From the beginning I designed the AutoEXT and AutoADS as a complimentary product along with various manual methods. Using AutoEXT as more powerful stretcher to be used for short time and ADS device for extended healing. The reason for AutoADS is simple - concealibility. I always mentioned that extenders should not be worned under clothing - mine and others. It just wasn't designed that way - no matter what they say. Its big and too ridgid to be worn under clothing. To be worned under clothing, it needs to be flexible, adapt to various conditions, such as walking, standing, sitting and lying down. I know of no other device that could accomodate that other than AutoADS (mayby phallosan? - but it uses vacuum, which I don't like).

As far as circulation, the AutoADS is the more "comfortable" one, designed to be worned for a longer period. You still need to take a break, but most users are wearing it for 3-4 hours at a time.
 
Dumb question here, even though I started this thread I haven't really kept up with it
in a while. Has there been an improved method of tightening the jaws instead of the rubber bands?

no, but i don't see it to be a problem for me actually. I use 2 rubber bands and wrap them twice each around.
 
OK!!! No ones had any new experiences or results with either the modified head or the autoextender? HOLLA BACK!!
 
I've had my modified head for about 2.5 months now. I really really like it. The head my extender cam with was rubbing the underside of my penis raw. Now that I am using the Autoextender head and wrap I have no irritation what so ever. I has made it a more comfortable experience.
 
Commercial companies claims inches to gain... They even have a calculator for average gain per month... Even clinically they have shown you gain a lot using this method solely. Hmm... What do you say guys?

You can't believe those calculator - Unless you are extra ordinary, an average gains over the years will be 1+ inches, not 3" as those calculator suggest. There is only so much ligs that you could stretch and pull out hidden penis. And yes, you could gain with light stretching.

I think the traction devices most all target tunica gains. The Andropenis stretches in an up position. But I do agree that the gains are exaggerated.

Alright, I just received my order for the autoextender [2nd hand] and it seems a nice piece of kit.

Tried it once and I'm mad impressed with all the angles one can stretch in, however the head attachment doesnt do it for me.

Myn came with the small attachment [see http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showpost.php?p=162750&postcount=15] and I feel I might need a larger size.

When I'm all setup their is skin that won't flatten where the head clamp meets, and IMHO is because my flaccid girth is too large for the attachment.

Has anyone else had similer problems? anyone wishing to sell their large head attachment? MonkeyBar, how much is it for a new large sized head attachment incl' postage to the UK and will that cure my problems
 
Yeah u want the large head and that will solve everything but stillwantmore seems to have the daddy of adds lol i might try that gadget out lol

I'm not sure which version you have, but there is a 2nd hole on the hinge for more adjustability. Try that first to see if that helps.

One other thing about AutoEXT jaw - some people are now using it as a clamper. Some seem to really like them. For this , you'll definitely have to move the hinges out to a 2nd hole. I'm actually developing a new multi-pe device that could do both with adjustable clamping mechanism.

Let me know how that works out.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me quick.
I got the latest 4th Gen.
Shall try the 2nd hole on the hinges and see how that goes.

Also with regards to the wrap, how many inches do you think I'll need?

I also havent been pulling my skin back, I'm uncut.

Use much as you need to, there is no rule - whatever make you comfortable.

There are lots of differing opinion regarding skin pulling - and they are all valid to a degree. In my experience, I get the best pull when skin is pulled back (also uncut). Without skin pulled back, it seem to stretch the skin more than the ligs, causing some turtle neck syndrome. With skin pulled back, you feel more on your ligs... but because we are more sensitive, the wrapping become more important.

For those who are uncut - we seem to have a difficult time Penis Enlargement'ing than those who are cut (due to the sensitivity under the skin). I'm testing a universal sleeve for uncut folks and it was just sent to one of the user. Hopefully its a worth while add-on for uncut folks (probably replace current wrap thats included).

Monkeybar,

what are ur experience with the universal sleeve and is it more comfortable is it easy to get on with the foreskin pull back does it create a better surface for the clamp.
