Thanks KingD. I got to post more here - I do check, but I go to other site more out of habit. Its like going to your favorite restaurant, over and over.

I haven't finished the instruction page yet, but here's some pictures - http://www.autoextender.com/vacuhanger-instruction.html

The new sleeve is working out great and everyone should of received the replacement. The new sleeve should last 3-4 months each (hopefully more, but its too new to judge), so 3 months x 3 sleeve that you get = 9 months.

I'm also getting lots of email about VacExtender - whether its a replacement of Vacu-Hanger. The answer is no, its a lighter/smaller hanger/ADS/extender. It will have more force than any other extender, but hanging weight limit is 5lb. As always, I list everything very conservatively for your safety. There may be heavier weight capable version later, but not at this time.

If you only have a limited budget and can only afford 1 Penis Enlargement device, then I would say wait and get the VacExtender. Although I have many (many) Penis Enlargement devices, I'm almost exclusively wearing the VacExtender at this point. The time you could put in with this device is phenomenal and because it can be used as many device in one. As a ADS, its put on and forget type of operation. If you are still using one of those loop type extender, this will blow you away with its comfort (really) and allow you to put more force than you thought possible. As a hanger, its has a similar feeling as aVacu-hanger. Even with 5lb, you'll feel the stretch on tunica/ligs. Its really stretching the penis - grabbed only from the tip - and yes you could really feel the tunica and ligs getting stretched.

Cheers.

Does the vac-extender that's coming out, can you angle it up, staight out, and down, like the other extenders?

This is not a simple extender head replacement - Its more than that. As a replacement head for existing extenders, the functionality is same since only the head will be changed. Same thing for AutoEXT version.

As an ADS, you could wear it around the waist, down the leg or around the shoulder.

And as a hanger - you could position pretty much any angles as long as there's a place to put the rope (i.e. over the shoulder, over the leg, BTC, etc).

I can't wait to see this one!!! HEY MONKEYBAR!!!! When do you think you will have pics of it up?

I'm excitedly awaiting this for that particular reason. If I tried to wear it down my leg it'd definitely get noticed, since the pin-stripe trousers I have are just a bit too well-fitting.
(My german sausage already bulges down the side whenever I sit down. ;) )

Can't wait for it MB!

There's none or almost no circulation restriction. In fact opposite happens, which results in fluid buildup. Thats why I include a compression sleeve to minimize the fluid buildup over a long period (I'll touch on that little more).

If you are hanging 10lb, then do a 30 minutes sessions. For lighter hanging - 2 1/2 to 5lb - I used it up to 2 hours, but not frequently. Most of the time I hang for about an hour with that weight. For ADS - I go up to 3 hours.

Its important that you use a compression sleeve when hanging for long a period. The fluid buildup could be minor or major depending on the person. If you are going to hang more than 30 minutes, then use the sleeve. Its better to be safe.

As for the compression sleeve, its very stretchy, but some people have a very large girth, which may cause some circulation loss. For those people, I'm making a larger compression sleeve (lucky bastards). If you have a large girth, email me and I'll send one over when its made.

Again, this is a different kind of hanging and fluid buildup is the enemy, not circulation.

Hi Monkeybar, I have been using the Vac hanger as an ADS. I apply the tension with a THERA BAND and give enough tension to feel the pull and to allow walking with no problem. I am also using the new sleeve you sent out
(the bigger sleeves).I am not using the compression sleeve at the moment as I have no problems with fluid build up (yet).

What I have noticed that concerns me a little is that I tension stretch for 40 minutes for the first time, (usually 25min) and although there was no discoloration (or pain) my glans seemed to be cold (not blue) when I took it off. Am I doing something wrong? There was no after effects, just wanted to make sure I was doing thing correctly. By the way its the best Penis Enlargement device I have used so far and I got most of them.

Thanks ,

You are right about the wrap!
I have actually had the wrap for a long time and didn't know how to use it. It came with the original head (butterfly looking thing) which always slips off. But the pictures on their site (autoextender) demonstrated the use of the wrap (it was called comfort tape in my package) and using the stuff properly just took things to a whole new level. You can wear it long and apply more tension with amazing comfort.
The butterfly gizmo still slips off, I wrap it with 7" piece of velcro to hold the tabs so they don't slip as much.

I just want to let people know, the Modified head is almost dead at this point. Unless I discover a better way to grab the penis using 3rd party base. The AutoEXT is much simpler as I could change the size of the base to match the redesigned head, but within the constrain of your existing base, it will be more difficult. The Modified VacExtender is basically a replacement. Once you try it, you'll know why I'm not too enthuestic about the modified head redesign effort.

If you need a replacment wrap - it will still be produced in small quantity for existing customers. Other than that, it will also be phased out.

If you have a concerns with future support or part availability, feel free to send me a PM.

Cheers.

I'm not sure which version you have, but there is a 2nd hole on the hinge for more adjustability. Try that first to see if that helps.

One other thing about AutoEXT jaw - some people are now using it as a clamper. Some seem to really like them. For this , you'll definitely have to move the hinges out to a 2nd hole. I'm actually developing a new multi-pe device that could do both with adjustable clamping mechanism.

Let me know how that works out.
have you already build your own device
?

do you have any pictures?
