Fowfers:
i prefer bed fowfers to sitting fowfers.
pull ot your cock and place it betweeen your legs. Lay on your side, you can do this all night if you want. I greww a 1/2 inch in flaccid length by doing this in several months time.
Also it helps to kegel whil doing fowfers. Give your dick a break now and then. Shake it out and you should have a nice hang. It is also good for erect gains as well.
 
15 minute clamp AM, did the dash wrap halfway through it

ADC for 4 hours after clamping

15 minute pm, more kegels, focus on bends and tcs with a uli inbetween

30 minute adc afterwards
 
AM= 10min continuous clamping. With squashes and bends while clamped. Focusing on head girth.

PM= Same thing. Trying to work on my heads girth.
 
Bundled stretches (4 mins), blasters (2 mins), Jai stretch (a couple), and a clamped squash (45 seconds). Not too much today.

80 Blasters (w/ 30 sec rotary after every 10) - into
10 mins of pumping at 4HG - into
8 Supra Slammers - into
45 min velcro wrap - into
10 mins edging

The pump I get after this workout is crazy. I am on day 3 of this workout (doing 5 on, 2 off). The order of the exercises I believe is key. Stretch the penis out, pump it full of fresh blood, then force expansion by pushing more blood into it (via Slammers). The wrap allows it to heal in the extended state, and the edging is just for added fun.
