Hey everyone...Wanted to start a Progress Log to see if 8x6 was possible with just the Penomet and the Phallosan [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Forte[/words] Alone.
I've been doing PE on and off for the last 5 years but have been very inconsistent to say the least. I've tried it all; jelquing/manual stretches, pills, air pumps, [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], patches, and prayer.
Needless to say none of them worked. It didn't help that I was super inconsistent and Lazy. I started off with 5.5 inch NBPEL all throughout high school, and right when I got into PE around 2009 it magically grew to 6.25 NBPEL(I read somewhere that you have a growth spurt in your penis around 21-23 years old).
So until now I've been 6.25 NBPEL and 5.5 EG.
My BPEL is around 7.5 or 8, but I'm only concerned with my NBPEL for obvious reasons.
My goal is to reach 8.25" NBPEL and 6"-6.5" EG...mid shaft I guess...lol...my main concern is length though. I've seen some guys starting girths and realize that 5.5 isn't that bad. *I also plan on getting circumcised when I hit my goals*

Starting June 1st I've already been using the Phallason [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Forte[/words] for 1 week consistently and have done 3 days of the Penomet. I've already logged 97.5 hours with the Phallason and have worn it all but 1 day. My goal is to Log 2000 hours between now and the end of the year and go for 1.5 to 2 inches in length. I will be doing no other exercises or PE other than the Penomet.
Keep It Simple Stupid:
As far as the Phallason [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Forte[/words] is concerned I pretty much wear it whenever I have the time. During the day, sleeping, etc. I will aim for 10 hours a day. Depending on my schedule it will be more or less, but the avg should be around 10 hours.
For the Penomet my routine is simple:
1.Weaker [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words](Kegel variations while in the penomet)
2.Masturbate
3.Stronger [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words](Kegel variations while in the penomet)
Example(adult entertainment is on the entire time so I stay hard and I ALWAYS go into the penomet hard):
1. 10 min(force 60 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words])(as many 1 sec kegels as possible)
2. Masturbate as quickly as possible(usually between 15-40 min)
3. Clean up and immediately do 10 min(force 75 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words])(as many long kegel holds as possible)

I've already been doing this routine for 1 week now and my flacid is definitely thicker and longer, and my erections are definitely harder and thicker
My next post will be my starting pics and more to come later.
I really hope that I'll be able to gain 1.5-2 inches with just this routine. If not then I'll probably continue for another 6 months before I add in manual stretches and other exercises.
I would be content with 7.5 NBPEL and 6 EG, but I really want 8". Also something to note is that when I sit down/lay down my Erect length is .25 to .5 inches longer, so there's no need for anything longer than 8" in my opinion. Anything else is pure ego at that point. (no offense to those guys aiming for 9,10,11, or 12)
Do your thing but I know that I'll be in the top 10% or so of penis' with 8.25 NBPEL
