I'm back into the Penis Enlargement game again after many failed attempts and stalls mainly from boredom but from the group here it looks like a good community of help and reassurance is available at ones disposal. My routine is as follows below that i am starting out with;

6AM- Basic Stretching for 20 minutes

3x10 minute basic stretch intervals during workday along with PC health exercises

Evening; 15-20 minutes of wet jelqing @ 85% w/ uli#3 every 50 to 100 jelqs

Any tips are appreciated and i will update this log weekly with any variation and progress stats

got the rop last week and have spent some time getting used to it, tacked on another 10 minutes onto my primary length session and moved dry jelqs into the routine for change every couple of days

sustained a mild injury now stepping back the stretching routine to twice daily for 10 to 15 minute sessions and moderate jelqing at night, lesson learned do not apply too much pressure or force use leverage instead
 
back at full workouts again, also have to add about the ROP, if you dont have one get one. It has skyrocketed my drive again like it was before i quit workin out twice daily.
 
Ordered my Static Stretcher yesterday. going to move to a 30 to 40 minute manual stretching session at night along with the girth routine while wearing the SS during daytime hours in order to provide constant states of elongation
 
Had some much needed R&R the last 2 weeks and didnt have enough privacy to perform any type of Penis Enlargement except kegels. finally starting to get more comfortable wearing the SS, the wrap was an issue in the beginning but now its becoming easier to keep going for periods of at least 2 hours before re-wrapping. Plan on making a home-made BIB modified version within the next week or two to begin a hanging routine now that i have a few months under me and my penis will be able to withstand more of a workout.
 
Finished the homemade BIB tonight, not the fanciest or prettiest lookin thing but made to specs for the most part, going to try a set of hanging tonight after doing some more reading in the forums.
 
Used a wrap from my SS for my BIB and it worked good i think. Hung 2.5lbs for 10 minutes with a 10 minute break in between with some dry jelqing. might need to experiment with different wrapping techniques or wraps as the weight load increase over time. Liked the results though had a good flaccid hang goin after the last set.
 
Wore the SS for 3 hours today after morning stretch, hung 1x20, 1x10 set tonight @ 2 lbs. Dry jelq and SSJelq for girth routine. Finding out that the constant moving of my job makes the SS a bit harder to keep in a secure spot on my penis and stay properly wrapped for extended durations more than 1.5 hours
 
Did 4 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minute sets at 2.5lbs with my Hydromaxade bib today. Must say i havent been this sore in awhlie even doing lots of man exercises during the day never made my ligs this worked. I plan on doing a small manual routine as well it hit different ares of stretch as well as Uli #3 mixed with wet jelqing on alternating days for more circulation and pliability. Also making another variation of my homemade bib in order for a better pull on all sides of my penis and that will be able to support more weight in a few months when i start moving up from the first 2.5.
 
hanging has been going well, my penis is responding with more blood flow and increased drive from the new workout. Started doing clockwise and counter clockwise rotations with the weight on for 30 second intervals every minutes. I did it lightly to avoid to much pressure. This has put a greater stretch and different element into the hang sessions and i think will stimulate further development.

I have almost an extra inch of flaccid girth afterwards. Good luck with the routine sounds like you're making good progress.

You and I have similar goals...but I am slightly behind you in my starting stats and beginning time. Was curious how you went about making your own hanger?? You find that info somewhere or did you just design one all on your own? Keep working hard and we will see who can get there first!!rofl

I made my own hanger from plans on the site, if you go under the hangers forum there are posts by stillwantsmore on the bib and everything you need to know before hanging, the plans are in there and available to be printed. I am working on another hanger right now similar to a bib production model that will have pressure from the sides rather than the bottom with mine. Overall the one i use now took me 20 minutes maximum to make and works great thus far. When i finish the new model i will get the plans out if i get the OK from DLD and the mods.

doing OTS hanging, LOT is currently at 6pm so working the tunica and light lig work to get all around workout in. Finished my new homemade bib modified from the original posted my SWM. Have to say this one has alot more pull to it from the first night using it. Let me know if anyone wants the details on how to make it.
 
Pandora-- thanks for the link, tried it out and had an unreal tunica stretch from it and am adding it to my routine mixed in with the OTS

What i did to the normal homade hanger instead of using the S hook at the bottom was to put 2 x 1 inch screws on the sides of the hanger.
  • Use a normal flat tip machine screw and a smaller drill bit to make the holes for them.
  • Push the head through the inside wall tubing 3/4 of the way and use a normal thin bolt to tigheten from the outside.
  • When you are finished the head will be flush with the inner wall and the outer bolt will provide tension from it slipping around.
  • Use a wingnut on each side to hold your choice of nylon strap(i use small gauge chain link left over from my lifting belt) and run a strip from each side and tie them off with the S hook in the middle.
  • This will give you a knockoff looking BIB that has worked well for me so far at low weights.
  • You can use 2 x 2 1/2 inch screw clamps in 2 spots as long as you put one clamp around the base of your penis and then movie it onto the hanger once you are wrapped and have it on.

I have not tested the stability with any high weights yet so when i get there i will let you know if it really is a good alternative for hanging the bigger pounds. I will try to make one that looks halfway presentable rather than the mid-evil lookin one I use now, and post a pic of it. Total time it will take you to make this is right around a half hour or more depending if you have all the necessary tools. My total material cost was about 35 bucks and i have enough tubing to make at least 5 more hangers if one decides to break or if i feel like engineering some more home brew.
 
Sounds good, I will be looking forward to seeing that pic...although I think I have a pretty good grasp of what you explained in words. Did you bpfsl move up?? Checked mine tonight...7 1/8 in!!!!!!!! I will let you know how construction goes, probably start it next week when I have a little bit of time. Keep stretching and growing.
 
I did a half assed bpfsl measure after my hang set and from the look of it i was just above 8 inches, i would say by 1/8 of an inch or so when I used a comparison. I moved up to hanging 6 pounds with a fulcrum straight out for 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X 20[/words] spread out through the day. One in the morning, then the ROP and SS during workday, one set in the afternoon and one in the evening hours along with a girth session. The stretch on my tunica is outstanding as I feel the stretch at the base of my penis as well as along the top of the shaft. Since starting with the fulcrum a week ago my erection strength has also improved more and I now have the ROP on during most of the day. I am working on a base for my SS that will be able to hold the ROP without interfering so i can use both during the workday.
 
used a shoe gel insert from wally world for extra padding for my homemade bib, not only did it help out with the feeling against the wrap but it also held in place much better than before and helped provide a more intense stretch. This is the most sore i have been thus far from hanging after just a simple mod to my hanger.
 
Hey seeking what's up man.First off I want to give congrats to your gains thus far.I hope you can help me with some information.I have a few questions for you.1.For your girth routine(ssj,supra slammer,jelqs etc) how do you come up with how much to do for the workout?I mean do you determine this by finding the numbers that get you to fatigue,and is fatigue crucial to gains?2.What exactly does this "fatigue feeling" feel like for girth,like what are the sensations and/or what does the penis have to look like?3.Also is the ROP like a cock ring?Pleaseeee help.I need to know this information.Thank you very much.
 
My girth routine is probably not the best. It is still a work in progress. I gauge my girth routine by how much of a pump i can get out of my kegels in forcing more blood into my penis. When i hardly get anything then i know i have hit a good point. The supra slammer is a fantastic exercise in my opinion i usually do 10 or so and unfortunately blow my nut half of the time cause of my learning curve. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] principle is about the same i will do them for about 5 or 10 minutes in between hang sets usually. The penis will usually look pumped after you are done if you had a good workout. The ROP is a cock ring of sorts, I wear mine over the base of my penis and bottom of my satchel. The principal behind it is like the magnetic bracelet analogy. Small amounts of voltage to increase circulation and all over health. Another good indication of fatigue is poor erection quality for a brief period after your workout. Hope this helps and keep working hard.
 
Finally starting to get a better wrap technique and feel for how my hanger should feel each time. Was having issues in the beginning with too much pressure in the head and the glans being swollen halfway through hanging. Moved the starting position of my hanger down towards the base about 1/2 inch on my penis and the issue is gone. The only thing is the amount of fluid buildup during hanging from the skin being compressed outside the hanger which according to BIBs' many articles is normal and it usually goes away after a few minutes of manual stretching and jelqing after the session.
 
More news on wrapping. Took away the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap and thera-band. Just using the gel insert from wally world with the gel facing the outside of my hanger and the soft cloth on my shaft. Damn gentlemen this is the best hang yet and the most comfortable i have felt since hanging. No real issues with skin being pinched when put on properly and all the pressure feels evenly distributed while hanging. And as another note since trying this for my 3 sessions today the fluid swelling after sessions has reduced significantly as well.

I am still following my routine but have been doing mainly jelqs for girth purposes (I think I want to focus on length first). Jelqs should still hook up some girth! I think that I will start hanging at the middle of this month. What is a good weight to start out with?? Couple lbs?

You think hanging is the way to go for length? Manuals have been awesome for me but I wouldnt mind doing some hanging and perhaps cut my manual time down a little. (We should all join competition arm wrestling with our Penis Enlargement grip and forearm strength....hell we could even use verbal attacks before the ref says go "Hey buddy, I have been stretching my dick all day with this hand...hahah") Sorry bout the side note.

What are the name of those gel inserts from wally? You got any pictures yet of that hanger?

congrats on the gains knight, you are gaining quickly. The other night i measured myself against my dummy device and was aobut 1/8 inch away from its length which is 8.5 bpfsl. Since i started the different approach to hanging it is not that far, probably down a little bit. Although since the new hanger position on my shaft the wifey has been insisting that i am going deeper and it is uncomfortable when we first start having sex. I believe my new approach to putting my hanger lower on my penis is getting more of a stretch than it was toward the top and my soreness in the base during resting is also reflecting that as well. Should have a pic within the next few days of my hanger.

The inserts were the no name generic brand that wally world sells is all i know.

As far as doing hanging for length gaining. I chose it over manual because it is a constant/consistent pressure for the hang duration. I also caused myself to have rough skin and rupturing blood cells while doing manuals from too much pressure, which was my main reason to going to hanging.

Weight. Right now i am at 7.5 pounds. I started at 2.5 and have gone up 1lb per week since i started my hang regimen. Now i am feeling more comfortable having found how to correctly get my penis into my hanger with minimal pressure on the vitals of the penis and maximum stretch on the areas of focus.

I believe hanging is an excellent way to go with length gaining. Time and patience are going to be key with any routine as you have undoubtedly read in the forums. Just gotta find what works for ya. I would stick to your manual routine for now until you hit a growth plateau then go with something new at that point.

9/6 instead of 8/6/07. I will countinue with what I am doing, but I will be putting that hanger of yours together so that I will be ready to do that.

Here are the pics of my hanger knight, just made this one only took a total of 20 minutes. Did not include the gel insert, this should give you an idea of how the screws were sunk inside the tubing. Hope this helps out with the instructions i posted earlier. I use braided nylon rope to hang the weights from the screws with the rope going across the two and in between the two clamps(not shown) I have one clamp on bottom and one on top. I start with the bottom to have a secure base position then move to tightening the top to secure the upper portion for the hang session. Had issues uploading the pics so popped them in a zip file to get them up. Let me know what you think.

Good stuff seek. I think I got it, but do you think you could upload a pic with the rope and clamps attach? If its too much trouble dont worry about it, cause I think I can make it work from what you have showed so far. Do you have to clamp down real hard since you started using the gel insert? (or is it just tight enough to keep it from slipping with the weights). I bet when I start hanging and experimenting with it I will get the hang of it though. Thanks again for posting those pics. Ill try to get those uploaded this weekend. Clamping down has been a learning curve as well. If i clamp to hard it would equal too much pressure on the head and with the weights and cause comfort to be low. Also too light and you risk slipping off, not good either. I usually clamp the completely closed and make sure the gel touches where is was originally cut and then proceed to tighten from there once the weight is applied. SWM has an excellent video of it and picture tutorial in the hangnng forum of how everything should look when applied correctly.
 
Here is the routine i am currently following as to keep up with my routine log.

3 x 20m @ 8.5 increasing 1 lb per week if possible

Hang sets are broken up into 3 parts of the day Morning/Afterwork/Evening

Dry Jelqs after the afterwork session to get circulation for the next hang and Wet Jelqs after the Evening Session for greater circulation and girth work
 
Moved my hanger up toward my head more after doing some more reading. It will take some tinkering with to get the settings right and comfortable but it was the hardest i have felt my tunica pull with the fulcrum SO yet. I am currently at 10lbs and think I will be here for a bit according to my penis and what he is currently telling me at the moment.
 
did some rebuilding to my existing home made hanger. Added a hinge at the bottom for easier release and more thorough hold. For the first day it has worked well in my 3 sessions. Circulation has improved and with the braided pvc now in 2 sections joined by the hinge I had good holding and less slippage then with my previous Hydromaxh. Continuing this week @ 10lbs as I have had to reduce weight if i hang 2 sessions in succession from fatigue setting in around the 10th minute of the second set. I usually 1/2 the weight and ride the fatigue and have excellent soreness from it.
 
I am starting to see the correlation between pressures on different parts of my penis with regards to my Hydromaxh. For the load to completely be evenly distributed both clamps have to be equal in pressure, or the load will become more upper or lower shaft oriented. This can be helpful in that i could work both parts at different pressures in one session, or as i have found out make hanging a not fun task at all. Should have realized this from the start but guess better now than never. Hopefully this information can help out a few other guys as well. I can also see the differences in my bpfsl with regards to where my hanger was during the previous session; eg. If it was high with alot of pressure on the upper shaft near my head i can get almost 1/4 inch more on my stretch. Contrast if it was low i can just get to my bpfsl but my base is much more pliable and elastic in nature, while the upper is a more dense and hard stretch.
 
Had great placement on the hanger today after the off day. Had to reduce weight on 2 sets by half because of fatigue. This is the last update for about a week or so. I will be using a manual routine while on holiday and resume hanging upon my return.
 
Back from Hispanola and what an incredible cluster of events spanning 5 days. Did not get any manual work done at all from the events that transpired(not good ones by any means). Arriving home though I got a huge smile on my face when my BIB hardcore starter was waiting at my house for me. Working on wrapping right now and getting the bib secure and with no slipping. I suspect it will take a week or a little longer to get a good feel for how to use it and really get into hanging for good amounts of time again.

Bonus part on the holiday was the amount of generous exotic women who are confident enough to parade on the beach topless or nude.
