I think it's confusion on their part. You hear about Penis Enlargement, you want to learn about Penis Enlargement, and as soon as you start doing Penis Enlargement some other guys arrive and say:

"Hi I just started Penis Enlargement yesterday, hanging 100lbs from my dick already gained .001 inches but had to make a trip to the hospital, finished the night clamping with the strings used to tie the patients gown together, will post again later"

and then people assume "Oh wait, am I doing it wrong? Am I supposed to be starting off with the intense routines first? Am I supposed to be at the hospital? These guys do it, so I guess I'll go inject myself with chemicals and pump afterward now." and they leave the basics behind.

Although those other routines do work out for some people, it's better to learn how to walk before you learn how to run.

I don't want to take this the wrong way, but are you saying that I can stretch all I want without suffering an injury (provided I stay in reasonable tension)?

I ask because at two weeks into the newbie routine I am already noticing BPenis EnlargementL gains. went from just over 6.3 to just under 6.75 BPenis EnlargementL.(although some of this is probably due to increased EQ, and possibly slight variations in measuring method as I am still new to this. I don't intend to make an "official" measurement until at least 1 month into the routine) I do not want to fall into the trap of getting to excited about my gains, going crazy with Penis Enlargement and hurting myself.

I have added a stretch to the newbie routine. I'm not sure if anyone else has done it or not but i will take my scrotum and pull them to one side then do a downward stretch for 30 seconds. i repeat this on the other side. once to the left once to the right. To me it feels more intense than the normal straight pull down which i do as well. Warning though my first time doing this i pulled to hard and felt a sharp pain in my scrotum, so if anyone wants to try this take it slow at first.

That is exactly what I am saying. The only limit on length exercise would be soreness at the logs.

So by doubling volume I could potentially accelerate my gains? This seems contrary to most exercise advice. But I realize the penis is different than muscle so I'll take your word for it.

Also... do I need to do a hot wrap before my stretching routine? Or would a few sets of lighter stretching do the trick? And does the same go for jelqing?

I would not say doubling your stretching will double your gains, what I am saying is the longer and more often you can stretch the better your length gains will be. Very basic science really, the penis is essentially tissue, veins, skin, ligaments and some smooth muscle tissue, there is nothing that requires rest like we would see in muscle work. As I said, the limiting factor would be soreness and eq may be poor due to fatigue. For me, never had eq issues, ever! I do occasionally become too sore to train, but I use my better judgement on these days.

I noticed when signed up for the MOS Members Site yesterday, that Phase 1 is different to the newbie routine listed on here. I thought they were meant to be the same. Is that correct?

This doesn't bother me though, and infact, it is a blessing. I personally get extremely bored and demotivated at the amount of time it takes to cover the newbie routine shown here on the forums. I usually then cant be bothered with doing the stretches again and so I never get into a proper routine. The shorter version of Phase 1 in the members area seems perfect for me :) I feel I can devote the time needed for this without feeling like "this is taking soooo long, I can't be assed anymore".

Am i missing out though by missing out on these extra stretches?


Also, I had forgotten how much fun jelging (can't remember if that is the correct spelling) is. I used to clamp alot but this feels like it will develop the head more :)

A mistake that has never been corrected. The corrections are being made now and the site update will fix every issue as such. Behind the Cheeks is where it gets cloudy, but it is vital that you train this stretch!

Ah I see. So basically I am doing it wrong <:( that's disappointing.

It looks like I will have to break up my routine then and do jelging and stretching at different times of the day rather than all before bed like I have been doing. The additional stretches will make the stretching part of the routine pretty long. I was already spending a good 20 minutes on this. Looks like it will end up more like 40 or 50 minutes with this.
 
Wicked, stretching several times a day seems to be better for me. I drink a lot of water 50% of my body weight in ounces so I tend to flush my body, whenever I go to the bathroom I stretch for a few minutes so I don't get as much retraction. My morning consists of stretching like in phase one and then into an all day stretcher like a size genetics for several hours. That is usually all the time I have. I also use the Hydromax if I have a few more minutes. Usually once a week if I don't have morning meetings or I get a long lunch I will use the Hydromax for about 3-4 1o minute sessions to work girth. I hope they say helps.
 
Ok I got a question. Does going to school or a full/part time job or going outside or play basketball or workout at the gym have any positive/negative effect on Penis Enlargement? Are they going to slow things down?

Not at all, it does not mean you are doing anything wrong, just different:) I think you should be able to get through them within 30 minutes. That would include, as far as stretching goes, that would include the stretches as they are written in the Newbie Routine, here on the forums. The reason it differed was it became common knowledge that Phase 1 was the Newbie Routine and we only updated here.I will be updating that error on the video site very soon.

it seems to me like a lot of you switch from that routine way before you gain 2 inches? and start doing real advanced stuff

do you ever think you should just stick with the newbie routine for awhile longer?

I noticed that some brothers here change their routine too quickly. You are suppose to do a particular routine for up to 4 or 6 months before changing it.
 
If you work yourself up to 5D-BTC-BS you don't need to change anything.

That exercise is valid for at least 5 Inch increase in BPEL. I believe it's valid for even more. You have so much force, intensity and leverage in that position. Especially if you are performing them with LengthMaster 3, and are sitting on your knees to perform them.
You are stretching every angel behind you. Your shaft, ligaments and inner penis can be applied with maximum stretching force in this position.

Look at this:
đź”— You can never exhaust the BTC gains.
You can never exhaust the BTC gains, the point of stretch is so far past the point of attachment that there will always be available gains in this area. Gains can see limits in other positions where the ligaments may be too long for any random position but BTC is so far that you would need to gain 5-6 inches to start feeling slack in the ligaments.

I definitely suggest you try the SRT workout, it is by far the best routine available and it continues to evolve and become better and better.

I agree fully with this quote above.
