Still doing my every other day protical:

Day 1 - 5 stretching sessions at 5 minutes each (all kinds of stretches)

Day 2 - 2 girth sessions @ 10-15 minutes of dry jelqs + 5 minutes isolated compression squeezes
 
I'll be taking the next 4-5 days off from stretching. Lately my ligs have felt very sore and the glan hasn't been normal looking for a while now, so I figured this was a good time to get back to 100%.

I'll still be going with girth work though and hopefully will be able to get up past 6" girth by November 8th (next measurement day).
 
Hey Aeroth yeah I do think I have some gains. I don't think I gained any girth though but my length has definately gone up. Only 5 days until official measurement! Thanks for asking man.
 
I've found a stretching routine that seems to fit me very, very well. Basically I stretch for 10 minutes every 2-3 days. Since my lig gains are nearly gone (I believe) I am focusing probably 70% of my routine to tunica stretching.

Here's the routine:

Stretching

Sock stretches - U, Up L, Up R, L, R, hold for 20 seconds each repeat 3 times

Sock stretches - U, Up L, Up R, L, R 20 seconds rotary cranks (1/4 way around the clock, very intense)

Sock stretches - U, Up L, Up R, L, R, max stretch for 2 seconds, 1 second retract, for a total of 5 times in each direction (very intense)

BTC stretches - 6 sets of 20 second stretches

BTC stretches - max stretch for 2 seconds, 1 second retract repeat 5 times for 4 sets (very intense)

Butt on heels downward stretches - grab with two hands and stretch down and right for 10 seconds and down and left for 10 seconds. For some reason when I do downward stretches sitting like this AFTER the BTC work my ligs get slammed and so far I have gotten lig pops every time I try this. I have no idea how or why but I won't complain.

Girth

30-60 minutes hard wet jelqs (~80-90% erection level) every 3-4 days



I don't know about the girth but my length has definately increased using this routine. I measure in two days for my one month update and will report then. I just started this type of girth training (was doing compression squeezes and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s) and decided to come back to hard WJ's because nothing seems to give me better expansion.

Here's the controversial part - I'm going to decondition for a while when I feel my gains have been maxed out on this routine. It won't be for 2 months like the IPR protocal suggests but will be for a good 2 weeks or so.

I'm being conservative in my length gains as I couldn't get 100% max erection when I measured. It's possible I gained up to 1/4" in erect length, but to be sure I'll go with 1/8".

I haven't measured my stretched lengths yet.

I feel I need a break from Penis Enlargement so my plan is to measure my stretched lengths in a couple days after a little rest (and even my erect length again, or once I can reach 100% erection). I'm going to take 2-3 weeks off which is good timing because this time of the year gets crazy for me. I'll post my stretched lengths after I measure them, but other than that I'll be taking a break from the boards as well to just refresh my mind and get the motivation high again.

Nice! I'm sure you're over 7.5 and the girth might even be right on 6 considering you had the erection problems! I'm going to go update my log I made some gains too!

Oh yeah you're right lol I didn't even think about lack of optimal erection affecting my girth measurement...duh!!

I'll remeasure everything in a few days or a week from now once I can reach max erection, or whenever it happens. Thanks Aeroth.
 
I haven't Penis Enlargement'd in one month now - no stretching, jelqing, nothing...

I measured tonight and see that while my length is where it was before, my girth has slightly dropped putting me down to 5.75". I don't think I'll lose any more than this, however, as whenver I take a break from girth training I lose no more than 1/8".

I will be starting up in mid-January, at which point I will be focusing my efforts on lig stretching (can you say IPR protocol?) and start up again with basic, hard, wet jelqs. And I can say that I have that Penis Enlargement itch again RIGHT NOW and it will be hard to stay away for another month, but due to privacy issues the next month (home from college) this couldn't work out at a better time.

For now I'll just enjoy my 7+ incher and near 6 incher girth. 8 x 6 is still my final destination.
 
As promised, I am back from my break and starting up Penis Enlargement again. It's been about 9 weeks since I last Penis Enlargement'd, and I'm loving the idea that my penis is going to be getting bigger again. I'm easing into things with low volume stretches and wet jelqs, and as time goes on I will be adding more and more intensity/time to both exercises. I will also be journaling every workout, for I do not know how long I will be Penis Enlargement'ing before I take my next break. When I have seen new gains in both length and girth, and feel like a decon is necessary, it shall happen. Right now the length of my workouts will be solely judged on feeling and instinct, as I have never taken such a long break from Penis Enlargement before.

Here was today's first workout:

Comments: Good first Penis Enlargement workout. The ligs are loose and have that awesome burning/exhausted feeling after a productive workout. The girth expansion was nice after my wet jelqs. My intensity on both stretches and jelqs were moderately hard, nothing extreme. Time and intensity will be added as the workouts progress. Also, I experienced a LIG POP on my first stretch straight downward! I have never ever gotten a lig pop from stretching straight down. This, to me, is strong evidence that planned deconditioning periods do actually work. I also believe that the penis adapts much faster than we give it credit for, and I feel that I will be at full intensity and length within 2 months time for both stretching and wet jelqs. Time will tell.

I have lost some size, both in length and girth. I lost a 1/16" in length (hardly any) and about 1/8" in girth, which is common judging by the breaks I took before. This size will come back within one week, as previous experience has indicated for me.

7.25" non-pressed erect length
5.7" mid-shaft erect girth
7.75" non-pressed flaccid stretched length
 
My opinion: You take too many breaks and dont train enough. Seems you had every reason in the book to take the breaks you did and they were often. I just believe you could have made a little more impressive gains, but hey its your penis not mine and you are already a good size anyway so congrats :)

Thanks for your opinion K I appreciate it. I started Penis Enlargement last year in the spring time, going about 3 months consistently and making solid gains. I then simply had to take the summer off, due to living conditions and time restraints. Then I started up again for about 3 months again before taking this 2 month break. So really I've only taken two breaks, and both breaks have led to fresh and fast gains upon return to Penis Enlargement.

All in all, with 6 months of Penis Enlargement training using only my hands, I have gained 0.5" in length and 0.4" in girth. Almost one full inch. I consider those impressive gains for someone who does not use [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], or hangs, or pumps, or whatever else guys on here tend to lean towards to quickly IMO. Slow and steady is the name of the game anyways. I don't care how many breaks I have to take if it means gaining every time I come back. This is my philosophy of Penis Enlargement and it has worked well for me thus far.
 
Also, just a thought on training without breaks: whenever I up the intensity or time of my exercises, I see gains IMMEDIATELY. Literally, new length within one week. And literally, more girth within a couple weeks. But the new intense routine would stop giving me these great gains, and I would again stall. I changed something to the intensity/time/frequency again, and BAM, the gains started rolling in once again.

A decondition is simply a way to bring your body back down to the bottom level - the level where only a tiny bit of work is needed to change things and produce gains. You cannot simply just continue to increase the intensity and duration, because you'll eventually reach a point where you are doing things that are dangerous and wayyy to time consuming. And you cannot simply just continue doing what you were doing, because to your ligs and cells, it is no longer overload and is no longer a stimulus that produces gains. When this point is reached, the logical answer is to take time off from training and start over. I theorize that if you take extended breaks every so often from training, you can stick with the basic exercises for most of your Penis Enlargement career - basic stretching and hard, solid wet jelqs. Up the intensity as long as you can through increased duration/frequency of training, but listen to your body. When you reach that point where you feel adding "more" is not worth it any longer, and you are feeling burnt out, deload ASAP and see gains when you return. At this point in my Penis Enlargement career I see a deload as the next logical step in smart natural penis enlargement.
 
I think the only real thing about your breaks is you kinda had to take them...I'm not sure if you "rode" the wave so to speak and milked whatever routine you was on until you stopped seeing gains completely. Which maybe that's good for the mental edge because when you went on break you knew coming back you were making gains and would make more gains. .5" length and almost as much girth is very impressive for 6 months...not to mention having to -regain- small loses if you kept up with that and factored it in you may have more gains than you think. I'd just say try to hold on to a routine until the gains are very little or none at all...basically I think decon breaks would work best if you work and hit a plateau then you push it another month or so (cementing basically) and if you still don't gain you decon (but with cemented gains) and then you come off the decon and with your theory you'd see quick gains again without as dangerous of work effort, but there would be more gain as you would have worked into cemented gains.

You're still very much an inspiration to me though Rusty! Do what works best for you like you said you're going slow and steady...it's just with your stretch length being so promising it's the assumption by most that those are going to be soon gains! Keep at it you're basically at my goal already!

What exactly is a lig pop? I'm a newb and I think I did that the other day.. I was stretching and it almost felt like it popped out a bit, was weird.. And is it a good or bad thing?

It's basically when your ligs crack, or snap, or pop, when you are stretching them. It's like cracking your knuckles almost, and it's a gut-wrenching feeling because you think you just broke your dick. It still freaks me out even though I have had many.

Woah!!!
