15 minutes of stretches

I'm going to have to work my way back up to 30 full minutes. Right now I still get too many red spots. Hopefully I'll be back up to 30 within 2-3 weeks time.

Thanks ice. My girth grows no matter what, so I'm devoting an entire 4 months to intense stretching and won't even think about girth. I think I can make it up to upper 7's non-pressed by September, possibly 8. I wish I had your length Ice!

Rest day

NOTES: I've been pulling so hard lately that 10 minutes gives me some hardcore red spots and really makes my head look kinda deformed for a few minutes. If you truly pull hard enough, you can literally feel the ligs just aching and man, I think you don't need to stretch as often or as long. I have to take the day off today for healing. I'm hoping my tissue gets used to this extreme pulling soon, and I can do daily stretches.
 
So here's what the plan is for the summer...I'm going to measure my bone pressed stretched length ONLY the entire summer. I will not measure anything else until September after this length quest is over. Earlier I said I wouldn't measure at all, but after thinking about I realized I need some sort of guage to judge my progress. One measurement every 2 weeks will do fine, because I think if you gain, you'll see it in 2 weeks, provided everything is right and you measure perfectly the same way each time. Seeing the numbers in my Sig increase will boost my confidence, and knowing that I only have 2 more weeks to get gains will force me to stay consistent and focused.

Again, the goals for September 1st will be a 9" bone pressed stretched length, and at least a 7.5" non pressed erect length.

I'm also going to keep ejaculations to a minimum during these times...like once per week tops. I read somewhere doing this will help be consistent with length increases. This will force me to want to find a girl to do it for me lol, and not me, because who wants to waste all that time off of doing it by doing it yourself?

20 minutes stretching

NOTES: I might have had lig pops today. Not sure though. I heard and felt two very faint 'cracks' or 'pops' but nothing that would make me sick to my stomach like most of you say you experience at your first lig pop. As far as my pulling goes though, I am pulling extremely hard now. I mean my ligs are on fire after 30 seconds of one of my stretches. I'm also a bodybuilder and have a great deal of grip and pressing strength, more so than the average guy, so maybe I shouldn't be pushing my stretches quite to the absolute extreme? On most of my stretches I'm going I'd say 90-95% of my max...when I went 100% I felt the lig pops, or whatever you call them. But wow, great sessions today.

Hey everyone, not sure if I was missed at all but just letting you all know the stretches had to stop this summer. I lacked the time and privacy.

However, I am back at school now and have been Penis Enlargement'ing like a madman. I have some GREAT news.

I've been going strong for 5 weeks now with wet jelqs only. It's basically because I always gain girth somewhat easily whereas length takes more time/committment. I jumped into a routine of WJ's to see gains immediately basically. In one month my girth increased 1/8", working up from 5 minutes of WJ's to 20-30 minutes. But what's exciting is this...

I read up on Goldmember's post on doing girth routines twice in one day. I seemed to handle 30 minutes without problems, so I decided to try this twice a day thing. I started about one week ago, and just in this past week I've gained another 1/8" in girth. That aint it though - I also gained in length. For the first time ever my erect length has increased without stretching. My length has increased 1/4" since I last measured it (which was 5 weeks ago). So, maybe it was increasing slightly this entire time or this past week was such a shock to it that it was due entirely to just one week of crazy Penis Enlargement sessions. I don't know. But I knew something was different looking at my dick, so I measured it and sure enough it was longer, and thicker.

I'm going to continue this little experiment I have going on. My routine will be something like this:

Wet Jelq 5-6 days per week.
Do twice daily sessions separated by 8-12 hours 2-3 times per week.
Sessions will last 20-30 minutes.
Do one session on days where 2 is inconvenient (probably 2-3 days/week)

A note on my jelq form: I go very erect, and FEEL expansion on each repetition. All reps are done with perfect form and a solid grip. I also take an overhand grip and jelq downwards towards the floor, in a seated position. I don't think it can be beat. I also believe this allows the ligs to be stretched as well while the jelqs are being performed.

Short-term goal: 8" non pressed x 6" mid shaft
Long-term goal: 8.5" non pressed x 6.25" mid shaft

Very solid, rusty. I wish I could gain like that from wet jelqs alone...I like that you have adapted a twice daily routine when you can. Try to go seven days a week if possible, but we all know it becomes difficult to find that privacy at times.

Not only have I been doing twice daily girth sessions, but I have been trying to get in ten minutes of wet jelqs every two or three hours in between my normal girth routine. I did that yesterday, and hope to do it again today. It's a fantastic way to build on fatigue.

Thanks Goldmember. The twice a day plan is amazing. I'll be able to get in two today for sure. Privacy is really not an issue where I live so I can Penis Enlargement away mostly anytime during the day.

Thanks for the tips as well. I'm going to work up to 7 days per week, but once I reach that point if I feel I need a day off I won't be hesitant to take it.

I took time off as well--about 6 weeks--the summer of my first year of P.E. I resumed about this time, and BANG, I experienced immediate gains as well. There has to be something to this.

I've recently been thinking about this concept. It's like this - whenever I either 1) change up my routine or 2) add something to increase the intensity I see IMMEDIATE gains. We all know certain exercises just don't work for us anymore. Is this because our bodies have conditioned themselves and refuse to grow with that same stimulus? I think so. As a Penis Enlargement'er the common answer to this problem is to either add more time, more intensity, or do a new exercise completely which would be a new stimulus.

But instead of doing that, what if we just took time off of Penis Enlargement? I know that around here the idea is more=more, but there has to be something to taking time off and coming back again (with a less intense routine) and experiencing immediate growth. The time off you take shouldn't be enough that you start seeing a decrease in size though. I would think it should be just to that point though, and in that situation you will be extremely deconditioned and ready to grow once more, and with a less intense routine than before.

I don't know if this is pure nonsense, and I know the penis is smooth muscle etc, but I know bodybuilders do the same thing because I am a bodybuilder. Deconditioning is a must for me every 3-4 weeks.

I think forever increasing the intensity and time could work, but would a decondition (break off of Penis Enlargement) do the same?
 
By the way, I've also added stretches again to my routine. All I can handle right now is 3 minutes of INTENSE!!! stretches (which is the only way I will do them). I get hardcore red spots on my head when I stretch this hard, and as of now 3 minutes is all I can handle. I stretch down, out, and either do one minute of DLD Blasters or use the tug release method that motisslof uses.
 
Well I know now that getting red spots on the head from stretching is simply a matter of the intensity of the stretch. I was pulling so hard my head couldn't handle it. I tried moderately-hard stretches today and was able to go 6 minutes (could have done more) without any real red spots. I think I'm going to continue with the moderately hard stretches and extend the time as much as possible.
 
My ligs are on fire right now! I just completed my second stretching session of the day. Each one lasted 5 minutes and I'm basically just doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I've decided to get serious with stretching - I'm going to hit it 3 times daily for a minimum of 5 minutes each session, and I'll add time as I go along. I'll stick with something similiar to the basic newbie stretching routine with a couple new exercises thrown in every so often to keep it interesting.
