Taking it one day at a time though and keeping my motivation up rather than burning it out again.

Thanks for the tip on the LAS, i will have to work them in when i make more time. I have been noticing after i remove the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] that my flaccid gets longer and my penis fills up in a partially erect state to stay at the length i was at in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for about 30-50 minutes after i take it off.

I am going to increase my manual work to 15-20 minutes next week and then bump up 5 minutes per week until i hit a half hour again.

I am getting reconditioned to take on that much work without over training and making gains not come as fast.

What i have noticed over the last 3 weeks of wearing it is that my BPFSL has gone down which i thought was bad. My flaccid is up almost a half inch. and my NBPenis EnlargementL is up .25".

I am finding my groove finally as before i had a good difference between my FSL and EL. the more consistant work at close to or above EL with the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] on is making more positive strides than my previous work in my thread.

Time constraints have forced another change in routines:

Still using the home made [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], now adding my third ring to it for a total of 1.5lbs, the flaccid hang with two on has finally gotten long enough to accomodate a third without causing slippage.

I try to remote the device every 3 hours to prevent fluid buildup. It is for about 10 minutes and i usually do manual stretching during this time period(utilize your breaks at work wisely).

It is not the most effective routine but it is the one i can make minimal gains with giving the time i have to work with currently. Also at night i do a fulcrum hang with my BIB hardcore for 20 minutes to target the tunica.

Girth work is suffering at the moment but am working on getting that back in the picture as well.

Pe has taken a back burner at the moment

I hang one set in the morning and one in the evening with the bib hardcore as i finally got it to get a grip that i believe is much better than i have ever gotten with it before.

Busy focusing on my general fitness and well being, have shed 23lbs thus far and am working towards a goal of 30. After that i will have more time to dedicate towards my Penis Enlargement goals again but my health definately is priority number one
 
I love it at the stores in our area. Even if you are rightfully one of the first in line, everyone just glares at you like you shouldnt be there. I especially loved last year when I got a digital camera on sale at KMart. Got the last one, and everybody flipped. Then, the 2GB SD cards were on sale for like 12, I think. I had to make several attempts at getting over to their location because it was a popular spot for the elderly to hang out for some reason.
