I feel its not the ligaments it right around or above that area.......when you touch both sides there is something like a small hard lump and everyone has them. But on left side the lump is right above this normal lump.
But what about the lump ? i can feel it and it is hard

The lumps you feel are more than likely ligaments overlapping against the pubic bone. When you stretch with intensity do you ever get ligament pops? This will usually straighten this out. If that does not work for you just try stretching in all directions with intensity and see if that will help.
 
well i have never felt a pop ever and i do use intensity but not at the extreme level to avoid any injury. But i will try

DLD i wanted to discuss about the lump that i previously had behind the glans and it is not going. Like i said i will stop taking herbal medicines that i have taken for 1 year for increasing bloodflow to penis. I did stop and i did realize the size of the lump had become smaller but after 2-3 days the lump has gotten bigger again covering more of the vein.

now when i am half way through my length workout in the morning, a small lump starts to form there and gets a bit bigger when i progress with workout. Then i hot wrap which nearly removes the lump and it is barely there. Then i [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap. Now after sometime i feel some pinching feeling there and thats when i feel the lump is being formed . I always re wrap very light every 2 hours to be honest. But when i remove wrap the lump is there and in 10-15 minutes it goes away. I always feel this pinch from time to time when i am wrapped.

Now when i begin my hot wrap for girth workout in evening the lump goes away . when i start with normal jelqs the lump is not formed , but when i wear a shoelace and trap blood and do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s then it forms and it is pretty bigger than it was and is also hard. Not the straight part of vein but the wriggly or where the twists and turns are near the glans it gets very puffy. Then after my girth routine i apply hot wrap that nearly vanishes the lump again.
I have also waited for a while so the lump disappears and then i [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap. but the pinching feeling comes again and i know the lump is formed again.

At night before sleeping i remove the wrap and after 10-15 minutes i feel pain in that vein and also and i know thats when the lump is going.
Today i felt considerable amount of pain right behind the glans at the corner area where the frenulum is attached and also the same side as the lump is. In photos
The arrow shows where the glan pain is and the circle is the lump area.

Do you think i should continue PE ?
IF not then what should i do during the break so there is some kind of workout going on.

This sounds pretty persistent and strange in the way that it comes and goes. Perhaps it is the beginning of thrombosis but some of the sign do not point to this like how it is soft and disappears. I would suggest that you go through the therapy for thrombosis anyway, just to rule that out or see if it corrects your issue. Check out this thread: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...largement/4127-thrombosed-vein-treatment.html. Once you have had a read through I suggest you give it a try. You will need to take time off from PE to do the therapy so plan on taking about 2 weeks off. If it goes away you can start up again as normal, if not you will need to see a doctor to give you a check up to find out what else it could be.
 
DLD if you meant the hot and cold therapy by redzulu then i will definitely do it. do i need to take any medication as blood thinners??? because i dont think there is any blood clot there without PE or any restriction of blood flow in my case.
I also posted my question at allexperts.com and will inform you what the doctors says.
So i shouldnt do any PE AT ALL ???

Seriously, I don't understand why you didn't take a break as most here (me included) advised you to do. Now you've gained an inch, but in the meantime might have made things worse and may eventually lose some of your gains because you have to take a rest anyway. That's way crappier than starting later with optimal prerequisites.
With respect to the question of hot- or hot/cold-therapy you know my opinion differs from DLD's and some other's here and I've explained the reasons for it in detail. but otherwise I concur with DLD: if the vein irritation (which still luckily and despite your ongoing PE doesn't seem to have caused a blood clot and turned into a thrombophlebitis) won't vanish or at least recede after 2 weeks, you should go to an urologist again and maybe have the Doppler test. Maybe and if you don't trust the urologist you've already seen once, you should check out a second one.

I still don't think that you have to run to a doctor right away, since the cause for the persistence of this irritation is quite obvious imo and I want to remind you of what I said earlier in this thread about "testing" your dick during a break: if the vein irritation reappears during the first session, then stop again and wait another week or so and test again. Irritations like theses sometimes take a good amount of time to disappear, though it should go away faster because there's no blood clot yet.
If it gotten already bigger, like you said, this can most probably be attributed to your PE and is a sure sign that it was too early to reenter!

My small penis has taken a big portion of my life and i feel i have completely become anti social in the past 3 years. I only want to cure this problem as fast as possible and get on with my life .
But this time i think i dont have a choice and i have to take a long break.

The size of your penis shouldn't be a reason for you to let yourself become anti-social. PE is a gradual process that should be done over a period of years, so you can't just stop your life and PE all day with the hopes of making it huge in no time.

I'm sure you will get to your goal, just keep things in perspective as you go for it.
 
A break is in order if this is thrombosis and I would take the aspirin as suggested to be sure if it is thrombosis you are getting the right therapy.
 
Alright DLD and would you advice me to use that hirudoid cream and if yes hen where should i apply it ??? on the skin or under the skin exactly on the vein ???

I can't really advise as I have never used it but since someone else has with success I would give it a solid try. I hope you heal up quickly.
