All right. I believe I have a routine that will work for the next month and a half.

I've started alternating mornings of stretching and constricting. I'm up to 30 minutes of manual stretching with the occasional tunica hang of about 3 pounds (will add as necessary). I'm up to 20 minutes of constrictos. I take wed off and then the weekends. I may work more depending on how I feel but those 4 days always get it.

I tried to wear my rings on the balls every other day but that's just not enough rest time as the fatique and skin stretch gets really bad after an hour. I will leave a 2 day window next week. I will also incorporate the ROP on the days I don't wear the rings.

I can tell things are changing already. Erections are getting crazy again and wife is noticing the expansion. I have made a vow not to measure until the new year. I will stick to this.

I've also made another homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and this one can be worn under my clothes. Experimenting with it around the house. If it works well, then I'll put up the instructions and pics.
 
Homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is a bust. It's small, portable and works but the noose is just not working for me. Got my vacextender in the mail today and tried it on. Can't for the life of me figure out a good way to wrap it around the waist. I'll play around with it.

The ROP is increasing my chest hair some more. Not sure if it's worth it but the testicle hang has been great lately....I gotta go. wife is modeling some new lingere...update later. ;)
 
Turns out I was missing parts for the vacextender. Monkeyboy sent them out to me. I still haven't played around with it much. Way too much time spent on finals. I've actually gone back to basic jelquing and stretching with the occasional hanging session of 20 minutes several times a week. I just stretch whenever I get the chance. It's starting to affect my erections. I'm adding kegals back in and I still do testicle health when in the shower.

Not wearing rings around the balls anymore since the skin has stretched out for good and they hang lower 90% of the time than before I started.

Read through goinfor's log and someone mentioned the ballooning effect and how your girth gains would detract from length. I'm wondering if it works both ways. I realized that my length gain was not what I thought. It was post workout gain but I have gained. I do have a cemented gain when fully erect of about 3/8 inch. I started this back in May but it's been difficult to be consistent thanks to a LOT of stress and trouble through that time period. Life seems to be settling back down and I will continue on toward my long-term goal of 8x6.

So now it's jelquing with olive oil (thanks goinfor) and clamping mixed in there basically until my erection dies from the intensity at which time I'll continue with flaccid jelquing. I will also do my stretches whenever I get the chance and play around with my stretchers to get a small pull throughout the day. We'll see. Flaccid hang has been better throughout most of the days. Today things are a little off with such intense stretching lately. Testicle health and kegals round out the routine for probably the next month. Still not bothering to measure much. I believe after my quick girth gain, I'm in the stage where goinfor was at for 3 months.

I'm just going to continue to listen to my body tell when to take a break. Obviously today is one of those days...
 
So I was a little off about my gains. I'm fighting off bronchitis right now and have only been able to stretch while laying around. Took some days off cause my erections were garbage. Well last night I noticed my erection seemed really good and sure enough it was crossing past the 6.5 inch mark! This was not a post workout measurment. Goinfor had many instances of a good length gain then back to old before cementing it. Well that's all for now. Going to try to sleep through this cough.
 
Recieved my first significant injury. A nice blood blister on the side. It's all healed after a few days now but I had to take the time off. The only new thing I did was some A stretching. Oh well.
Got my 2nd homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] working and actually can wear it for 30 minutes with no problems. Wore it for two hours total yesterday just to see how things would go. I really didn't put much tension into it. A trip to the hardware store has allowed me to customize it a little so I can wear it to class. I will try next week if I can get the wear time up to an hour with no problems. I'm working on a release latch that would remove the tension of the noose by simply sliding a hand into your pocket and flipping the noose loose. It would come in handy if you feel numbness but are stuck in class...

I also find that sleeping naked really encourages blood flow. There's something nice about the freedom and I wake up throughout the night with erections every time.
 
Ok so I tried ares multi horse squeezes last night, felt and saw a good pump from that. Today, been hanging thick and tonight my wife felt like she was gripping better...sure enough I was sitting above the 5.25 inch girth mark after the orgasm and things were shrinking. I believe those squeezes gave me some nice post-workout expansion. Maybe they can finally cement that 5.5 I occassionally get.

How is your VacExtender experience? I like the idea of it, but the blister potential really scares me. I got a blister using the Max Vac and never ever want to experience that again. Hell, I wouldn't wish that on people I hate.
 
Hate the thing. When I try to put a decent stretch on...it just feels like it's going to rip my head off. It takes too long to put on and it's still not on right... I've tried so many ways to attach it to my foot, neck, waist, etc to get a constant stretch while doing something else but can't wear it for more than 15 min before circulation issues which was why I bought this. My homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at least gives me 30. I can do manual stretches and hang with the same inconvenience but better results.
 
Thanks for the reply, Irafreak. Sorry the VacExtender did not work out for you. It makes me wonder how some people can log in hours and hours on certain devices, but when you try it yourself you can't imagine doing it more than 30 minutes. Maybe that's why so many guys lose hope with Penis Enlargement. Very few actually keep at it.
 
Hey feel free to spend the 100 bucks and try it. I don't buy too many things but had hopes that my circulation issues would be solved with this. It wasn't. I've tried many things but it's not as though it's in the trash. I pull it out from time to time when I get new ideas about how to use it but i still think manual is the way to go.

As to very few keeping at it...well 8 months isn't exactly quitting. My laptop fried on me and I just got a new one and have actually be on a decon break. One more week to go. I wasn't even going to check in on here until my month was up but I couldn't remember exactly when I started. Be back in a week. So far gains are holding.
 
Alright. 2 months of decon and everything seems to be cemented. Sitting at 6 1/4 by 5.25 (maybe a tad under) with no issues and occassionally hitting a little under 6 1/2.This is nice to see. Tomorrow I will resume Penis Enlargement and have to admit that I have some mixed feelings about it. I am ready to go again but I'm not sure what my goals are.

I think for visual purposes, I would prefer to get up to 7 bpel. I noticed that the difference in bp and nbp is close an inch! Good gawd. I'm 5' 7, 140 lbs. No fat pad that I'm aware of. I guess just a deep bone. My level of exit according to Bib's LOT theory seems to be midway. LOT is still low so I guess the tunica will be my primary focus. Going to manual stretch the first week 3 x a week filling in wet jelqs on the 2 days. After week one, I will resume hanging slowly. My routine will be much more random this time. Switching up days, number of days/sets, etc...

I'm also going to try doing my sets in the evening after the daughter hits bed (wife doesn't mind me doing this stuff while we chat or just chill).

I guess I would like to increase that girth up to 5 1/2. Right now the short term goals will be to solidify 6.5 x 5.25. Long term 7 x 5.5

I think these are very realistic goals and am anxious to see if a decon break will give me some quick gains. Nothing huge since a lot of people who do this suggest 6 months. If I do not see girth gains, I will swap back to clamping after a few weeks or a month. I'll probably throw those in anyway as they are a lot of fun.

I guess this is round 2 so here we go.
 
OK change of plans already. I was reading around on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] for motivation and last minute advice...I'm going to jelq everyday. I was a quick girth gainer at first and jelqed daily. Why would I change that? I'll also be throwing in some slow squash jelqs as that's what I did the first time (oops).
 
So been doing these bluewhale stretches for a week in the mornings. 4 sets of 5 min each then doing my stretch sets at night for about 10 min intense left, right, down. Did a quick bpsfl check to make sure I wasn't overdoing it (looking for turtling since I've been sore lately but no erection issues) and noticed it was approaching 7. I'm only going to check that measurement to see if I need rest days here and there otherwise will not be measuring until the end of Aug (that's the date set to reevaluate my routine to make changes). I'm very confident I will see gains this time.

Also implementing the theory of constant increase like goinfor, bib, DLD, etc used. I added another 5 min set this morning and will add more time this evening and continue my hanging lightly in the pm. I will add each week. I'm also considering adding some light jelqing in next week. Want to get into the habit of being consistent on this first.
 
Well things are going nicely. During some "activity" with the wife a few days ago, I was able to get a measurement and that 6.5 is starting to show up again. The stretched flaccid is also at 6.75 after workouts. To keep from losing any girth in this 2 months, I'm now tossing in constrictors every other day and I'll pile in my full stretch routine on days not clamping.
 
Quick update...copying this from the BW "ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise" topic...

In the 14+ months of pe, I've gained good girth (1/2-3/4 inch) but only 1/4 inch length. Now I've officially solidified another 1/4 inch gain AND I just took a measurement at complete 100% erect and actually showed one at another 1/2 inch. I was using a different measuring device so I ran down to get my regular (losing some erection in the proces) and was unable to duplicate this but when I checked with the non-regular measuring tape I got the same measurement as the regular. Just to be sure I worked myself up again but could only (only) get 1/4 inch raise...this is on top of the 1/4 I've solidified.

To sum it up...6 1/4 to now 6 1/2 and today saw 7 and 6 3/4! Holy crap. Just finished my 2nd week of this new routine. Lost no girth in my length only regimen and look to be gaining quick and only spending about 40-120 minutes a day! Yeehaw!

I've actually been thinking of wearing that thing here and there but always forget. I had some instances of weak erection strength while wearing it but it may have been coincidence from a lot of girth work. I'd say overall the ring actually seemed to add some hair to my body but I didn't notice much else. I was young and restless for results back then so maybe a shot of it after this trimester is over and I reassess my new short term goals. ;)

You should try the Heavy Duty Static Stretcher. Do a google search on it. It costs $150, but its worth it! I have been using it as a 15 minute stretch warm-up for the last month; very comfortable and I can feel a deep stretch the entire time. Moreover, I have never experienced latent blistering.

Keep up the progress thread! Sounds like you are doing great!
 
Well been on a decon break for close to 5 months. Thought about starting up several times but my time is so crunched. Wife just had our second baby on halloween and I'm 6 months from being a dr in chiropractic (DC). Busy busy but I would like to make it known that my quarter inch gain from only blue wale stretching for 3 months is permanent. Checked it a while back and no issues. I'd like to work on girth for a while especially if I can do it in 20 mintues a day.

Girth went well early for me but it's been hard to keep at it since 2 kids and privacy and time and just the inability to get hard night after night for jelq and clamping sessions (which I love by the way). Treating patients in the clinic and dealing with the human body all week really helps in Penis Enlargement. I've been able to apply my understanding to my workouts in the gym and have packed on another 5 pounds of muscle and look better than I did in undergrad. I'm now balancing out my upper body with the traps/lats/rhomboids/deltoids and working in the lower body lightly while maintaining a handful of chest exercises...4 sessions a week.
