I know what you mean.
But why it broke was basically my own fault u know to be totaly honest. I was twisting and turning on the top u know? In the end it snapped/cracked.
After 15 minutes of hard work trying to replace, the old rubber ring with the new one, I made it. Phew* repaired.
But in the end the product SHOULD tolerate such things Imo! And I know for sure that an original Bathmate would most likely fit me better now.
I dont dare snapping a new rubber ring again on the top.
