Im going to start this routine at monday
I just cant wait..
I already have a logbook ready with my starting stats and routine ect..
This time its for real, i give it 3months, and if i dont se any gains, then i dont know what to do.. well the only thing i need now is some baby powder, gonna pick it up this weekend do..
How long should the routine take? - imean all those stretches x 3 its alot in my mind ( im fresh do
)
and how many minutes is 600jelq apx?
I get cofused and tend to lack the teqniuqe when im countin reps.
and is it okay to do the stretches after school with warm up and downs..
and the the jelq, kegel and ball massage at nigth? with warm up and downs?
I sorry for the many questions and the bad english, but im danish and desparet. I been in the game for 8month. with no real gains.
so now im so hooked, and im going to do the routine 5days on 2days off, maybe I'll do the stretches saturdays also - i think its hard to overdo stretches..
