i used to do the same thing with clamping. I would clamp the base of my shaft then with another clamp just behind my glands. The shaft would get huge and my head looked amazing. I did stop doing this due to privacy problems. But as far as results...i would say over 3 months your gains would be amazing. I would try them with light intensity at first for awhile until you get used to the feel and know how it affects you. It will increase your head size, so yes it will affect your gains I can guarantee you this! Be patient, consistent and dedicated ... Mushroom head, Boa head ... it'll be yours. Doesn't matter if your uncircumcised or circumcised, this will do the trick.

I actually believe that for cut guys it will be easier to get started and I advise you to pull the foreskin back when you perform these. I'm also uncut and do just that ... with experience you will find yourself during a session pulling the skin right back so you can really see the shape of the ridges around the glans and that makes you more focused as its quick to see changes from that area I think when developing the glans of the penis.

Congrats Red I have a ads device I use and with the silicon band that the ads device came with I have successfully made great expansion to my head. Just what I've been looking for this is genius!

You can combine these with 'Tao' Jelqing afterwards which is simply just a slow either dry or wet jelq rythem towards the glans and right before the corona (ridges of the head) you stop and squeeze the shaft for X amount of seconds for example 5-15 and repeat. You will feel discomfort in the glans doing this and see rough marks in it as you squeeze, which is normal and nothing to fear.

Doing this Tao Jelq alongside the Boa's will speed-up head gains.
