Hey Red, quick question about your constricted Boa exercise. I really think this is great because you can work on head gains and shape every time you use the Bathmate. I tried it last night and it worked really well and I'm going to do this from now on. My only question is how long is it safe to leave on the doubled condom ring. The reason is because I kept it on for two 15 min. Bathmate back to back sets, so I had it on for a good 30-35 min. Is that too long? Does the condom ring really constrict the glans to the danger point or is it safe to have on for say up to 45-60 min. if I wanted to do three 15 sets in the future w/o taking it off? Thanks

It should be okay so long as its not too tight that it cuts off circulation and can dig into the skin. For longer sessions I would have wrapping in the area beforehand, something either waterproof or cloth and wrap the rim around it.

Yeah you can jelq normally with the condom thing already on, it helps to trap blood in the head of the penis which expands to become larger. You dont need to remove the rim after X amount, keep going for the desired amount.

Anything can be used, improvise as long as it provides light constriction to the area and yes its worn while pumping.
