just wanted to get on this thread to check the progress of this device

Actually, the current model will be redesigned in near future... or it maybe completely phased out and replaced with VacExtender (there are 3 version of VacExtender with one specific to other extenders, like Jes, PM, etc).

The VacExtender will be released in about 2 weeks with hanger/ADS version coming out first, followed by AutoEXT base version, and finally a replacement version for other extenders. We are in 2nd phase of the beta testing and once that is completed, it will be go into production.

I'll put more info once its released.

Cheers

Yo monkeybar!! That new hanger/ADS looks good. Very simple, yet effective. The size if it looks easy to conceal. Are you supposed to measure the widest point on your penis while erect or flaccid? What is the price of your new product? Are you going to accept Paypal?

We're still figuring out the measurement. The normal girth measurement don't really work as penis is not round and widest part is side to side. We're measuring to see what the equivalent will be.

The prices are as follow (the only thing you need to supply is the weight),

1 cylinder package - $89
2 cylinder package - $115
3 cylinder package - $135

There's couple of reasons for the multiple cylinder package - 1) you may be in between size and want to make sure, 2) using larger cylinder for girth work (the head). The girth work is only for short duration, thus still needing a right size cylinder for longer hanging session.

For full disclosure, the following people have been involved with the development or testing of the proto-type (so take it with grain of salt) - larslaukanen, Big Girtha, Vater, RedZulu (mos), Iwant8inches (mos), Mbuc, Mgus, Para-Goomba, and Modestoman.

The feedback I got during the beta-testing was tremendous. Hopefully everyone feels the same way after trying it out.

For those who don't know, this device was developed (and now patented) based on SuckXtender idea by Mgus/Mbuc at another board. I'd just enhanced it and added few needed funtion to make it more complete.

The model that I posted is the hanger/ADS version. There will be a extender version that will fit either AutoEXT base or PM/JES type extender base, which will be released later.

Just to explain little more about the device (sorry I hang out at the other board more out of habit),

The device itself is fairly simple to use and there's nothing complicated about its design. Its a vacuum pump less design that uses a single sleeve for seal. The sleeve is put on outside of the cylinder, which will allow an un-restricted fitment. Once cylinder is put on, the sleeve is unrolled over the shaft. The vacuum is created after the cylinder and sleeve is fitted (instruction will be posted in about a week - waiting for model pictures)

We've tested up to 15lb and I'm sure it could do more. For those who don't know about vacuum based hanging, the weight is less important compared to clamp/vise style hanger.

The severe blood flow restriction, wrapping technique and pain management associated with clamp/vise based hanger is a known fact. And because of these problems, most people are watching the clock to get it off as soon as possible - which typically last about 10-20 minutes per session. With most of these problems eliminated, you are able to hang for much longer session. However, because you can now hang for longer session, the weight has to be decreased or you will not get the full benefit of vacuum hanging. For example, BG at other forum are hanging with 10lb or less for several hours, whereas he used to used to use 20lb with clamp hanger (for 10-20 minutes). Again, its a new way to hang and thinking has to also change.

Okay, sounds good - what's the negative. Well there's always a negative. One of the main problem with vacuum hanging is a fluid buildup. Again, BG mentioned that he developed a blister (twice) after wearing his vacuum hanger for 5 hours over few days - yikes!

The way I solved this problem is to create a constriction sleeve to limit the fluid buildup (you could see the picture). This came out during the beta testing and was patented by itself because we thought it was that important. With constriction sleeve, I wore the hanger for 2+ hours and the condition of my head was in same state before I started the session (well my head looked squished, but restored in few minutes). With out the constriction sleeve, my head looked similar to people who uses vacuum pump (swollen, sensitive, etc). Even those will go away in few minutes, but its better to be safe than get a blister.

I was going put up a pre-ordering page last night, but decided to wait until measurement thing is ironed out. Either way, it will start shipping next week.

Yep, paypal/credit card is only thing we accept.

Cheers.

I would like to get my hands on that modified head, but on the webpage it says it's not available. Plus i have been having probs with this noose slipping off and whatnot. Not to mention I spent like 90 bucks or something on that comfort strap which is worse and pinches the hell outta my penis. Is there anyone out there that has an extra modified head for sale, or can redirect me to somewhere with one available. Any info and or help will be greatly appreciated, and btw I love this site!! you guys kick ass!!!

Thank you so much,
Jason

[monkeybar]Sorry took so long. The new vacuum hanger will be released next week.

Hi monkeybar, when are you putting the instruction pictures on how to use your vac hanger on your web site?? Already ordered one and cant wait to use it.LMAO

Thanks

For how long can you hang with the Vacextender before taking a break?

There will be 3 version available - the Vac-hanger (which is available now, but haven't update the webite, this week), Vac-ADS, and Vac-Extender (these will be released in June).

Typical usage for each one is as follow,

Vac-hanger - 30-60 minutes per hanging with moderate weight (5-10lb). If used as an ADS device, it could be worned up to 1-2 hours.

Vac-ADS/extender -This is a much smaller version compared to the other Vac-devices, slightly bigger than a quarter. As a hanger, 30-60 minutes per hanging session (5lb max due to the design). As an ADS device, up to 4 hours before break. The break period is longer - 30 minutes, due to fluid builup, which you should let it subside before re-starting. Extender usage is same as ADS timeframe.

Vac-Extender - This is a Extender version of Vac-hanger. With this device, you get both the extender and a hanger in one package (cylinder is same, only the attachment is changed). Extender usage is 1-2 hours.. As an ADS, 1-2 hours. As a Hanger, 30-60 minutes of moderate weight.

Forgot to mention - there'are two new sleeves (small/large) that will replace what was shipped. Its much more durable (no ripping) and should last a heck of lot longer - about 3-4 times the current sleeve.

If you ordered the Vac-hanger, then you'll get the new sleeve (3 sleeves), free of charge. You don't need to do anything, it will go out this Friday or next Monday.

Thanks

Hi Monkeybar, just got mine in thanks. I know you posted how long you could hang for but how much circulation is actually cut off during hanging with 5 lbs? I mean is there reasonable circulation whilst hanging or very minimal? When doing your testing did you notice cold glans after prolonged hanging periods > 1-2 hrs? Just wanted to make sure and be safe.
Thanks,

There's none or almost no circulation restriction. In fact opposite happens, which results in fluid buildup. Thats why I include a compression sleeve to minimize the fluid buildup over a long period (I'll touch on that little more).

If you are hanging 10lb, then do a 30 minutes sessions. For lighter hanging - 2 1/2 to 5lb - I used it up to 2 hours, but not frequently. Most of the time I hang for about an hour with that weight. For ADS - I go up to 3 hours.

Its important that you use a compression sleeve when hanging for long a period. The fluid buildup could be minor or major depending on the person. If you are going to hang more than 30 minutes, then use the sleeve. Its better to be safe.

As for the compression sleeve, its very stretchy, but some people have a very large girth, which may cause some circulation loss. For those people, I'm making a larger compression sleeve (lucky bastards). If you have a large girth, email me and I'll send one over when its made.

Again, this is a different kind of hanging and fluid buildup is the enemy, not circulation.

Monkeybar,
your device sounds excellent and I'm keen to get one.

However I'm just slightly perplexed as to how one should use the compression sleeve.
I've looked at the instructions link and the purchase page link above and saw the pic of what one looks like, but can you give a brief idea (diagram/pic) of how one uses the compression sleeve in hanging.
Sorry in advance for my incapacity to visualise it clearly.

Thanks kindly,

Joe.

Monkeybar has alot on his hands right now, so let me assist my fellow MOS Penis Enlargementers with some info and vids from Monkeybar. Here is the post:

I've also been testing the heck out of the new sleeves and I think it will remove any issues we've had. First I want to make sure you understand what the new sleeves mean - for average people, the new sleeves will workout fine. Most people will use the small sleeve. The large sleeve is made for people with quite a bit of girth. And there is one group of people that I'm most associated with as I start out that way. For people with girth challenge (those with less than 3.5" flaccid girth) - I have a smaller-small (I don't want to call it X-small) sleeve. If you are girth challenged, you need to contact me with your requirement as this will be a special request item (meaning it will be made that week after the request).

Okay, back to the testing. I've shot a video (3.7MB). The quality is pretty poor and I didn't get the whole thing in view, but it should give you a good idea. There's three objects on the video - X-large cylinder, aspirin bottle and huge vitamin bottle. The first one tested is the large sleeve. Basically I beat the crap out of those sleeves and handled it pretty rough.

The link is here - www.autoextender.com/sleeve.MPG

The new sleeves are pretty tough, but you still need to treat them gently. Its still a soft silicone and it will expand, deform or rip if treated harshly, over time. Also, make sure that end of the sleeve is smooth. If theres' any tear, you need to cut them off.

Cheers.

Here is another post:

Here's video of one of my high precision, double blind, laboratory controlled stress testing of the new sleeve (10lb). Bewarned, its 5.5MB mpeg file.

I hope this helps someone and I hope Monkeybar isn't mad at me for doing this. Just trying to help.
