Hey, F26. So far all is going good, but managing my schedules to add PE in has been a total bitch.
Anyway, last time I checked properly (I only checked BPEL), I was close to 7.3 inches (18,5 cm). Other than jelqing, the only other thing I tried was some basic stretching (30 secs each direction), but I doubt it may have granted me any results due to inconsistency.

Do you need some help in putting a routine together? You’re very close to 8 inches and I would love to see you make that mile stone. If I can help in anyway please just ask.

Thank you very much for your support, DLD. But it's really not so much the routine, it's more like having the patience, the drive, the mindset for it, as my whole days have been kind of chaotic with work, family and trying to get back into shape and improve in life. It's really more of a priorities kind of thing, but it frustrates me a bit. LOL

Great gains for only jelqing, let us know when you measure EG too, will be very interesting :)

If you continue to stay involved with other peoples routines and your own you should be able to pull a lot of motivation from that. We’re always seeing people make new gains so that can always become an inspiration for you. For me the size I wanted inspired me enough train every day because I knew it was a very big goal. I also did a lot of visualization of what I wanted and I also helped me with my focus and my motivation. I’ll pray that you get in the motivation you need to make this after my brother!

So, I just remeasured my BPEL and I lost a bit more than I had told earlier. I'm currently at a solid 7.09"/18 cm BPEL.
My EG is 5.9"/15 cm circumference.
On a side note, I recently got back to running. I was only able to do it once per week, about 20 minutes, and I'm on the 3rd week. My EQ went through the roof. (flex)(rock)LOL Which is a great reminder that, no matter how many kegels you do, and despite all the benefits from PE alone, taking care of your cardiovascular performance has a huge influence in your erection quality. Oxygen and blood flow have to be at their best if you want to have rock hard and lasting erections, guys, so don't skip your cardio. Besides, as I've mentioned often, running if huge fun when you're sporting a big schlong dangling from side to side. (xd)

I am glad to hear that your EQ has increased, that’s great news. You’re so close to 6 inches in girth just a little bit more and you’re there! 7 inches is a very respectable size or just kick yourself in the SRT mode and make that eight!
