20 days for about 25-40 minutes a session. I haven't seen any gains yet.

During that time, I have got red dots,bruises and soreness no worrys though with in 24 hours it cleared up,even my skin went back to it's normal colour.

I know I'm not suposed to but I was doing horse 440's last night ,even though from the base grip up to the grip on the glads turned red and veins enlarged, i didn't notice any girth change once i took the grip off. still at 5 in girth . (sighs) I thought I was supposed to notice a change in girth after doing the 440's for 40 minutes. 5 to 10secound reps

To my surprise I was able to maintain a 95-100% erection the whole 40 minutes. I edged like 3 times. My hard on lasted past my warm down session in the shower then finally went totally flacid after about 20 minute post warm down.

I like p.e only because of the prospect of gaining girth from it. I've only been at it 20 days so I can't bitch about not gaining anything yet ,it hasn't even been a month yet.

I think your right about taking days off,I think tonight or tomorrow night off.

Naw, it's still mostly skin. Very little if any "ligament" tissue gets stretched.

Thats good that you seem to heal pretty quickly. I have been doing pe for several months, and until just recently I haven't had any vessels getting red. Of course I have been taking things pretty conservatively. I would rather have slower results rather than injury.

Thats tough, I heard that girth gains are more difficult. I am more interested in length. Although people hear you really need to have both to have effective gains. Why can't you do that particular exercise?
 
I'm still new to this but from what I've gathered when doing manual pe that incorporates stretching and jelqing there's typically a 3:1 ratio with length to girth gains and I can vouch for this assumption as I've grown 6/16" in length and 2/16" in girth after 30 pe sessions.

Girth gains are important because they increase the volume of your penis more so than length.

I can do what ever excercises I want but..

i was told that girth work isn't for newbies because it causes a lot of pressure with in the penis in a short ammount of time equal to doing 100's of jelqs.
If the penis isn't use to the pressure that compression sqweezes cause then injury could happen.

Thats why DLD and other jelqers that have years under their belts recommend doing the standerd jelq for a while before moving into sqweezes and clamping.
To get the meatus use to the stress.

I may just back off the sqweezes all together or just do one every 50 jelqs or something. I don't want to hurt my self ,health and functioning penis over extra girth.

I hear you id rather have slower gains too then injury but I haven't had any gains just yet ,so it's hard to know if i should be taking it easier or not,you know?


I do about ten minutes of good stretching as a warm up before jelqing.
If it brings me some extra length that's cool .
