Thanks Kal-el! Well my starting was slightly less than this, after this post I'll update my starting size. I use baby powder when I stretch. Works perfect and it's something you would normally find in your bathroom, unlike latex gloves lol.

By the way, I LOVE smallville. Really looking forward to the new season.

When I stretch, I use nitrile or latex gloves and put a bit of baby powder on them; wala, it's the best of both worlds! Killer grip!

Yea I can't wait till next Thursday.

So, you know when you know you're growing? When you pull down your pants and the look of your dick surprises you and you get a reaction from yourself like "WTF?" or "Woah.."

It just happened to me. I was in a SLIGHT semi-erect state and was changing when I looked down and it just looked like a wide and thick mother that I just had to measure my girth. I did, and it was almost 5.5" thick, probably at 25% erection level. Funny thing is I haven't done a girth session in two days. I'm wondering (since lately I've been relentlessly pounding the girth sessions) that the time off allowed for some much needed growth? I think it did.
 
Shift in focus of my Penis Enlargement routine:

I will be focusing now on increasing my length. I've gained like a machine in girth when I was concentrating on upping the girth measurement so I'm hoping I can do the same for length. With me approaching 6" girth, and at 7.25" length, I now think it's time to start evening things out.

I'll be doing stretches 3 times daily, starting at 5 minutes in each session and working up from there. Mostly it will be the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but I will not count out DLD blasters and some possible bundled work for the tunica.
 
Here are my stretched lengths as a starting point:

7.75" NBPFSL
8.5" BPFSL

I forgot to mention, I will be doing girth sessions once every other day. And I will probably be incorporating slow squash jelqs to make the lack of sessions more intense.
 
Well through trial and error I have discovered that for me stretching daily is too intense, and my ligs and tunica just feel too tight to hit on a daily basis. Perhaps in the future I will be able to stretch multiple times daily but for now I need a day off between stretching days to recover.

Therefore, here is my new routine:

Girth work day 1, consisting of 2 girth sessions daily for a total time of 60 minutes.

Length work day 2, consisting of 3-4 stretching sessions of 5 minutes each session.

I believe in intensity, so all workouts are done with focus, concentration, and a huge desire to reach my goals. The mind is important in this craziness of Penis Enlargement. If you can't focus during your workouts you shouldn't do them IMO. Otherwise you are just wasting your time.

My stretched dick is at its longest length for sure. It has increased in length this past week, although I will not measure until the appropriate time (3 weeks from now). It is now NEARLY as long as my entire hand NON-BONE PRESSED, from the wrist up to the top of the middle finger - which is 8.25" in length. This is getting exciting...
 
I GOT SOME GREAT NEWS! My stretched dick just looked sooo long recently that I knew my length had increased. So, like an idiot before he's supposed to measure..I did..and...

I've gained 1/4" in flaccid stretched length, in both non pressed and pressed measurements!

This has been since starting up stretching hard, for 3-4 sessions per day every other day (5 minutes per session). It's pretty much only been about 2 weeks since I started doing this. But guys, intensity and frequency is key with stretching, and so is doing it from all different angles. I stretch down, down/left, down/right, out, out/left..etc you get the idea. Then I do DLD blasters and DLD rotary blasters as well...

Amazing. Ok, now I will NOT measure again until a month from now, November 8th! At that time I will also measure erect length and girth.

That was 9/26, about 12 days ago.

Now:

8" NBPFSL
8.75" BPFSL

+1/4" in each!

Next measurement 11/8. The routine will stay the same.

Good job Rustmeister. Yea I think I'm already seeing a longer flaccid, but I only started on Sept 21. I pull so damn hard I'm practically in a pile of sweat aftermy workout. I stretch in all angles also, as I can't locate my LOT, so I want to hit every angle.

Thanks Kal. Every angle is KEY. Do you do multiple sessions daily? It seems every session I add I get longer and longer....

Nope. I really wanted to, but time just won't permit it. Anyways, my glans are always too sore from pulling to damn hard to do 2 sessions.
 
what is this LOT exactly I keep seeing it....and nice routine Rusty it's inspiring to see that you're making solid gains and makes me want to stop spending time with my g/f to increase the time I can devote to Penis Enlargement :-P But we all know that I'm not stupid enough to really do that...I hope being a true newbie that I will get the newbie pop from a daily stretching routine....we'll see anyway good luck keep it up!

Kal I've found that the more I stretch the more tolerant my glans is of stretching. I started with no more than 3 minutes and have built up to 4-5 sessions per day of 5 minutes each (and I go HARD man). It actually took much less time than I though it would too...about 4-5 weeks or so.

Thanks man! LOT = loss of tug. Lay down on your back, and lightly stretch your dick to your chin (12 oclock) and down one hour until you are pointing straight to the floor (6 oclock). At each hour do a kegel. When you feel your dick not tug back, that's where your loss of tug is and is your LOT. The theory is those with low LOTS (6-8) can't gain much from the ligs because this means the ligs are already stretched to a considerable degree.

I personally don't believe this theory and have been refuting it, as my LOT is a dead low 6 and I keep stretching my ligs and am gaining in length consistently. I'm ordering the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] to hit the ligs even harder.

Dude stay with the girl and try to balance both. That's the best of both worlds. I don't have a gf and I'm in college with my own apartment...add it all up and I have a shitload of time to Penis Enlargement. I'm starting to think I'll pass 8x6 (NBP) come next summer.

hrm....so if my LOT is 6-8 meaning point to my feet or a little to my right foot I can't make gains from lig stretching (basically the routine I'm doing?)...interesting theory I might see if I can find my LOT.

Oh yeah no doubt I got a journal going once I break my habit of measuring daily before/after :-P I'll be able to be more focused and see better results from it. I think I'll hold off any measuring until I've finished the first full 2 weeks. Anyway not sure I'll just stay with the stretching/jelqing for now.

Good work keep it up man! can't wait to hear the report on the 8th to see how far you've come. Some advice, give yourself recovery time as with any workout the mass comes when the healing happens...atleast I'm thinking that's the case so for me I'm going 6 on 1 off for now!

Thanks A. Yeah rest days are important. I've found that it seems to be more important for stretching though. My ligs get crazy sore the day after a hard day of stretches so I've realized a day off between stretching days is key for me. I'm seeing progress so I know it's working.
