No I have never used the Power Jelq device.

Tonights Girth session:

1 hours of Horses, SSJs and Jelqs.

* I took a break every 20 minutes and soaked in a cup of hot water. I am not sure if expansion was better, but I felt more comfortable and maybe less prone to injury.
 
Rested Girth last night since the lady friend was over. I think it was good for me though. This week I am really gonna hit girth hard.

Reheated my dick in water halfway through the session. Also did a warm down. My dick was enormously fat; and hard!

I am not going to be updating as often. This forum is becoming too addicting and I need to spend more time on school work.

Ok well I can't quit the forum cold turkey. I do have time to come and visit. I was being a little drastic yesterday.

Anyhow...

I took a BPFSL measurement today of 8 7/16. This is definitly up since wearing the PM. I am holding off on an erect measurement till 250 hours in the PM. I am up to 107 hours now.

My girth workouts have been amazing as well lately. I do a little over an hour of jelqs and various squeezes and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I have had less fluid build up since dropping the clamps.

The only time I use a clamp, is to take a measurement that lets me know I am getting max expansion. I hit an all time high last night and measured clamped a bit over 6 inches, sans fluid buildup! I am definitly growing. :)

I am now including at least 20-30 minutes of manual stretching per day. The routine is as follows.

10-15 BTC lig stretches
10-15 A-stretches

I hold each stretch for a minute, and sometimes do a jerking motion with them.

I do these throughout the day before I put on the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words]. I think they will really help my progress.

Tonight I will be doing a shorter 30 minutes girth session since I have a serious paper due in the morning.
 
Girth routines and stretching are going as planned, hopefully I will see some growth when I measure in a couple months. I am losing motivation to do workouts, although I am not missing any. I just don't have that drive.

Last night I was able to get to over 6 inches clamped girth much faster, like around 35 minutes or so. It used to take an hour. I am still doing strictly manual girth workouts though, with a focus on the Horse squeeze and uli.

Tonight I will continue with a nice long girth session.

Sure thing Cyclops! My girth workouts have been going pretty good. I am feeling much more now that I stopped clamping and started manual squeezes.

Well, I do have some theories on this one. Basic Constriction, no squeezing, tended to expand my dick longitudaly, rather than laterally. That is why I believe Horse squeezes are more effective for me. Constricted Horse squeezes would work great for me too, but I am not ready for that level of intensity.

Im rocking with the horse squeezes right now also. They make my girth swell like a mofo. Im taking a break from clamping as well. Feels good for now. Might intermittently use it coming up though. How many hours on the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] have you built up now? Any measured gains from it yet?

I have 140 hours in the PM done. I definitely gained from it, considering I really
did very little manual stretches. I really don't want to measure again officially until I get 250 hours. I did measure 8.25 one time though.

Now that I am starting to hang the results from the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] will be a little more inconclusive.
 
Last nights girth session was KICKASS.

I am stopping taking clamped measurements and just measuring after the session with a natural erection.

I measured 5 7/8 ths after my hour session. This was with hardly any fluid build up at all. I don't even get the donut like I used to.

I plan to hang now for anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour a day, and continue wearing the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words] for at least 3 hours per day.
