I thought they were going pretty good, until I came out of the tube, and I saw a ton of fluid buildup, which I havent gotten in a long time. So, I did about 5 minutes worth of DLD girth blasters. So yesterday, I didnt really get anything done except some initial stretching with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I found going in erect lets me get a better grip on myself when I finally do go soft. I guess the adult entertainment I was watching yesterday to get hard to go in on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] was a bit much, so I just fapped and it felt good.
However, I have been doing the Kegel exercise listed by someone as the "Penis of Steel" exercise, and even though I've only done the quick ones for a few days, 20-50 in a day, and I havent really felt sore afterward, I've noticed my dick moves so much more now if I stare at it and kegel. It moves like a good 3/4 of an inch.

Kinda crazy, but I'll keep it up, and hopefully build more staying power, which is what I really want for the next few weeks. In otherwords, hopefully this is the fastest way to build [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] in bed for staying power. If anyone else has good/better suggestions, feel free to post em.

Becoming in touch with your orgasm

You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

However, this is truly an awesome exercise, and I will be incorporating it into my every day routine.

My only complain on this, is that when the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is wet from you pouring the water in it, is that you tend to lose your grip on the tube, and you cant really grab the rubber part on the bottom, because its not really a good fulcrum point and it breaks the seal, allowing air in the chamber.
If the next iteration of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] could have a grip design along the hard plastic chamber, that would be tits.
 
So I didnt get to do anything yesterday, because my roommates classes were cancelled, and thus, this gave me no time to Penis Enlargement because I had no fucking privacy. Ah well. Granted, when I have some good material in front of me and I'm fully hard, I can usually pump to 200 and then I keep a great seal, and its almost impossible to pull off my body.

100 strong jelqs, then 5x40 seconds DLD girth blasters. Came on the last one, so I tried to continue and I couldnt get to an acceptable erection %, so I said fuckit, but I felt an internal stretching/soreness that I have not felt in a long time.

Havent gone to the gym yet, but will do legs today, and then hopefully run either .5 a mile or a whole mile.

All of my stretches yesterday were bundled stretches. I feel like regular straight out doesnt do it as effectively.
3x40 seconds in each direction
2x1minute straight up
2x1 minute straight down

and the real kicker! Bundled, behind the cheeks 2 x 1minute, then rotaries, bundled still, behind the cheeks.

Holy fuck, best stretch session I've ever had.

Bundled stretches will always have much more intensity than their counterparts.
 
Last two days:

Wednesday: Utter crap. I pretty much just masturbated all day, and didnt get anything done. From what I'm understanding, not masturbating after a session helps your grow more, and obviously, at least for me, not getting one off before a session makes me a LOT more motivated to do the whole session. Thursday: 25 minutes worth of strong jelqing, in the style that SWM2 has posted in his "how to jelq" video. For all intensive purposes, I might as well call these One Handed Power Jelqs (OHPJ's). Basically like a Horse440, I think, but kegeling the entire time, and a bit faster too. I use the overhand method so I can get all the way to the base, while the other hand stimulates me, forcing more blood in in each jelq.
I did that for about 15 minutes, and I looked down, and I didn't recognize my own cock. I pushed back just the bit of fat pad that I have (I want to get rid of that fucker so bad.) and it totally looked like someone elses dick. I got a ruler and measured 7.5" bone pressed. Hey guys, sorry I havent posted much recently, I've been spending some time at my girlfriends house, but let me tell you, the Penis Enlargement is fucking awesome.
